Traveling Easter weekend and passenger back door glass shattered on my 2002 chevy express van in Springfield Missouri. No where within 100 miles could get window or get us in to fix it. We were headed to Oklahoma and Auto Glass Now were able to get us in at noon and fixed it within 20 minutes!!! On Good Friday at that!! So thank you!!

Some jerk broke out the small, rear triangle window on the driver's side of my car, and due to a UAW strike we were unable to get a replacement from the dealer. Auto Glass Now said never fear, drop in and we'll wrap you up to keep out the elements, and when you find a window we'll put it in for you. We were able to find one at a salvage, and they put it in lickity-split, and did a FANTASTIC job. EXCELLENT customer service, I highly recommend!

Made an appointment and had a new windshield all in the same day. I even went and sat in the waiting room for the windshield to finish, which didn't take long at all. The only reason I am leaving a 3/5 is because whenever I drove home I noticed something very off about my vehicle. Every time I turned my vehicle would just shut off and turn on again, never experienced that before. THEY TOOK THE POSITIVE TERMINAL OFF AND DIDN'T REATTACH IT PROPERLY, AND THE THING HOLDING MY BATTERY IN PLACE WAS ALSO LOOSE, CAUSING SPARKS TO FLY EVERYWHERE. Luckily I did not shock myself but the holder and the positive terminal basically welded together, I had to hammer it off. IF YOU GO HERE PLEASE CHECK ON YOUR BATTERY INCASE THEY FORGET TO DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY!!!

I went in to get two rock chip repairs done on my windshield. They seem to be confused on their pricing. I called and was told $69 for first repair and $15 each additional repair. Took my vehicle in later that week and was told $65 for first repair and $10 each additional repair. I let them do the repair and when I got out to my car the receipt said $85 with no separate line for tax so I guess it was included. I left because I really didn t have time to go back in and argue, shouldn t have to.Anyways, as far as the repair, it s not that great. I ve had repairs done in the past on other vehicles from other businesses that turned out better. I know it s not going to disappear, but past repairs have looked considerably better. After injecting the resin into the crack I thought they would fill the crater with resin to make it as smooth/flat as possible. Just hope it actually works.

I wanted to take a minute and tell you what a great job both Desiree and your installer Joey did last Saturday.Our family was in Tulsa to visit family and to celebrate our great nephew s first birthday. We stayed at the Holiday Inn on 81st street and unfortunately our truck was broken into. We called your location and Desiree was amazing from the word hello! She was very sympathetic and worked hard at meeting our needs. And your location was the only place in town we were able to have it fixed in the same day.It was also great that your people could come to us! Joey was prompt, efficient and was very conscientious of not damaging our truck further.We really appreciate the service. In todays world service and compassion seem to be lacking, so we wanted to thank you and your team for doing a great job. Wow it's been a couple of weeks ago, but the experience is still a stellar one from the start when they looked at my rear window defogger that the connector had came loose from the lines, to the finish, where they were able to get me in after 3pm, had my new rear window all done within 1and a 1/2 hours and to boo for over $200 less than a previous glass company I had used... now I call that ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

These guys are fantastic, I broke down on the side of the road and they came running to get me and my car to safety, immediately hooked my battery up to charger and called a mechanic for me. Solid dudes and would recommend them to anyone!

Do Not take your car here!! Brought my car in to replace a door window after someone broke into my car. There was nothing wrong with ANYTHING on the door other than needing new glass. Once they finished I left but when I got to my destination the driver door would not open from the inside. I immediately called them back and they told me to come in so they could "check it out". After going round and round about what was they're fault and what was mechanical the tech found a way to fix it. So I leave again, of course having checked the window and the door which was working, everything looked fine. Until I got to where I was going. First, the radio didnt cut off when I opened the door like its programmed to do. On top of that my automatic lock doesn't work on the same door that they replaced the glass on. I was told that it was about to go out anyway and they offered to go to the Salvage yard to find a part to put in my door. Even though I didnt like that idea, they never did anyway. Now I have to pay somebody else to fix what these inexperienced kids broke. Go to the Admiral location with the experienced mechanics!! These kids over on South Peoria are learning on the job. None of them really know what they're doing!!
