The worst experience ever. I called Auto battery & electric asked how much to rebuild alternator they said depends on what's wrong with it I took it in on a Thurs. gave my & my cars info I was told I would have it back next day after 11 days of no calls I called them & it was ready I never got a call telling me it was ready they charged me $189.02 (a new one is $225.00 & had it instock) I told them for that price not to expect my business again I let friend talk me into going there (no more) My last alternator Shorty's auto electric rebuilt for $50 & I got it back same day

Very Helpful. Needed a part for a DeWalt table saw and they were able to sort me out. Fair price and quick time.

Very friendly and helpful. Went in looking for a an impact driver. They recommended Steve s Wholesale Tools. I asked if they could fix our scissor lift and they recommended someone that could. Very pleased with their courteous and helpful attitude.

Called for an estimate on a starter. Guy who answered was extremely rude and was belittling me for "talking about something you know nothing about". Hint why I called a place who supposedly does. Constantly spoke over me and was not helpful at all. If you can't even discuss anything with these people over the phone, I can only imagine the quality of work.

Amazing customer support. I had car battery issues nearby. They helped find out what battery I needed and then installed it. The guy at the front desk was hilarious. Enjoyed my time there even though the circumstances.

Being in the equipment industry, I've worked with these folks since the late 80's for my alternator and starter needs. Always good service and good products. It got even better when they started working on electrical tools as well.

Very rude / hateful man at counter , he said 2 days for rebuilding part and would call when done , this was last we Wednesday , did not call Friday , ok went by shop around 3:45 , door was locked , sign said open till 5 . I even seen him through the window , would not answer door or phone I called maybe three times no answer its now Thursday night the next week and no call from them! I will go there Monday and get my alternator back . They suck!!!

This is the place in Tulsa for starters and alternators, top notch people with years of exp. they can fix you up and quick. Have been working with these guys for over 25 years.

Do not go there. They will lie to you because they have no idea what they are doing. My DeWalt spent 3 1/5 months in there shop because of there incompetence . You can take your chances but you wont be happy.

Used to be the best, NOT anymore! Rude and 2 defective starters in a row. One literally caught fire when installed. Didnt even crank the engine 1 time.C D C W Auto electric in Brokenarrow is far better in my opinion.

I have taken in one starter and 1 alternator this year these guys are great and they have a quick turnaround
