Can t thank these guys enough! I had locked my air suspension up and they were able to reprogram it for me for a very fair price and very timely! Thanks again Tyler and Matt!

Service departments are never great. It's like reviewing a DMV; you're going to hate the experience, and that's what it is. The people here made me feel uniquely terrible. Some youngish dude from the service department took me to a warehouse to get the plates off my Q5. I'm from a front plate state, and he made insanely rude comments when I tried to explain why I needed my front plate off while I was still there; it's a legal plate, and I own it. He also made extremely snide comments about my age and wealth (I'm quite young). The worst part is they had me drive this awful employee to a warehouse, so he was in my car when he was insulting me. I can't believe this experience happened, and I've never experienced this again any time I've been in a dealership. I've owned nearly ten cars from different brands and from many different dealers, and this experience still haunts me.

These folks are always the best. They will bend over backward to help you out when your vehicle needs service, we just cannot ever say enough good about them.

All the guy's in the service dept were great. From attitude to communication to service. I was very pleased. Keep up the good work
