I appreciate the free batter, alternator,starter testing. It turned out that I had a bad battery. They had one for me in stock and it was reasonably priced! I appreciate the service of them exchanging the batteries for me!

I had missed a package delivery, so they had sent it to this store, and I still haven't got that package yet. Overall, the guys there were helpful with that and trying to recover it and honest about the situation. I now go here to buy car stuff and have a friendly chat with the guys there.

Great people, everyone helping everyone. Truly everyone there is genuinely engaged in serving their customers, with professional care, respect and proving to the aware person what team work means. I couldn't be more pleased. It will be my go to auto parts store. Every customer was happy, and well served.Next time that I am there I will take pics to show how well stacked, clean and organized this store is. The 1 on 31st and garnett the man named Tim has the poorest customer service skills he's rude and acted as if me returning my item was a bother to him he doesn't speak or smile it's the customer service at any place for me that will determine if I go back to a place or not but the man on 11th and Lewis was helpful and kind I wish I remembered his name

I live about 1.5 hours from Tulsa. I was in town with my grandson and found myself in a bit of a bind. Eduardo H was so helpful and friendly! I truly appreciate the help I received from this young man.

Horrible customer service. I understand that policy is policy, however, it could ve simply been explained to us in a different manner. We tried returning an item that didn t work the way we had hoped and instead of just explaining to us that there was a no return policy on the item we bought, we were met with a condescending attitude by the working cashier. He was very rude and acted like he was doing us such a HUGE favor by working there and talking to us. We will NEVER shop here at this location ever again. Didn t get his name but he is an older, shorter man.Please teach your employees interpersonal skills and some customer courtesy. It should be required training that is taken annually as the service your employees provide directly reflect the values of your company.

I just needed to buy some oil. I rushed here knowing they closed soon because of an issue with my car. They close at 9, it was 8:50 and they turned me away to say they were closed. Change your hours if you aren t really open til 9. I would have been in and out in 1 minute. If it was actually 9, i would ve understood. But it wasn t.

Advance was so awesome for me and my daughter tonight. We stalled at the light and they pushed the car into their lot to safety, installed the battery and wipers with a smile!! Y all are awesome thank you!

If I could give a 0 rating I most DEFINITELY would! This is by far my worst experience at ANY AUTO STORE! 1st they charged me for something that they didn't explain at the time of purchase, I call and then they explained... I let that go so then when I come to bring certain parts back that I no longer needed they took it well past the date of the so call notice that was NEVER GIVEN TO ME and gave Me my money back. I specifically asked at the time of my purchase WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY, nothing mentioned that if you don't use within 45 days it will have to go on a gift card like what?? So I go to return the rest of the items I no longer need and they just now tell.me this, this store has poor communication skills and its not the lady's fault its the store manager and the guys who checked me out . The store manager is rude and has poor customer service skills and I will never do business here EVERRRRRRR AGAIN! GO ELSE WHERE IF YOU CAN!

Used this store to do a drop off for UPS, the guy helping me was not happy. Annoyed and when I asked for receipt he told me they don't give a receipt. How is that possible?

Can not speak highly enough for my experience with advance auto parts. Cody, the evening manager, went above and beyond his job description when he helped me with my car troubles. Not only did he make sure I was able to get the part to my car, which was parked a mile away, but he helped me install it and make sure it was my vehicle was in working order before leaving. Advance auto parts will forever have my business after this experience. Absolutely blown away by the level of customer service I received.

I called ahead trying to help the efficiency of the purchase. And I was told they would not have computers running at 8:50 when I showed up. When the store closes at 9. So here I am sitting in the parking lot leaving a review before I take my self to O'Riellys

11-13-2018 Walked into the store tonight for the first time in the two years I have been in town. I left the store right away laughing how high the prices were on the merchandise in the store. All I am going to say is save your hard earned money and shop at O Reillys you will be happier knowing you saved money and being able to spend the extra money you saved elsewhere is priceless.

I've never had any problems in this store or at the stores location. Other than the ability to get in and out due to traffic the store and its employees have always been excellent in customer service skills, cleanliness as well as very knowledgeable. I recommend this auto parts store over any other in Tulsa.

2-3-19 I was just in a fender bender yesterday and noticed tonight my steering is a little wonky so I drove to this store to buy a thing of steering fluid really quick. It was 5 til 8 on a Saturday and they had the doors blocked off and were sitting outside in their cars the last few minutes of the day. I made it in time but I couldn't buy what I needed because they closed up early on me. There were 3 other places I could gave gone but they will all be closed by the time I get to them now. Screwed up my whole night. I will never choose this store again because they cut corners to make it easier on themselves and harder for the customers.

Did not purchase a battery from the store because the information that the counter sales associate was giving me contradicted what videos on YouTube were saying and other parts store's in the area.So, I believe that they were more interested in making the sale. And I explained to him that if you didn't follow the steps in the video, you were at risk of causing catastrophic damage to the two on board computers. Which would cause the car to have to go back to the dealership service department and be completely reprogrammed costing hundreds of dollars. But the sale was more important to the whole staff.

This was a interesting trip to an auto parts store as i needed to put a new battery in. The worker guy only had me step on the brake 4 times to see that the tail lights weren't coming on. He gave me a super deal on a battery and then told me how to change a light bulb.

Went there to get a tail light my my sons car. They weren't to friendly, not very helpful. I believe next time I'll just wait until I get back to my home town. There they are fantastic friendly and go above and beyond.
