terrible business with terrible people. Refused to look up an employees previous start and end dates because they had to go look through paper files because their systems are not computerized. Then had the boss call me back and tell me that I can subpoena him for those records because I told them I would file with the Better Business Bureau. They were rude and not helpful at all and I was not rude in return I just didnt accept that the lady didnt want to look through file to get the dates. Already filed with the BBB against this company.UPDATE: They finally resolved my issue, changed my rating from 1 star to 3.

first, let s talk about the receptionist who every time i called or spoke too in person - was the rudest lady in customer service i have encountered. her attitude, tone and body language is so unacceptable.then, let s talk about the actual service. i wrecked my car in april of 2023 - i chose this body shop under false pretenses that someone was the owner when in actuality he was not. repairs were made to my vehicle fairly quickly - although that is the problem and reason for this review in itself.i had to return to the shop numerous times for issues with the work done on my car. issues which, now in august, are still not taken care of. many of the issues the owner tried to make excuses for - im thinking because i am a woman he thought i would not pursue the issue. i would call other body shops that i have dealt with in the past to verify information i was being told to give the owner some credit but no one would agree with the information i was being told.after so long, why am i only now leaving a review ? bc the part that needs to be replaced on my car is ready - they finally have it in the shop and painted, the owner said he would call me to get me in the shop - he never did. i always have to call. i am now being told the seven or eight new vehicles to the shop take priority over my car - which has been pending working since may.i would never recommend this shop, and i hope if you are one of the seven or eight vehicles going in next week that you cancel while you can. i have wrecked several cars, unfortunately, but i have NEVER dealt with a body shop that operates the way this one does.Service: Body & Trim

I have been fortunate to get recommended to Rob from A1 Machine. By the time you get your vehicle back you will be friends with Rob and his wife!! The place is super clean. Not a bunch of wrecked cars everywhere. They schedule your repair when they will actually start on it. Great service, great people!!!

My front bumper was coming loose a little and rubbing on my tire and I was referred here by Discount Tires. I made an appointment for the next morning and it only took an hour to do it. It also was priced very reasonable.

In 2015, I visited this body shop in attempt to get my Jeep Cherokee repaired. My dad was the one who recommended this place to me after he spoke with the owner over the phone about my situation. I went ahead and had my Jeep towed there by AAA and everything!! The owner was so rude to me, that if my Jeep was driveable, I would've drove off right away and found another business.I went in the office, and no one greeted me he just stared at me like I was a criminal, and finally said "Can I help you??" in a rude manner. I explained my situation while he continued to look at me like I "didn't belong". He slightly softened up when I told him that he spoke with my father. He went ahead and said he would look at the Jeep, and would call me later about it. I handed him the keys and thanked him, he just said "yep" .This incident gets better :). I was unable to answer the phone, so he leaves a very curt voicemail.. and just repeats his first name and phone number twice and hangs up. It was too late to call back, since the shop had closed for the day, but he called back the following day. At first I thought I was talking to a different person, because he did a complete 180 attitude wise, and was quite pleasant.Lucky for me,the damage was too severe to be repaired, so I ended up buying a newer car, and didn't have to didn't have to give him ANY OF MY MONEY! The way he treated me during my initial visit was so nasty, I'm extremely glad he didn't get my business! :) The other reviewers who said the owner is friendly are a different race than me, so maybe that had something to do with how I was initially treated.

MR. Rob and his crew are great people...very helpful C L pleasant environment...help me with getting my car back on the road quickly in a timely manner kept me informed about everything...did a GREAT JOB ON MY CAR... I would most definitely do business with them in the future... 'Thank you guys for everything!' I'm one satisfied customer

One very good body shop I took my 2013 impala there to have the hood painted and they Warranty all there work and paint. So when I got hit by someone I took it back to them for the repair and had a issue with the paint and fixed it no problem

Thay fixed my car fast and right, i only take my cars there, all of them. And i have 6 diffrent kinds of cars and trucks. Thay can fix anything. From dents, or collisions. Even cars with problems.
