First time customer here! Just picked my Chevy Silverado up from Abbot Automotive yesterday, and I couldn t be happier! The shop itself is super big and gorgeous. The owner Mark s customer service and skills are top notch and unmatched elsewhere. They really care about the customer s satisfaction and vehicle! Absolutely one of the most honest mechanics I ve ever used. Sam in the office made sure to send me an electronic invoice with all the work that was to be done for me to approve before the work was ever done. I really liked that and felt like it was super honest and upfront practice. (Something you don t always find in the mechanic industry). My truck is running so damn good and Mark himself even called me today to make sure everything felt good when I left. I went from a first time customer to a life long one! Had a major issue with my jeep wrangler. These guys were the only place in town willing to help- and not beating around the bush and put me off 4 months. I worked with Mark and he was super helpful and super nice and I appreciate everything they ve done for me. Everyone at Abbot is outstanding! My family and I are taking a long trip this summer and they took great care in repairing our vehicle especially since we'll be traveling with small children.They really seemed to care and we're all so friendly!! We highly recommend them!

I ve used this company before when the secretary was still here I believe her name was Jenny. She always made sure I was taken care of quickly. She s no longer employed there and service and customer service is at a zero.I took my car in believing that I just needed my rotors resurfaced. I got off work and went to pick up my car only to find out he did not do anything because he believed it to be a suspension problem. No call, but that s okay. I just needed a quote on what it was going to cost because I recently had to pay for a funeral. I called twice in two weeks asking for the quote and he kept saying one or two days and I never heard back. My family and I aren t using Abbotts any longer as our family automotive repair shop which sucks because we all drive Toyotas and Lexus .I do HIGHLY recommend Stellar Auto Services if you re looking for another specialist.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle Inspection

I requested a complete diagnostic. I had let them know I was having overheating issues and engine misfire. I brought my car in and they fixed the overheating issue. I asked them about the engine misfire and they informed me they drove the car for a bit and did not feel anything. Then they informed me my tires are bad and I had asked if I could get new tires from them. They wanted to get the payment for the overheating issue first. They seemed very dodgy about doing an actual diagnostic on the engine misfire which makes me concerned that they did not actually do a full diagnostic, they just fixed the issues I had told them about. I paid them $1,200 for the diagnostic and repair. I am still driving a car that loses power during turns and has engine misfire. Now I believe my serpentine belt is going out and I simply cannot trust another mechanic completely fix my car. I would ve paid for as much gas as they needed to experience the misfire and be able to fix it but personally it seemed like they did not want to. I m burned by this every day driving my car and still having misfire. It scares the living daylights out of me. I do not feel like I got my moneys worth. Yes, one problem is fixed but I wanted to leave with a fully repaired car so I no longer have to stress about it and that is not what I got.Service: Engine repair

Abbott Automotive did an awesome job diagnosing and repairing my 2005 CRV. Before I took it into their shop I was concerned about driving around town in it. Now it drives so good that I m ready to take it on a highway trip! Mark is an awesome, passionate and knowledgeable person. New to the Tulsa area, finding a great mechanic was important. There are so many "christian" companies saturating the market and not upholding christian values. I went to Abbott Automotive based on a referral from a friend, and was extremely pleased with his service. Like many, I went in for a basic oil-change, but also had other questions regarding my car. Mark was honest, letting me know what needed to be done, and what didn't. From talking to him, I trusted his judgement, and felt he was giving me the non-up-sell, honest answer. Since then, I haven't gone anywhere else for my automotive needs. You have to try him out, you will definitely be pleased!

The receptionist knew more about my car than me. Any troubles they ran into they figured out in a timely fashion. Reasonable price, too.My kids played with some toys in the lobby. I think I may have found my car place.

Honest and through on my 2002 Lexus SC 430. Jocelyn provides great customer service, they did the timing belt service, transmission flush, break flush, and replaced the alternator and power steering pump. The whole job was priced reasonably and did it in a relatively short time. They know Lexus (fancy Toyotas) very well, I will be doing business with them again in the future.

I was recommended to them by Sam's 4x4 for mechanical work on an old Jeep Wrangler TJ that the deal deemed doomed. They told me that I need a new motor. Abbott Luxury Automotive looked at it and they changed out the starter and distributor. Jeep ran good again. I since took my other Jeep here for repair work. The shop did very good work. The office answer calls promptly. Keep client updated on the progress of the repair. Work to the vehicle is excellent. Owner is honest and fair.

I asked for a quote for a 2013 mini cooper S for only oil change and was told $80 for oil change and inspection included. quoted $98 for oil, inspection, and MOA additive that they advertise you get INCLUDED with the $49.95 oil change on their website. Now heres what happened to my sister at her scheduled days in advance 10:00am appointment for oil change and front brake sensor replacement. She got the $49.95 price oil change(why was I quoted $80/$95??) but the MOA additive was not on the invoice, but the lady I talked to said she had put it in herself so she knows it got it(even after telling me she had left after she received my sisters car). So caught them up on different pricing for the same vehicle AND lying. Sister ended up being stuck there for 3 HOURS!! on a scheduled appointment! they had got the wrong brake sensor so had to wait for one to arrive. She walked out with a bill of $168.82(who knows if she got the MOA additive) after again 3 HOURS ON A SCHEDULED OIL CHANGE, BRAKE SENSOR APPOINTMENT!! oil-$49.95, oil filter-$10.43, brake sensor $33.38, shop supplies-$4.97, sensor labor cost-$59.25, environmental charge-$2.43 all plus tax was $168.82. Be prepared to have your time wasted, be charged at full price regardless of how long your stuck waiting, who knows if you get all that is promised or paid for, and who knows what the price for an oil change is because apparently they have no idea.save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere.
