Customer care is above and beyond, seriously better than chick fillet and rated up there with the Ritz Carlton!!! I highly recommend AAMCO for all your car needs. Took my car in for transmission issues and brakes. Daniel and Dustin got me in ASAP and took very good care of my vehicle. They kept me informed the entire time my car was in their care. I will always bring my car to them from now on! Thank you!

A great group of guys to work with. Was looking for some one to swap out and install a new crate motor in my 79 Corvette. They did a great job and were big on customer service. They never once made me feel like I was taking up too much of their time. Even after I paid my bill they did some extras for me that were not included in the original quote. I wouldn't hesitate in the future, with doing business with AAMCO again.

Great crew to work with! Daniel and Dustin always make you feel comfortable and definitely taken the anxiety out of the automotive repairs. Great crew, fast, efficient service and all at a fair price. Will always recommend Aamco for automotive repairs!

AAMCO customer service is good in how they talk to the customer. One way they can improve is to not push warranty work to the bottom. If anything it should be prioritized since it shows something is off from the original work. They had my car for a long time recently, but fortunately I had a car to borrow from a family member. Otherwise, I would have been in big trouble. My car is running better than it has in years so that makes me grateful to AAMCO.

I am very happy with this transmission shop. They do good work and were very good at communication throughout the process. If they said they were going to call me back, they did. They communicated everything clearly, were happy to answer my questions, and they kept within the timeline they laid out from the start.

Daniel is the greatest he had the guys jump right on my truck to diagnose what was going on with it. Shop was clean and the waiting area was nice. They did a great job on my truck I definitely recommend this Aamco.

Daniel and his team really went above and beyond for me. My vehicle was in limbo with another shop for almost 7 months before I went to AAMCO on South Harvard. Shortly after dropping off my vehicle with them, in the span of less than a week they identified the real problems with my vehicle, fixed it and remained in constant communication with me. Thank God for this guy and his team, superb service rooted in honesty and diligence. If anyone ever has an issue with their vehicle, this is the place to get it fixed.

AAMCO rebuilt my transmission a little over 3 years ago. It started making noise. Took it to them and they repaired it even though it was out of warranty. They went above and beyond. I work out of my truck so they got me in and out within a hour so I could keep working. They will have my business from now on.

Daniel and Shawn are top notch at customer service needs. I pull a 30' cruiser boat with my Dodge Cummins Diesel. I had some transmission issues and they built me a transmission that will provide me a piece of mind for years to come while traveling out of town. They have one of the best warrantees no other transmission shop would back with their labor and parts. I highly recommend AAMCO for their professionalism. My clutch crapped out on I-44 westbound, on a Sunday. I called and left a message hoping that I d get a call the next day (they re closed on Sunday s) and to my surprise Daniel (the locations manager) called me on his personal cellphone to get a better understanding of what happened. He OKed me leaving the car overnight.Once the morning came I showed up early and he let me in, and allowed me to stay for the duration of the repair. He had my car in first thing (at 8am) and out the door at about 2pm, with Cody S. working on it. Replaced a good amount of parts and I was able to make it home to OKC with NO trouble.Cannot say enough good things about Michael and Cody, they helped me out a ton when I was in a pinch.Service: Transmission

So, I can't remember their names but, Mr Red Beard and Mr Blonde Beard, were super nice. I was there 10/12 and they were very straight forward about what was wrong and how much it would be to repair it. Did what they said they would and when they said they would. Extremely Happy customer! I different recommend AAMCO at 41st and Harvard. These guys are awesome and they care a great deal about their customers and not just another car another job or a number. They gave me several options and gave me ample time to think about it and consider what I wanted to do. They stayed in contact with me updating me on everything and they were fast friendly and had my car back to me in 3 days. I am not one that just trusts anyone with my vehicles to say the least. But they made me feel very comfortable and assured in their work and was straight forward with me about everything. My car drives so nice now I don t ever remember it driving this good! Had a nearby oil change place tell me my trans fluid was burnt. Took it to these guys after work and had a call from them by 9am the following morning. My trans fluid wasn t burnt after all and they topped it off as it was a bit low. No charge. Honest, customer service was spot on, and efficient. Won t be taking my car anywhere else ever again for anything transmission related. Won my business for good. Highly recommend.Service: Transmission

i had shuddering problems in my transmission when shifting in third and forth gear, no one would take my car to fix, after multiple attempts to diagnose the problem i took it to AAMCO ,now my car is running brand new again, no problems in the transmission and my shuddering is gone i give them an A-ONE on the service

In my years of babying my car, I ve never met a group of people nicer and more dedicated to the craft than Daniel and his team. From the second I called I was instantly greeted with nothing but kindness and compassion and understanding for my situation. I was going to sell my car (transmission) which I really did not want to do and Again, Daniel and his crew went above and beyond in making sure I wouldn t have to do that and made sure I got the absolute lowest price and best service for everything. They were timely, attentive, kind and made a genuine connection with me. Their work ethic speaks volumes and it s 100% clear that I ll be switching to these guys for my car needs. I had taken my truck to 2 different mechanics in the Tulsa area to only be worked over for about 12 thousand dollars between the two! The techs at AAMCO were thorough, efficient, and I didn t feel like they tried to charge us anything more than was absolutely necessary (unlike so many other shops these days). Got my transmission rebuilt here 2 years ago and it already needs a new one. I took it into AAMCO few months back when I still had my warranty and even though it was making noise they couldn t hear it. Make sure you buy their scam of the extra warranty because their workmanship is cheap. For almost $3,000 I received a rebuilt transmission that only lasted 2 years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TAKING IT ANYWHERE ELSE!
