Today we went to another dealership and they couldn't take the time to fix our problem said it would take awhile. We went Tishomimgo Chevrolet and they fixed in about five. Minutes. He was very fast and was. Very nice. Thank you so much for always taking time for us.

So I take the truck I bought from Ken into the shop for an oil leak, they proceed to tell me I have the main seal out and all kinds of other gaskets, and that my warranty is expired. 1800 dollars to 2000 dollars to fix it, so I take it to another shop and its just a gasket leaking. 200$ and fixed, of course maybe I should have expected to be screwed by corporate America, but for this reason I'll never be doing business with them again

Ken and Joel are awesome!! They handed us the keys and let us test drive, got us a good deal very fast, and when we went to pick our new car up, it was filled up with gas and ready to go. Just a few reasons to buy small town:)

Honestly, bad experience every time. Had car worked on thay broke my battery and didn't say anything about it. A Another time Went to buy a truck, gotta prove never got a phone call back. Went to a different dealer and bought a truck. And had to explain that I did not buy a truck from tishomingo chevrolet. I wish I could give them a Minus star.

We took our Buick in not exactly sure what was wrong and Travis diagnosed and fixed it within a day. As a huge plus it was actually a recalled item that we were unaware of so we did not even have to pay for the repairs. Tishomingo Chevrolet will forever have our business. Thank you Travis and rest of the team

I have had SEVERAL positive experiences at this dealership. My husband and I purchased his truck here and had an awesome experience. Our sales agent, Dean, was very down to earth. Wasn't trying to force a sell on us and helped us find exactly what we needed. I also have a Chevy and started taking my car here, instead of the Durant location, for repairs and maintenance due to our great experience. Nothing wrong with Durant, but I found these guys got me in and out quicker. I also, unknowingly, showed up an hour after the car shop closed to pick up my car (I thought they closed later). Luckily good ole Dean was there! He got my bill taken care of, even gave me my change out of his OWN pocket! Thank y'all so much! You won't get that kind of service at a larger dealership. I will continue to be a customer!

Quick excellent service. Needed an oil change and dropped in and had it done in about 20 minutes. No hassle and fair price.

Very impressed ss and work those guys in the service dept do.. Travis did exactly what he said he would do, eventhough I showed up late both days. The mechanics were super nice and so were the sales team.. would recommend to anyone..

I bought my 2015 Chevy impala at Tish Chevy and have used them regularly for maintenance on my car until i moved to OKC a year ago, while in OKC i had some issues come up with my car and i took it to Landers Chevrolet first, they cleared the codes on my car and said that it was working fine and couldn t replicate the problem only for all of the issues to return three days later. I then took my car to a regular mechanic shop (Redemption Speed Shop in Choctaw) where i received very poor service with no communication. They had my car for a week where they ran up a bill of $400 just in diagnostic fees according to the owner. After leaving a not happy customer, i drove the car down to tishomingo after moving back and brought it in to Tish Chevy where they had the problem completely resolved in under 8 business hours. Turns out what was wrong was covered completely under warranty..i will no longer take my car any where else besides Tish Chevy!

I called this dealership to send a tow truck to pick up my truck that wouldn't start. They sent a truck with the rudest driver (Lucky's) the driver did not hook my truck up correctly, ended up dropping it and damaging my tailgate. On top of that, overcharged me (125.00) to tow in town for 2 blocks. I paid for the tow through the dealership but when I returned to address the damages to my truck, they said it's not their responsibility. They said it's up to me to file a claim with the towing company that they sent to get me. Very unprofessional! I would urge anyone thinking of using this company, to take their business elsewhere! I always have had work done at dealerships even though it's more expensive, I've always had quality work and great customer service. Not the case here.

Honesty and integrity is what anyone asks for. Tish Chevrolet stands behind their name. Two personable salesmen, a service shop that will make things right, and an owner who isn t in it for a quick buck. I hate buying a car, and I hate servicing them. Even though their 30 miles from home, I ll never go anywhere else to get my car serviced (and none of my cars are chevys).Thank you for being in the business to satisfy the customer. Thank you for making it right and caring about my vehicle like it was yours. Forever grateful and forever a servicing customer.

I bought a Silverado new in 2009 from Ken, and a new Camaro in 2012. Both times Ken was very honest and upfront and gave me his best price right out of the gate without hours of haggling. A couple of years ago, my Silverado needed some major engine repairs and they were extremely flexible with my repair requests. I have a lot of experience with this dealership and I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them and I will be a customer for life.

Went with a friend and Mr Ken was beyond awesome and very cool from both a personal and professional stand point toward me and my best friend and treated us both as people not dollar signs and showed tremendous kindness and respect man ...she was more than pleased to do business with Mr Ken ...easy for me to say nothing but positive about this man hands down...

I dropped of my jeep for an oil change. I asked the staff to see if they could figure out what my noise was I heard when I drove. I can't drive my vehicle now. Thanks guys.
