Wow! I have a 33' motorhome, and I had a blowout on I-40 in oklahoma City on October 2. Waited 3.5 hours for service to change it out. Called local places, and they did not have the correct tire in stock. Called CH&W and spoke to Phyllis on Wednesday, 10/3/1023 am. She told me they had the right tire in stock and would prepare a ticket for me with tires ready. I arrived at the service center at 10:30 a.m., and Phyllis, true to her word, had everything ready for us. I pulled directly into service bay, and within 90 minutes, i had 2 brand new Goodyear tires on the front axle of my coach! I can't say enough positive things about this dealership! Thanks for getting me back on the road so quickly!

I deliver soap, acid, and water treatment chemicals to this location on a regular basis. Tony, the owner, seems like a nice fair man to conduct business with. All the truck drivers I have talked to at this place were happy with the quality of work done on their trucks.

The mechanic cut my left sway bar and never told me!!! I drove over 2,000 miles... rotate tires and check alignment turned into. Changing struts and inner and outer tie rod . I received my car back completely out of alignment. Brought it back and was still not right. I had to travel back to Wisconsin.After looking at the bill I was double charged, once in the labor column and again in the parts column. SO Not aligned, cut sway bar at top of strut, didn t even bother to cut the bottom. 14 inches just hanging over a brake line. In wheel well. I had to bring to my mechanic for yet anotheralignment and replace the sway bars???Phillis decided to write false information on the side of the computer alignment. Best customer service I ve experienced in years. Unfortunately my front end alignment took much longer than quoted due to the age of my truck. However, the front desk gal kept me informed with a smile on her face even though I was really beginning to grumble about the time. She even said they d drop me somewhere if needed. Then to top it all off they didn t charge me as a courtesy for the time delay. Very much appreciated. I highly recommend them. Like I said and wish to repeat The Best Customer Service!!!

I needed a rather rare tire for my 1978 RV. CH&W had that tire and helped me get her balanced&mounted Very quickly---after calling about 10 other shops in the area that could not do so. ***The lady that assisted in this process moving smoothly is Phyllis. Very friendly,and also Extremely helpful. Super grateful for all of y'all here at CH&W. If I'm through the area again and need assistance,I will be here!!! Thank you again!!!

Transporting a big oversize load down Route 9, blew a drive tire early in the morning. Called Bron and he said come on in. Had a new tire waiting for us. Got us changed and back on the road. I can't tell you how much we appreciate solid, professional, friendly people when you are a long way from home. Highly, highly recommend doing business with Bron and his team. Sooners helping Buckeyes! Awesome!

These guys save my bacon this morning. I woke up to two front flat tires. I don't know who I made mad! LOL. Junior was a great guy he fixed me up even though I forgot my lug key. He was still able to help me out and get my tires fixed. Thanks guys!

Took my 1999 Ford F350 in to have the ball joints replaced and rear brakes fixed. They did a great job. They came in $300 less than the price quote I received from a different shop for just the ball joints. Thanks P.S. They even washed the truck, it looked so good my wife ask if it was our truck sitting out front.

Over an hour just to fix a nail in my tire. Mechanics just standing around talking in the back. Wouldn't recommend and won't be going back.

Had a leveling kit and tires put on my 2018 Chevy, super quality work in a timely manner, at a great price. Good bunch of guys here, earned a customer for life.

I walked out one morning and my Jeep Grand Cherokee alerted me to low pressure in a tire. I knew previously that I needed new tires. Given the incoming blizzard I figured I better check them out. The fact I could barely recognize where the tread used to be brought stark realization that the situation was more dire than I realized.I searched the internet called a few places. No one could get me in that day, or they didn't have any tires (at least not any brand I had even heard of) that would fit. I knew I need tires due to the incoming weather, and the fact I was moving the next week meant I wouldn't have time to deal with it then. Finally, I tried CH&W they had some available in a brand I hadn't heard of, but understood that wasn't what I wanted. They pulled some strings, and were able to get some Bridgestone Advantage tires in that afternoon. These tires had good reviews online and were recommended in several Jeep Grand Cherokee forumns.CH&W had got me in and had the new tires installed in about 45min. They even gave me a bit of a discount. Now that I have moved they won't be very convenient for me to repeat my business, but I still may make the trip. Either way, hopefully my review can help bring in even more business; they deserve it!

This place ROCKS!! These guys went above and beyond when I was stranded. Tires had to be ordered for the Winnebago. They had them the next morning, got them mounted and got me on the road again. Even picked up rims the night before from me & one from where it was stranded and had them ready when we got there, no charge. Special thank you to Drew for all his help.

Called and asked what time they stopped washing they said 5pm. Pulled in at 4:50pm needing a reefer trailer washed out, turned me away said they were closed. I ll never spend a dime here after today.
