I ve only ever done the tire service. But the mechanics are all great. Their maintenance charges and their products are reasonable if not less expensive than local competitors and they have a good selection in store.

I had two flat tires that needed patched, i live 20 minutes out of town and driving on rims was NOT an option. I was advised on a Sunday that they had only one technician and if I came back the following Monday when they had a full crew at 7:00AM (when they opened) I would be in and out. I took the tech s advice, drove home, and in the morning I gave my tires more air and left. I arrived at 7:00SHARP. I waited an entire hour and nobody had opened the doors. When I called the front desk to ask when the doors would be opened as there were multiple people waiting, she rudely informed me that they had only one technician and she didn t know when the doors would be open. These people do not care for your emergency, go to an auto care center who does.Service: Tires

We recently had a leak in the tire. Come to find out it was to close to the sidewall and needed a whole new tire. The tire had to be special ordered and with that being said we needed to come back in the following days to get it replaced. The employees made sure to update us when it was in and had us fixed up with an oil change and ready to go in 35-40 minutes! Not only is the customer service amazing they are super quick and the prices are great.

I've been using their services for probably 10 years. They're professional and courteous I have two vehicles that they service. I get the fuel injection service each time I get the oil changed. I think it's only like $10 more and my cars run great. Jose is the man!

If you say you open at 7 am YOU SHOULD OPEN AT 7 am!!! I've been sitting out here since 6:50 it's now 7:25 and still no one has unlocked s door or answered the phoneService: TiresService: Tires

Poor work ethic and customer service. Will not stand behind their products (tires) because of higher standard they hold themselves to but are more than willing to sell you more tires rather than fix the problem. Pretty much said they were above doing a certain type of work. They wouldn t even look at a flat tire. The tire I had bought from them. They told me I had to buy a new one. Found someone else capable who fixed my flat for $10. All the manager did was read me their mission statement I believe his name was Mike. Will not buy anymore tires from Walmart. Larry s Tire definitely has a better quality of service.

2nd in line at 8am, somehow took them 3 hours to dismount/mount 1 new tire (although there was atleast 4 shop techs) Asked them to check tire pressure of other 3 tires, which they did not do. Instead, they wrote down that all 4 tires were at 36psi (only tire that was ACTUALLY at 36psi was the new one). I decided I had better check them myself after they had tried to charge full price on a warrantied tire that I had bought from them a month prior, and after seeing the report where it said all 4 tires were magically 36psi. Techs appear to be lazy with bad attitudes, atleast the one who worked on my car, and communication, between techs and automotive cashiers, needs a TREMENDOUS amount of work. I would like to thank the one auto tech and manager that resolved all my issues. But if everything had been done right and communicated properly, there would have been no issues to resolve.

Jos� checked us in nicely. Donnie did right by us on our tires. I mainly knew my tire situation having found one flattened to the wheel overnight. Another I ve been airing up every few days. He was honest and thorough. I expected to buy more tires than he said I needed to. Service like that is what makes me go back.The reason for only four stars is the guy up front misplaced my key and took too long getting it over to me.

I went to Walmart because I was in a hurry. They get the job done, I wouldn t say it s good or bad. Average service and reasonably cheap, but you might be at Walmart for 2 hours. I waited an hour to get help and then another hour to get my headlights replaced.I would have just done it myself if I knew it d take so long.Don t go, just watch a YouTube video and do it yourself. You ll save some time.

Typical Walmart, clean and decently stocked for the times.Good resource for a wide verity of items but I highly recommend buying from smaller locally owned businesses before here. I personally will pay a little more to buy from a local business and to buy Made in the USA whether at Walmart or somewhere else.

If there was a negative star I would have used it. There has been multiple occasions with multiple vehicles where I ve brought low tires in to get a simple patch and then have an employee tell me the hole is too close to the side wall and I ll need a new tire...of course, this is after they stick their tool in it to make the hole bigger where the tire is now trash. This department needs to be shut down.

I called ahead and was told there would be an hour wait, when I arrived they checked me in immediately and I was done in less than half an hour. The service was great and my tire is great! Thank you Auto Care Employees.

Horrible customer service they would not honor my son's road vantage warranty due to the Sallisaw Walmart auto center messing up his tires (stripping his lugnuts) when putting new tires on and NO ONE will contact me back regarding this matter. Will NOT EVER use them for ANYTHING!!

Got my oil changed here....Juan is the guy to go to. Very friendly, helpful...and the price is reasonable. Will go back here for my next oil change.

Slow at service writing and checking out but fast with tire and lube services. The waiting area is in a nice little room with a tv and benches away from the noise so you can relax while you wait.

Them boys in Tahlequah (Cory & I can't remember, sorry man) did an outstanding job especially the balance. My old hemi is vibration free. Both of them were friendly.

Most of the people are very friendly, except a young girl that works the desk and register. She asked me what I needed and I told her that I needed to check out. She then left me in line and checked out the person behind me and started running her mouth about me to them. I literally did nothing but tell her I needed to check out when she asked me what I needed.

Went in to buy tires after automotive was closed and since there wasn't more than one we couldn't get the two that we needed asked if there was a manager or somebody that could get back to the tires so that we can buy the two that we needed and they said there was no one there to help us, kind of disappointed if I could give a negative review I would!

How the hell is Walmart going to Honor their tire insurance with the tire and lube closed?? And the 1star rating is a negative. Terrible service!

Service was great but I was told over the phone that if you buy tires online they will install for free, but they do charge you for putting them on.
