The work that was performed was good. The reason for this bad review is because Justin lied to my wife and me multiple times about communication with the insurance company. Because they did not communicate with the insurance and did what they wanted we are out of pocket. We asked multiple times if the quote was sent to the insurance company and it never was. If you do use them make sure they are following protocol and not telling you what you wanna hear.Service: Body & Trim

I am impressed with the quality of work on my car, it looks great! They were able to work very well with my insurance, and had my car done in a timely manner.

The work they did was great and they were very nice, but there was no communication and when I first went in for a quote they said one week when I dropped it off they said 2 weeks and it ended up being three weeks and day. They only communicated after I went into the business on the 3rd week and asked about my car. Then they called me later that day and told me it would be ready tomorrow and then called me the next day to tell me it was ready and even though they close at 5 p.m. they would wait for me to get there at 6 p.m. when I got off work.

They changed my head lights for me in 30 minutes and did it free of charge. Thanks guys! I will be a customer for life.

After a collision with a deer, we chose to have our vehicle repaired at Tahlequah Collision. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable about the process and working with our insurance. They efficiently communicated with me through the process. I hope we don t need your services in the future but will definitely utilize your company again if we do. The people were very thorough in their estimate, knowledgeable staff who really wanted the customer to be thoroughly satisfied with the work being performed. Very courteous, friendly, and punctual, true to their word . It was a great experience meeting such fine people who care about my car as much as I do. We have a Equinox that had front end damage. They took care of the paper work with the insurance , set an appointment to bring it in and finished it as promised. They did a great job matching colors and the body work was top notch. I would highly recommend.

This company provided me with the most amazing service any person could ask for. I was without a car for 2 months waiting on another business, which never touched my car. I called Justin and he fit me in and completed everything in 7-8 business days and everyone that has seen my before and after pictures have stated what an amazing job they did!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Brakes

After a terrible experience at a different shop I was skeptical about using another local shop. Tahlequah Collision was WONDERFUL! They called us with updates and kept us informed. We had a small issue after my car was done and they were quick to fix it. We would definitely use them again.

Very helpful. Friendly. My truck was beautiful, You would never it was smashed. And when I did have a problem they got right on it and fixed it no questions no problem. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Our rear driver s side door was sideswiped on our 2020 Subaru. Tahlequah Collision ordered and installed a new door, repaired and painted the back section, replaced trim and returned our car to us, looking like the accident had never happened! Beautiful job! We will definitely recommend them to everyone needing auto body repairs!
