I had a horrible experience with another mechanic shop. I stopped in and Steve took the time to look over their work and it was awful. Steve showed, explained, and fixed their work (their laziness). I spent over $2300 at another shop, Steve was able to help me to hold the other place accountable. I will continue to use Steve s services, I was just out of town when I had immediate repairs needing done. Thank you Steve so much. Thank you for showing me mercy and not charging me for your time. The others guys at the shop also took time to explain and show concern- when no one had to as it wasn t there work. Speaks volume.

I was new to town 5yrs ago and needed work done on my truck. Steve was extremely nice I told him what I wanted done and he did it. Everything I've need fixed I've taken to him and he fixes it right and doesn't over charge. I've sent family and friends to him and all have been happy with his work. He has a clean shop and the guys there are always nice

Steve's Service Shop did a great job for us again. He is reasonable in his pricing and always does a great job in a timely manner. I would recommend him to anyone who wants quality work.

Awesome job, Steve and his team. I went deer hunting in Tahlequah OK and my truck broke down and needed to get to Dallas that day. Other places were about 2 to3 days out. Called Steve, and he said, see you in the morning. By 10:45 a.m., we were rolling back home. Thanks for working us in early.Highly recommend Steve.

Other shops in the area couldn't fit us in for a week or two. Steve got us in the next day and had the repair completed before close of business. Reasonably priced and friendly.

Don't ever trust this mechanic with your vehicle you take your truck to them to get it fixed then you get there to pick up your vehicle because it supposed be fixed but you getting back the same way you too the truck to they shop ever trust them

I hate to rate them 5 stars because that means they will be busier the next time we need them. Honestly tho: they are GREAT, they are fair and they do quality work. They get the work done when they say it will be done and if there is an unforseen problem, they call you. My husband and I have used Steve's multiple times and been very happy every time. It's not easy to find an independent mechanic shop in these times, so I'm happy to say we found a great one. Btw, we are not related, not personal friends -- just loyal customers (though being related or personal friends would be fine too ).

Awesome Awesome place to have your car fixed. Steve and his wife are great people and treat you like family. They explain what is wrong and what is necessary to fix it and they don't treat you like a dummy when you have a question about something, they are more than willing to explain it! The price for my car to be fixed was right in my budget. Will be recommending this shop to all the people that I know.

My whole family have been customers for years and recommend Steve's to anyone that needs vehicle service. He offers friendly, knowledgeable and very fair service. Sometimes there may be a short wait for him to get to your vehicle but that's because it's no secret around Tahlequah, Steve is the mechanic you want to use.

The absolute best mechanics in town. Steve is a genuinely honest man who takes pride in his work and does the best job that can be done. The people are friendly and honest. I would not go anywhere else.

Great place, he kept his promise to me about getting my truck in, on a late evening to get the U-joint fixed. His crew was very nice and his wife which is the ladie at the front desk. I would really recommend this place. Does a great job and does it well, he will definitely take care of the customer.

Showed up at 2:00 to pick up my vehicle on a monday and no one was there after being told they close at 3:00 due to heat. Will not answer the phone and began declining my calls. Also left my vehicle unlocked and his front gate wide open with valuables inside for them all to get stolen. DO NOT use this auto shop it is not worth the hassle. Extremely unprofessional. Sat in the parking lot for 2 hours with no response from Steve. Not a good business take your money elsewhere and get better service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I wouldn't take my vehicles to anyone else. Superior service, reasonable price, and Steve worked me into a very busy schedule. Highly recommend Steve's Service Shop.

Wonderful service and the owner is easy to talk to and understands problems. I don't live here but my daughter does. There are very few people I trust working on my vehicles but Steve is at the top of the list.

Steve's auto is truly awesome! He listens to you and will tell you exactly what's wrong. Tahlequah of a place. Would recommend him to anybody and have. The only go to guy out here is Steve's. He is super busy people come from all over Stillwel and Muskogee. Trust worthy mechanics this is a super team of mechanics.

Awful service took over a month to fix my daughter's car and 3 days later broke down againwould not recommend him

Had them install a replacement transmission. Now no speedometer. Driveshaft not my part. Leaking transmission fluid. Took to another mechanic told wrong driveshaft yoke too short. Had wires backwards. Owner will not accept responsibility.

Had my vehicle tuned up here, water pump, timing belt, and pulley. Drove for two hours before the fan assembly came apart while driving. Cannot get any reply from Steve and am down one of my service trucks for 2 weeks now with no call back from Steve.

Really. Asked for price check to put on part and forgot to tell him I had the part. "Well that's good to know after I figured the price" starts talking to someone "Idk someone who can't put on pan gasket"
