Great,friendly & fast service. Mr. Cecil was our driver and he just did a fantastic job! Even went above and beyond to help us push our car under the carport out of the coming weather as the sunroof was open.

Literally a life saver! Locked my keys in my car and we only had to wait about 10 minutes for them to get to us, and he unlocked my car in I swear only about a minute or two. This guy is a pro! They take card as well as cash which is another big reason to choose these guys. Price wasn't too bad either. Hewas super friendly as well which helped me feel at ease. You definitely want to call them if you need to have your car unlocked!Service: Car lockouts

Had a tow after a wreck and was helped by a driver named Turtle. He was a very friendly, helpful man. Quick getting there and took extra precaution to make sure not to damage the car any further. Can t speak on the other drivers but he was a solid driver.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

5 Star rating well deserved by Robbins Wrecker for their courteous, reliable, prompt towing service. After contacting AAA, promptly I received a phone call from Crystal from Robbins Wrecker Service that was extremely friendly and informative on the wait time for our tow. They came earlier than expected and their employee, Cecil, was friendly and like the speed of lightning in getting our truck strapped down for tow. He had the vehicle assessed, chained, strapped and on the tow truck approximately 10 minutes and onto destination. A WOW factor in my experience with tows. Robbins is reliable and the driver, Turtle, whom is a friend is just the most wonderful person to know and I trust him wholeheartedly with my vehicles, in my home or with my children. So I always call Robbins first. 've never been disappointed in their service or their people.

I called and made an appointment to have my truck hauled to a local transmission shop the following day. The lady I talked to on the phone was very polite and helpful. The driver showed up at my house the next morning and was also very polite and professional. The price was really good. If I ever need a vehicle towed again, I'll call Robbins.Service: Car towing

Rear wheel bearing went out, called Robbins told them what was up and not much later driver called and told me he was about 15 minutes away. When he arrived loading was quick and he was able to drop it of at my house. Great service

I called for a tow from my home and was told to call back tomorrow. I asked what time, the woman said eight a.m. I explained I had to be at work at 7:30 and she said to call at 7:30. Again, I said I had to be at work at 7:30 and she sternly said, "Call at 7 then!" She proceeded to hang up on me. I won't be calling back.

Robbins Wrecker Service arrived in a timely fashion. The driver was courteous and reassuring. He towed my car to the mechanic I wanted and informed the mechanic of what he observed when he looked under the hood. I am very satisfied with Robbins Wrecker Service.

I'm going to be fair here they had to come out 2 times. The first guy came out later in the evening after we floated the river at Arrow head. We thought we needed a jump after seeing we have a bigger issue and would be stuck with 3 children over night 200 miles away from home. I asked to driver if i could pay him extra to run me to a store so I could feed my children. He said no and just left not knowing if my family and I would be safe. The next morning a couple allowed us to use their car to drive into town so I could feed my children. By the time I made it back to my car Ribbons wrecker still hadn't called or showed up. I had to call AAA again and Robbins Wrecker because it was going on 30 min passed the ETA I had been given on my phone. At the end of the day the second driver a younger man was very friendly and got the kids and the car to were I needed it to go. I just wouldn't use them again because of the first older guy, you could tell he wasn't an Oklahoman. We as Oklahomans love and take care of one another.The owner took time out of his day to call and apologize for his employees behavior and offered to make sure we would be taken care next we were in the area and in need. I truly appreciate him reaching out and showing his concerns like a true Oklahoma gentlemen.

Robbins is hands down the best wrecker service out there . My wife's truck was acting up and not starting so we had to have it towed. Called Robbins and they had the truck picked up and delivered with minimum wait time . They are fast , clean and super friendly . Mark went above and beyond. We were stranded and chose to call Robbins over other options because of a 5 star rating. He took us to his personal shop and helped me fix my car when everything was closed. We were back on the road that night and reached our destination. Very reasonable price and quality service. I hope to never need his service again, but if you need towing, call Robbins first.

I got myself locked out of my vehicle on a Saturday evening during the Labour Day weekend, and unfortunately the emergency locksmiths in this area were out of town. As I was losing hope, Robbins Wrecker picked up the phone, gave me a reasonable exact quote, and sent a truck driver immediately who arrived in 15 minutes. He was very friendly and efficient, unlocked in minutes. Thank you!

My daughter had a wreck and totaled her vehicle. Robbins was quick, professional, answered all my questions, and helped guide me in next steps as I waited on the insurance companies to investigate. I later found out that they have helped my daughter several times when she locked her keys in her car. Great company!

They have the best customer service. My plans continued to change one morning and I ended up calling them several times to change things. They stayed polite and offered help patiently. Definitely give them a call if you need your car towed.

We had locked ourselves out of our car at walmart.Turtle helped us out in no time. He was very pleasant and professional. He maintained at a professional level when unfortunately another walmart customer became upset he was blocked in by the wrecker. I would use them again and would have no problems having turtle help us out in the future. Thanks for getting us out of the cold

During such an awful time with the current state of not only our nation but the world in general, the driver I had was nothing but professional, friendly and helpful. I didn't catch his name, nor did we shake hands (practicing social distancing). He was there before the estimated time, quick, friendly and had a great sense of humor.

I had locked myself out of the car I called AT&T Roadside Assistance and they connected me with Robins Wrecker who showed up within 10 minutes of my call and 5 minutes later I was driving away. He was very nice, professional, and good at what he did. if you're ever locked out of your vehicle or just need a tow, call Robbins wrecker they will get you home!!!

Friendly driver showed up quick! Loaded up and hauled my car safely back to my house. The phone operator was sweet and kind and even though I was a wreck, she stayed calm and friendly. Thank you guys!

Driver's name was "Turtle." Extremely polite and knowledgeable. Brought his flatbed to pick up our boat after a "self inflicted" trailer malfunction. Carefully placed the boat on his flatbed with precision, and delivered to repair shop. Would highly recommend.

Called for a tow and the lady who answered was rude when I called back to ask for an ETA and hung up on me. I called back and cancelled that tow and called A&J Towing. They were there in 10 minutes for half the price. Zero Stars!Update: There are two sides to the story, this is MY side. She was rude, period. And A&J was twice as fast, half the price. Still 0 stars!

Friendly, awesome, fast service. What a relief to get help from such a nice company who actually cares about you. Unlike walmart!!! And they even called me, the worried mother, to inform me my daughter got back on the road!! Thank you! God bless!
