Do not go there if you are a woman. The front counter treats you like you are an idiot and when you call they offer the service you were just denied at the counter. Luckily Riverside Ford in Tulsa has competent people and I was able to drive directly there from Tahlequah to get the additives to keep my Ford engines for life warranty.Service: Oil change

I'm giving them 2 stars because I had to go to 2 people to get help. If you're not getting an oil change, go elsewhere. They're better tire and brake people around. The only thing they do on tires is rotations. They may advertise brake service but you may end waiting 7 hours almost like I did. I went in around 8:30 and it took them 2 hours to get to my car and another hour to give me an estimate. But they said it shouldn't be much longer. After 3 hours more and noticing my car was on the rack with NO ONE working on it and 4-5 guys around 1 car, I went ballistic. I had gotten brakes not even a year ago but they didn't do a good job and were going to charge me but the manager noted they were under warranty and they had to knock a lot off of the estimate. Both the manager and another person were surprised and upset I had waited so long. I have spinal disabilities and arthritis so I have to walk with a cane and I have no one to drop me off and pick me up. They just do oil changes and tire rotations. And they need to change their name. There's another place in Tahlequah where you can get an oil change in 10 minutes. If they mean quick like in the whole span of the Earth's time, then yes, they're very quick.Service: Brakes

Great group of people, the mechanics do a great job and are informative about any issues found before proceeding with the work. My ONLY complaint is with all the tire work they do, they only have one machine to balance tires causing a bottleneck at that area, but I'm very satisfied with the work and pricing.

Called to set up an alignment. Told it wouldn't be till the next day, first thing in the morning or at 2:00. Told them 2:00 was fine and tried to give them my name but was told they did not take appointments. I told him it was an hour drive and didn't want to waste my time if he wasn't going to get it done. The man said be there at 2:00 and had get it done. I was there on time and was told they were booked for the day and to try back the next morning. So moral of this is, take a chance if you don't mind wasting your time. Me, mines more valuable than that.

This is the best place to get your vehicle serviced the right way. I don't use anyone else and I drive a Chevy. The Service Manager Chris Feary has integrity and listens to the customer. I always leave with a good feeling and never feel pressured. Note: they are not the fastest in town... but they ARE very thorough.

I went in for a regular oil change. I drove away with the presumption that everything was done correctly. Came to a stop 200 miles later and seen some smoke rising from the engine bay. Oil cap was not put back on, or wasn't put back on securely enough, resulting in oil covering about half of the engine bay and an inconvenience for me. Called them early the next day and they told me to come in to fix the issue. I bought an oil cap in which I got reimbursed for, they "cleaned" the engine bay and sent me on my way. No comped oil change and no apology. I will be finding another place to service my car in the future. From now on I will be checking the work for any anomalies or mistakes made during the service, and I suggest you do the same.

I went in for an alignment and they should me what they had done on paper and blamed my steering wheel that was pointing straight when I took it in. Was now 25 degrees off and now pulls the opposite direction from where it was pulling. Then I told them after I drove away 1mile. They blamed the wearing of my tires. Now I still need an alignment and a new tire because of having to drive it like that.

I have always had my F150 serviced where I bought it at Stuteville Ford. They are very efficient even when they are busy. Very Professional employees that treat you with respect!
