While on vacation approaching Tahlequah, the AC in my car was not cooling at all. I called Nix service dept and asked about getting it fixed. We set up a time for the next afternoon. I arrived at the time, they took the car in immediately. They recharged the AC. I'm happy they could get me in and not waste a whole day of my vacation.

Recently bought a new vehicle and only have 5,000 miles on it. As I'm driving through Tahlequah it shows that all 4 tire sensors went out and wouldn't exceed 25 MPH. I walk into the shop and ask if they can help with this. They tell me that they don't have an opening and that they won't be able to help until the next day. Then the other gentleman sitting with him tells me that I just need to air up the tires because of the weather change. I ask if they will put me in a service loaner vehicle for the time being and they tell me that they cannot. I asked and said "So I have a vehicle that is well within it's warranty and you guys aren't willing to help me fix the vehicle I purchased?" He said "We're unable to do anything at this time". Needless to say I will never visit this dealership again.

Enjoyed our experience at Tommy Nix. Excellent customer service and the sales team was great, especially Chelsea B. She was so personable and made sure we got the vehicle that was best for us. They also replaced the windshield of our used vehicle because it had a small chip in it. Highly recommend the Tommy Nix team - be sure to ask for Chelsea!

We just purchased an Enclave at Tommy Nix. It was by far the best experience we ve had in purchasing a car. Our salesman, Aaron, was knowledgeable and extremely helpful without being pushy! Tommy Nix made a point to come speak to us & show his appreciation for our business. After bad experiences at other dealerships, I would recommend Tommy Nix to everyone.

Expensive service work done. Picked up car with 2 tire lug Bolts left finger loose on front driver side, 1 on frt psngr side. Car not vacuumed or washed..not a typical experience for me. Reported on site later due to holidays being busy for all via "chatbot" to provide my experience and seek outreach with some resolution. Haven't heard back..yawn

If You want a Great Deal on a Chrysler or Dodge then drive to Dallas/Tulsa.If You want your head knocked offand enjoy sub par service Go see nixAnd don t forget tommy nix sux theBiggest Dix in Towne!!!

Lance was awesome! Great customer service, and very personable. Felt no pressure to purchase. If you go to Tommy Nix Tahlequah, ask for Lance.

If you are in NE Okla this is the dealership to go to for service on your vehicle. I drive 30 min to go to their service department instead of Muskogee's. Cannot comment on their sales department as I have never purchased a vehicle at this location.
