Curtis was amazing . He came after hours and worked so hard to get us up and on the road again. I would give this man 20 STARS OF I COULD. Everyone else was a week out before they could help. Cherokee did our tires. They were great to. Park Hill Oklahoma has many kind people n we stayed at Barnacle bills with Mike. We sold our land and now Im sad I did because so many good people live there

Curtis was really great.I cantsay enough good things abouthim.Swapped out my old Duo'Therm A/C unit for a newDometic model in what had tobe record time & even thoughhe wasnt feeling well,stayeduntil the job was finished.I'd give him 6 stars if I could !

This man works wonders, he came out and fixed our AC that we didn t really know what was wrong with it, turned out the plug-in for the camper was wired backwards and caused our camper wires to burn up in the AC, he was able to find the problem and fix it. I am very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him to anyone. I will definitely be using him again if something goes wrong!

We pulled our RV out for the first time and our water tank was cracked McKays came to our rescue! Great service, quick to answer! Will use for all our needs while in the area. Very prompt

I had a power issue and had no heater, fridge, or water pump. Nothing worked but electrical outlets. This man came out on short notice and in arctic wind chills and got me going. Very reasonable priced and knowledgeable McKay's has my busniess for future needs and I 100% recommend you use him too !!! TOP NOTCH !!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Curtis. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and so kind! He would explain to me the processes behind what he was fixing, why it went bad and even some extra tips. He went above and beyond what I called him for to ensure his work was as thorough as possible. This was a new to me used RV. And we were certain we got hosed at the dealership with the issues we were coming across setting up. When asking Curtis, he was honest and reassuring that we got a good trailer for a good deal. He even found a pretty major issue with the roof while fixing the AC and took me up there to show it to me. I really appreciated that, as I had already taken the words from the dealership at face value only to be deceived. Curtis does quality work, very reasonably prices, guarantees his work and even has 24 hour service if we're in a bind at any time! I called him based on Google reviews and am really glad I did. He's my go-to RV guy from now on! Thank you McKay RV Mobile Repair!

Great experience! I was so thankful that Curtis was able to replace my tankless water heater with such a short notice! He is very professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend him!

I received an estimate from Mr. McKay on some minor repairs and check out of my RV. I agreed to the estimate and awaited confirmation that the work was completed. After calling and texting multiple times, I finally gave up. I looked forward to having a long-term relationship with this firm and feel like I got ghosted. On to the next provider.

Excellent quality and expertise. Curtis is very busy, and RV repairs don't always work as planned, so it took a few tries to get everything working.A lot of plot twists came up for my repairs and we had to juggle our busy schedules left and right, but one thing is for sure: Curtis doesn't give up and will troubleshoot down to the root of the problem instead of just putting a band aid on the issue.

My wife and I have a keystone fifth wheel 2020 model and none of my outlets are working except the GFI labeled outlets and we re camping away from home. I called these folks, well actually sent a text and the technician answered me right back. After a couple qualifying questions, he solHighly recommend the problem in less than 15 minutes via text, and didn t charge me.

I called this morning from the lake with a leak in my RV. He was at my RV within only 3 hours and had me fixed within an hour. This gentleman knew his stuff, was extremely nice and mostly did not take advantage of me. I will be using him for all future repairs.

I just moved my 5th wheel from California to Oklahoma and upon arrival some things weren't working and some things I damaged while setting it up.I called Curtis this morning with my list of repairs needed. Curtis was quick to respond and fixed everything in record time. I am thrilled with his work and his pricing is affordable.He provides excellent customer service!! I will definitely be using his services in the future!!!!

Great guy!!! He did so much to help us with our RV. We had a leak and he came to us at our campground and fixed it. Also, we are new to the RV world and he answered about a hundred questions. He will always be a good resource for us. He s very knowledgeable and was just an overall nice person.

Mr. McKay originally fixed my rv air conditioner. But, about 12 hours later it stopped working. Mr. McKay came out and greased things up and said he thought he fixed it. Again, it worked for a short time then stopped again. From this time on, Mr. McKay hardly communicated with me after the numerous times I texted and called him. He said he was waiting for a motor to come in, yet he said the place where he was getting the motor had his name on one. I provided time frames that I would be at my rv of which he would not reply. I finally asked to have half of my $400+cost returned to me since he has not been able to fix my rv and he supposedly guarantees his work of which he has refused to do. He has been turned into the Better Business Bureau and I would warn anyone against having Mr McKay work on your rv s.

I was told he would be out between 9-10 SaturdayMorning to check the A/C on my travel trailer.He text back Friday night and changed the time to10-11 which was fine. He never showed up at all.I live 300 miles away and needed help!First vacation in 3 years due to my wife havingLeukemia and needing to stay cool.Did not happen! I think McKay is a liar and will not get anything but a bad review!!!!Thanks for all you help!

Super impressed with Curtis and his work ethic. He came out to our remote deer camp (no address, just dirt-road directions) re-sealed a roof on one RV, washed 3 others, and repaired the AC unit on mine.. this guy does it all! Would highly recommend

Gave Curtis $1,000 on April 21st for a new unit, he was supposed to be out here weeks ago every time we contact him it's a different excuse and now it's to the point where he's not even picking up the phone or answering our messages

Have used this company 2 times and the fellow that came out was excellent! I wish I could remember his name. Fixed our ac on a weekend and absolutely floored me with a bill that was under half of what I expected. We will always use this fair priced and honest company. Curtis and Rhonda are the best! We were on our way from CO to FL when we couldn t get the bedroom slide to go in. We were stuck. They rearranged their schedule to come help us right away. They easily found and fixed the problem. They did great work at an affordable price. I highly recommend McKay s Mobile RV Repair!

Curtis.. very professional and was available on short notice. Service call fee is very reasonable. Fixed a part on my converter that he could have easily charged and replaced for a new one. I would highly recommend his service to others.

No show ..no call..wouldn't answer a follow up call or text..left two seniors in 100 deg weather waiting at campsite without a airconditioner. I would have packed up and came home if I knew that was going to happen.
