Some of the experience buying from them was great, others not so much. Information doesn t seem to travel through the office very well. I would say if you have the availability to purchase from a dealership rather than a car lot, do that, if not then you get what you can, but don t expect a problem free vehicle. Even the things that are fixed aren t going to last. I m happy to have a running vehicle but I have accepted that I ll be having to replace it sooner than I would like.

The people there was really helpful and kind. I bought a truck there from one of the sales reps Terry. He was patient and kind, didn't feel like I was being pressured in to buying just anything. I am very happy with what I bought, would definitely recommend going there.

Terry Snells is an amazing sales man! He was very kind and helpful. He made the car buying process very easy and was very upfront about any questions I had. Car Mart Tahlequah treats you more like family than just another customer.

It was best car mart we have been to the sales man terry was super nice and very helpful MUCH better than Pryor could ever be that place is the worst place ever everyone in there is rude and the most rude ever we will definitely will send people to Terry

I know a lot of people talk bad about the carmart here but let me be clear on our experience. We got our car October 26th and had the best customer service with Tonya. She was so friendly, worked with us and explained everything in detail. Fast forward 6 days after we get the car. I bring it in to get the fuel door fixed and it needed tire rods. They covered the entire cost of it and labor. And will be covering the alignment that it needs. They have been 100% behind their customers and make sure they understand what's going on and will answer any questions you have. I definitely recommend getting your vehicle here

Very pleased with my experience with my purchase. I went in defeated from being discouraged at another lot.I did not feel taken advantage of, and was vowel taken care of.Huge thank to James and Terry of Tahlequahs car mart

Shopping for my mom, we went and test drove a car on the lot that said "Manager's Special" on it. We liked it and asked about buying it, but Terri says, "Oh we don't have the title yet! We'll call you when it comes in..." Seems odd to put manager's special on a car you can't sell yet but anyway, I call back several times for weeks about this car and each time Terri either says, "Oh yeah, umm another week..." or ducks the call. I call back for the last time after about 3.5 weeks and Terri says, "Oh, um, you were on my list of people to call...blah, blah, blah, we sold it to some guy."Ugggh. I suppose it's my own fault for thinking that a used car salesman would have any integrity. Get you a car elsewhere.

My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a car from Car Mart when they contradicted what we were originally told. They required us to have full coverage insurance on 22 year old vehicle. We were told the day before that we would not be required to carry full coverage. But the final straw was when they told me they would let us take with only liability but that if we didn't get full coverage asap, it would be repossessed even if our payments were being made.It was kind of comical how they started out saying they had 3 people wanting the car we were wanting. I recognized it as pressure selling in the first place whether true or not. But one of the other 3 can buy the car and carry full coverage on a 22 year old vehicle. Hope they read the contract because they will slip things in that you didn't even realize. They WANT to repossess so that they can resell it and make even more money.

Car-mart of Tahlequah is by far the best dealership I've ever worked with. They were all attentive to what I was looking for. Quick to answer any concerns I had about everything from the application process to the finalized purchase. Terry, my salesman, was great. He made sure the vehicle I got fit the needs of me and my children. Tina, Jeremy, James and everyone there were so patient and helpful with this entire process...I will definitely go to them for all my car needs. If anyone is in need of a vehicle I do highly recommend Car-mart. They're not lying when they say they can help everyone!!!

The salesmen Terry was absolutely amazing, friendly, and was very good at conversating and telling me all about the vehicles they had on the lot. The rest of the crew was very friendly and very descriptive in explaining how getting a car works. (This was my first time getting a car) they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I chose and even offered a 7 day return if I decided I didn't like the vehicle and wanted to trade it in for another. Highly recommend these guys, car mart in Tahlequah.

Sold me a car that had 8 recalls, car mart took 2 months to get me my title to get tag, charged me an extra $75 for some repair plan that was a joke and when I told them it was getting hot from the first week I got it, they said if I got it hot I would have to pay for motor, so i couldn't drive it they picked it up as repo 3 times once I was out of town and because I was not going to be responsible for it messing motor up 2nd time at a friend's house because they claimed I was late over the actual paperwork was set up wrong in system and I went to get it they already had a for sale sign in window and the last time I said come get it because I am not paying for a car i can't drive and they wouldn't fixTo sum up the whole ordeal, car mart is ok for people with bad credit, but they got a scheme going on with bad cars and the staff is unprofessional doesn't communicate between the whole 5 employees in office, they are not honest and the most ghetto car lot i have ever witnessed. Beware!

I just want to thank the Carmart of Tahlequah for their customer service.-Thank You.You went above expectations in getting a friend into a vehicle.The store manager Jeremy, made sure transportation was available to the dealership, thank you Dewayne for the safe ride to Carmart of Tahlequah.The salesman, Terry made sure the vehicle fit the needs of the situation. He explained himself multiple times, making sure everything was clear and upfront.The vehicle needed some maintenance done and the mechanic, Jordan, he made sure the vehicle got in ASAP and that transportation was available home during the repairs. He made sure the vehicle was road ready, test driving it before sending the driver, Victor - thank you also for a safe ride, to pick myself up and he even went as far as fixing the antenna!I want to thank James for introducing himself at the time of the sale as well as the young lady at the desk today for being friendly, as ALL staff have been very helpful.It was a rough week, looking forward to better days in 2023 with you guys!*** Edited 4/6I just wanted to make sure people know to ask if they have any front end work done to their vehicle through Carmart, that they ask if they did an alignment. The vehicle I picked up Did NOT have an alignment and it's been an inconvenience that could of easily been avoided. Also Jordan did NOT test drive the vehicle, one of his mechanics did.

Just want to give a shout out to our salesman Terry Snell. I went with my parents today to get them a vehicle and this Man was the most helpful, humorous, such a great guy he helped Randy and Ginger Pigeon tremendously he was determined to put them in something that they was satisfied with.. If you read this Terry Thank you so much my parents are forever grateful!

Don t ever buy a car from Car-Mart in Tahlequah. Save yourself the heartache and disappointment of paying for useless vehicles. It s a financial trap that only benefits America's Car-MartIf you have had history with Cat-Mart and willing to provide information please let me know.I have 5 cases already where vehicles were replaced because they were faulty.One case where a non insured vehicle was driven by a minor child and was in a accident at on Muskogee ave and the vehicle was replaced within an hour.I purchased the car 2 years ago and have kept my account representative up to date since it s first time in the shop a week after purchase up to now the 10th time when the engine finally blew.All they do is tack on huge repair bills on an already outrageous note.Save yourself a headache and seek a better business that sells used vehicles.We have wasted nearly $15,000.00 on a 2009 Honda Accord.If you know the law please advice!

I had the BEST car buying experience today. Everyone in that place was AWESOME . My salesman Edward can hook you up on a deal. There making things right on my awesome new car. Car-mart has my vote.( New)The whole team in every Dept are awesome. They have gone above and beyond to help me get my car at and they took care of me .

The manager sucks and doesn t care about people he turned me and my wife down saying we don t qualify we then went to stilwell carmart and got a car the same day now Jeremy calls us asking if we need a car he needs to be fired
