Unlike the Irish store up the street I've never gotten the wrong part. Good prices. Knowledgeable staff

They are the best in the business. There are 2 stores closer to me but it's worth the extra miles. They've always got what I need.

I had to replace a battery on my Ram 2500 truck. They carried my old battery in and the new one out as they are heavy. I appreciated the help.

I was amazed by the customer service I received here. Above and beyond, 5 star service. The District Manager waited on me. He checked my battery, replaced it and even installed it. I was traveling through on my way to Dallas.Everyone working there was courteous and efficient.I am grateful for their kindness and help. Awesome store!

I have been AutoZone customer for years and years ,they have their ups and downs but last few years ... some of their policy they are not customer friendly .... for example the I have been asked to pay for store stock item which they were out at that time , in order to be able to get it I have to pay in advance , I wouldn't think about it if it wasn't store stock part.Yesterday , I went in with ball bearing and I gave him the number of the ball bearing ; his respond was " if I don't have the model and the year of the vehicle he will not be able to look it up " OK I went across the street to O'Reilly and I got it no problems .

Make sure you bring your old parts when buying new. I've repeatedly got the wrong parts.

Store manager receives 1 star for how he handled himself and the situation. Young man that installed my battery incorrectly gets 5 stars for doing the best he knew how.

*conflict resolved* To get a refund one must contact corprate.I have been a customer of AutoZone in Tahlequah for several years, but I have recently decided to stop shopping there due to a number of issues. On several occasions, I have ordered the wrong parts and had to return them. The staff has also been unhelpful and unprofessional on several occasions. One time, I ordered a part for my car and it was the wrong part. When I brought it back to the store, the staff member who helped me was rude and dismissive. He told me that I should have known better than to order the wrong part and that it was my fault for not checking the part number. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated and I decided to take my business elsewhere.Another time, I went to AutoZone to get a battery for my car. The staff member who helped me was very unprofessional. He was on his phone the entire time I was talking to him and he didn't seem to care about helping me. He also tried to sell me a more expensive battery than I needed. I was very frustrated with the way I was treated and I decided to leave the store.I have had other similar experiences at AutoZone in Tahlequah. I have found that the staff is often unhelpful and unprofessional. They are also not very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I have had to return several parts that I have purchased from AutoZone because they were the wrong part or they were defective.I am very disappointed with the service I have received at AutoZone in Tahlequah. I would not recommend this store to anyone. There are other auto parts stores in the area that have better customer service and more knowledgeable staff.***added 6/14 autozone reached out and found the parts that i had problems with and offered to refund. Will update again once and if this happens.

Fast Service. Had my vehicle diagnosed. I had to wait a couple of minutes. The clerk was very knowledgeable friendly and quickly performed diagnosis. She explained the most prevalent problem of my vehicle to the least. In my circumstances my problem could easily been life threatening, so I am extremely Grateful to learn the diagnosis of my vehicle.

O my experience was great. An employee named Chris was not only very helpful but went above and beyond what I expected to make sure my parts ware correct and on time. The follow up call was a very nice. I ll be back that way someday .

I like them as a company, and I've been on both sides of the counter, and they always try their best to get what I need when I'm there, but they get really busy and I've noticed that they help the people in the store and answer the phone when able too being there face to face is the best way to get what I need the first time when I have all my information I need

Nice and Friendly staff always to assist you. They do not try to ever rush us along. They have a tool loaner or rental program on some things. They also install batteries and more. If you call and ask I'm sure someone can help you determine what the issue may be.

I run a small diesel repair shop in town and easily buy 100k a year in parts/tools. Autozone used to be the best place to get last minute parts. However, with the last dozen or so orders I have made close to half of them were lost, given to another customer, or never showed up at all. Either they have an extremely inaccurate inventory, or they are taking paid parts from individuals and giving them to commercial accounts. It has happened so many times now that it's hard to believe that it's just negligence.

Always helpful staff. Very informative. Gives great suggestions even if it doesn't result in a sell for the store. They genuinely want to help in the best way.

It was 30 minutes before they closed, and I needed an Alternator.I went in with my old alternator and was greated right away from a employee.Showed him what I needed and in less then 1 minute, he had the perfect match. They seemed to be having computer issues, which must have been frustrating for them, but he kept smiling and apologizing for the delay, told him I was in no rush, and just glad I got there in time.I was in and out in less then 5 minutes.Fabulous Job and definitely had alot of patience, yet never seemed frustrated.Great Employee and even under pressure, he was in the zone, with Autozone.

Employees are very knowledgeable and will personally help you if you are not car savvy. I even had help re attaching a mirror from my cashier. He even provided the tools necessary and advised me how to install it properly.

AutoZone is a great place to get the parts, help, and advice you need. I am often a little over my head in projects so these guys listen to what I want to accomplish, offer idea's and solutions. Like today I was working on hard wiring an n2 pro camera, lots of ways it could be done and everyone joined the conversation to help me figure out the easiest and safest way to get it done. I really appreciate the over the top customer service at AutoZone. So if you have to wait your turn just know there is a good reason why this place is busy.

The service at this location is above and beyond the best customer assistance I have encountered in a while. Since moving to Tahlequah recently its hard to know where to go for stuff. I went to O'REILLY and left the people were so rude. Drove right to AZ and Bryan and the sweetest, tiniest woman who is also a Mgr. I believe is fantastic. OMYgoodness they are the best and deserve big raises! The reason your so busy is that customer service . Thank you, gives me hope for humanity. There are still nice people out there. Pass O'REILLY and wave as you pull into Autozone

Had an emergency and needed a battery terminal at 9:59. The kid working had his buddy (who was not an autozone employee) lock the door as I sprinted across the parking lot. Would've been in and out in 30 seconds. Thanks guys! Great customer service.
