I had an issue with my key not turning in the ignition of my car. My car gave these guys all sorts of trouble but they charged me a more than fair price. Matt was very honest and helpful the whole time, I absolutely cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Matt and American Lock Shop. You guys are my first stop with any locksmith needs. Thank you again.

Bruce and Matt did 13 locks on my home, very professional and polite. Even gave me more tips on my doors including ones in the pool house that chlorine is rotting anything metal. I would highly recommend and quick service. Thanks again guys!!!!

Very great service. The man himself drove out to my car where it was parked to test if my car's replacement key would work while I was stuck at work, and then proceeded to deliver my car at my place of work to accommodate my schedule. Matt was very friendly which made it even better. 5 stars!

These guys are so amazing!! If you need any keys or keyfobs GO THERE!! they picked me up, took me to the shop made my key and took me back. Programed and good to go at the truck!!!! I can not thank them enough!!! Made my day!

Top Notch service! My son lost the keys to his car. We live 30 minutes away. They drove out unlocked the car and had keys made and in my hand in under 2 hours. Professional, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend!

These guys have all, my business nowadays. They are professional, courteous, and honest. They always treat me as if I'm someone special. I was especially pleased with the black employee who cut new keys for my Jeep Liberty. Not only was he courteous and efficient, he made sure all four keys worked perfectly before he let me leave. I plan to give them all my future business.

If you need a special key that has a chip, I guarantee you this guy can get it done for you cheaper than anybody else. Friendly and fast service. Definitely my go-to.

I locked myself out of our new home, Dwayne arrived within 15 minutes on a Saturday, got me in and made several keys for me so it won't happen again. He also replaced my vehicle FOB battery with a high quality battery. They've got easy to use key rings that won't break your fingernails. They are my new go to place, try them - you'll like them! I highly recommend their shop!

The key part of my fob broke off today. The dealership wanted to charge me over $300 for a new one and told me I had no other cheaper options - not only that, but that it'd take about a week to get the key cut.I called American Lock and they told me I DID have cheaper options and had everything ready to make the key as soon as I arrived. They also gave me my key code so I would never have to pay the dealership for it.These guys are the best. Friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be returning for all my lock & key needs in future.

I called them and got a price quote far below the lowest I could otherwise find. I drove 30 miles to these guys and was glad I did! They were lowest price, fast, informative, and overly friendly and helpful! I highly recommend these guys!

I ve used them on several occasions to install a deadbolt on a solid wood door, break open a padlock when someone lost the key, and most recently when I accident flipped the lock behind me and locked myself out of my house. Each time they were prompt, kind, and had it sorted in no time. I wouldn t use anyone else in town.I would have saved myself some grief (and a new doorknob) if I had just called them first rather than trying to break into my own house after I locked myself out. Don t make my mistakes, just call them.

Go to this place if you need a new key for your car. Autozone or any other place is not half as good as this one. Wonderful experience overall, thank you to the two men that helped me get a new key fob and a replacement laser key.Service: Car key copyingService: Car key copying

I lost the keys to my 1994 Ford F350 pickup. I live in the country, a 30-minute drive from American Lock Shop. The owner answered and came out on a same-day service. When he got here, he realized he did not have the necessary style of key blank to make the key on-site. He took the door lock out and headed back to his shop. In the meantime, we found the keys. I called and told him and he said he would be back the next day to reinstall the door lock. I thanked him and told him I would rather not inconvenience him further and would bring the truck to him, which I did the following day. I intended to pay him for his time and trouble but he refused, asking me to consider using him next time I needed a service. I will definitely call him for any locksmith needs and I definitely recommend him to anyone else in his service area.Services: Car lockouts, Car key copying

The people there are really nice and very honest we have been there several times when we have purchased vehicles with one key fob they have never let us down. I Totally recommend them if you need help.

I called this establishment because I needed new locks on three black steel doors. Mr Rowan arrived and said he would not work on them.
