This company was very rude and didn t show no compassion whatsoever. Went to ask questions about a friend who passed away vechiles and the owner of the company straight up just kept yelling at us saying No! At least be kind about what if it was your friend. He didn t want to listen to us at all.

I blew a brake line on my way from AZ to OH at around 11:00PM on Friday night. Called to see if they could help and they said yes in the morning. I walked in at 8:00AM when they opened Saturday morning and they started working on it right away. Fair prices and great work from great guys. I made it all the way back to Ohio without any issues. I highly recommend using them!

Amazing. 2 flat tires on a Budget (more like Buttget) rental truck. No one else would touch it. These guys were there within 30 minutes and replaced both tires. Back on the road within 1.5 hours with 200 miles left to go for the night. Very affordable. Dale approved.

We are new to Sulphur, and many neighbors recommended Runyan s for our automotive needs. My family has used them for both truck repairs and for towing a disabled truck. They are honest, thorough, and prompt! They are the best!

I've never had any reason to doubt their honesty, which, being a woman with very little knowledge of cars, is a huge relief. They have always fixed my car to my satisfaction and are very friendly when I'm there.

The owner is a phenomenal human being, He saw that I was pretty much screwed not only did he pull me out and get my truck out of the ditch I got my self in but he went out of his way to help us also pull our trailer and get organized enough to pull all the way out. They wanted to sell me a wheel and tire cause I hit a curb and put a hole in the side wall. They told me the wheel was not useable. Well I took the tire and wheel back to my shop and tossed on a used tire I had and it beaded up just fine. I didn t even have to hit it with a hammer to bend it back in place. So he either is the biggest crook in Murray county. Or he don t know how to work on vehicles. I ll never be back thereService: Vehicle wrecking

Was in a bind early saturday morning, needing a tire on my 1 ton truck.He had me a good used tire on the truck and out the door in 30 mins. They are pretty busy on Saturdays in general. Also advised on what parts i needed to replace in the front end.Good shop to consult to with heavier trucks of any kind.

This place is terrible. The amount of information said was unbelievably short said. Couldn't rely on this place for anything other than to take up space. Got my car impounded for not even 3 days and had to pay nearly a fortune just to get it out. Everyone is unreliable that works here, makes you wonder how this place even runs. I can't imagine giving this place something higher than a 1 star. Dont come here.

Do not use!! Had car aligned after accident, insurance paid for alignment. Car still pulled to the right. Brought it back charged me another $40 and still pulls like it did originally. So they have collected about $120 for an alignment that is no better.

I broke down while in Sulphur with my Silverado 2500 Duramax. Had to have it towed to this shop. After the repair (water in the fuel filter) I was charged for a new filter ($54) plus labor. When I looked after getting home the filter still had the date written on it where I changed it several months earlier. All they did was drain the water from the filter.

Terrible...... dont use them . They didn t test drive my truck after they fixed it so it caused more damage ! They were Rude about it when I ask ! And wanted 2 fight in person ! Omg I just wanted my truck fixed ! Thanks Doug Boaz

Not your typical wrecker service! They do lots more like lift kits, wheel & tires and alignments. Great service and pricing too.
