Rob does an awesome job. He stays until the job is done. He is honest and a hard worker. I have several more things I am going to get him to work on. I highly recommend him.

We almost burned our camper down, thankfully the breaker popped so that did not happen. We had quite a mess, where we plug the camper in. Rob came out immediately and fixed us up! He did an absolutely amazing job. I wasn't able to be there while he was fixing everything. Rob showed up, was VERY professional and got us pointed in the right direction again. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. THANK YOU SIR!!!

An update to Robs response: everything I said is factual. I added text msgs to support my facts including the discussion about the hot water heater. After Rob arrived he was on the phone in his truck for nearly an hour then took another 45 min break while on the phone so his time worked does not include personal calls.The toilet was originally installed by another rv tech. The toilet was missing a seal from the manufacturer and had to be warrantied but the previous tech was in the hospital and could not get to it. He did drop off the new toilet. I offered to return the old one but Rob said it was on his way and he is friends with the dealer. My trailer was already level when Rob showed up. He releveled it after raising the jacks that did not need to be raised.I sent pictures of everything in advance and he still showed up unprepared to work on anything but the toilet. The leak was dripping from under the storage area because I have a slight slant on camper for run off. Water travels and is very commonly known to anyone with rv experience.Everything I have stated is factual. Rob is attacking my character which is a typical gaslighting technique when people don t want to take accountability. I m sure many people have deleted negative reviews after that kind of attack. I will leave mine up so everyone can see the truth for themselves.Things I needed fixed on camper: hot water heater-pretty sure heating element is outLeak under camper-probably a sealToilet needed replaced-had already been replaced but the new one was defective. Simple replacement.Front jacks are bent need fixed.Rob charged me $200 in labor to swap out toilet. 20 min job at most.Told me it was normal for camper to leak water into underbelly. Not true. Then told me it would cost thousands of dollars to fix a seal. Not true. He also refused to get under camper to look where the leak was coming from.Never checked or changed heating element in hot water tank.I ll post txt of the jack issue. He tested the motor and it is working properly so no reason to replace it. He didn t get serial number off jacks because they had grease on them. I offered a rag to wipe it off and he wasn t interested in getting dirty.Be careful using this guy.

I had previously hired a RV tech to fix my hot water heater, I was told it could not be fixed. Today Rob removed the old heating element that I was told couldn't be removed. Problem solved!!! This is the second job he has done for us. We have been very happy with his work both times, and I highly recommend him for your rv repairs..

Rob is a great guy! We've only used him for our AC problems in our motorhome so far but his service is fast and outstanding.Our first encounter - Our front AC wasn't putting out cold air toward the end of a recent trip. We called the night before returning and he told us to call when we got home. He was there in 15 minutes. In a couple of hours we were up and running. He repaired it, cleaned it, and did some maintenance on it. Until then we didn't realize how poorly it was functioning.jOur second encounter - We scheduled Rob a couple of weeks later to service our back AC. He found two capacitors that weren't functioning well and ordered them along with a start capacitor. Before he had a chance to return the AC quit running in the middle of the night. We contacted him in the morning and he had just gotten the parts in and came by that evening (in triple digit heat) and had it up and running in 10 minutes!Rob is very responsive, honest, affordable, dependable.... We haven't had to use him yet for any other type of RV repairs but wouldn't hesitate to give him a chance with other repairs. Although we didn't use our extended warranty on these jobs, he told us that he does work with them.

I had a great experience with Rob Roy RV Services. They serviced all of my air conditioners and together we decided to replace one. With the extreme heat, I was so happy we we got the air conditioners working again. They were very congenial, easy to work with, informative, excellent service. Told Rob my #1 was communication and #2 was professionalism. Rob has educated me on all of the issues I was experiencing, coached me to self-repair at times where that was in my best interest, and issued repairs where it was needed. Rob is the real deal! Honest, fair, and knows what he's doing. If he doesn't he'll find out. Will not lead you astray, doesn't over charge for his service and he gets the job done.
