I stay here often when I come to Stilwell to visit a friend in a nursing home. It s always clean and comfortable. My bed was clean with plenty of pillows. Checkin was quick and friendly. Breakfast is adequate. I don t need much. Bagle, cream cheese, juice and fruit was fine. I would recommend you bring earplugs with you. They have removed all carpet, so it s much easier to clean and keep ii fresh, but now the sounds echo. I was awakened several times in the night. But, that s just me. I ll remember them next time.

I call this my home away from home they have everything I need and it's a blessing most people don't get it some people cannot lay flat to sleep he has a recliner in one of his rooms and I appreciate him for that most people want to do upgrades but they don't understand some people have to have a recliner to sleep in so for all you Hotel people I suggest you putting a leather recliner in one of your rooms for people that may need one it's hard to find these days and it's mostly needed I am very grateful for this hotel and that's why I call it home away from home I can't ask for no better service than what I'm getting today

The staff here are very nice and professional. This place is really clean, especially the rooms and bathrooms. Plus if you get back to your room late they have the front door locked and you have to use your room key to even get into the hotel . This is a really great idea. The continental breakfast is really good with many choices. Bonnie and I was very impressed with this hotel and will go back when in Stilwell.

When we pulled up and seen 4 cop cars. That wasn't a good sign . But we just drove hours . So we waited a little bit in our cars then , When we walk up. We seen they had a sign that they, didnt allow pets even though when it was booked it said they was pet friendly. But when they said no pets when we was checking in, we asked for a refund, because we had our dog with us . Then the lady called someone and said they would allow our dog with another $50 payment . We had no choice so we just paid it . My opinion wasn't worth they payment . The place looked clean at 1st glance . But it could use some deep cleaning . I didnt like that every time I came out of the room , all I could see was this huge mold spot . And in the rooms it could use some walls wiped down in spots . And some deep cleaning of the base boards and vents. But the bed wasn't bad. So thats a plus . We did have to turn the TV pretty loud. Because you could hear everything in hallways and outside was very noisy. I guess they rent the pool area out, For party's. So we couldn't use the pool . Because who wants to crash someone's party. So we found something else to do. And when we got back the pool said closed at 8pm so still didn't get to use And that was one of the main reasons we picked them , because of the indoor pool and hot tub . That was blocked off . I guess broke . They didn't give us the wifi code either. But did like the fact that you had to have a room key to get into the main at night . Thats why they got a 3 star .

We came into town for a family funeral and my husband reserved a King bed room. When we arrived we found that we were given a double room. We went to the front desk and explained that they must have given us the wrong room. They said the the motel was booked and that's the only room available. Not exactly happy that we had to pay the same price for a room that we didn't ask for but it was only for one night, so fine.Went back to the room and into the bathroom where there were several, several hairs, head and a few curlies in several spots of the bathroom floor. So gross but had no choice but to stay in the room.My sister-in-law got a disabled(handicap) room and is in no way handicapped so I hope no one handicapped really needed it.I noticed that she didn't get a discount on her unchosen room either. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because there are actual beds in the room and the tub was clean.Good luck if you need to stay at this location and I hope you have a better experience than we did

Overpriced; I paid 90.74 for the night. Walked in the hall of non smoking rooms and you could smell cigarettes. The room looked clean and tidy. There was a cigarette burn on the bathroom sink. The fridge and microwave was dirty. Don t drink coffee so didn t have to worry about that being dirty. Went to take a shower, no hot water .not even warm. The tub was clean; too bad I couldn t use it. There was no internet that I could see for guests. I noticed when I connected my hotspot to my iPad that there was internet locked for rooms by my room, wondering if that was where the family stayed. It was very noisy at night, sound of child running back and forth. Only reason why I gave 2 stars is because I slept ok.

They are under renovation but these beds and pillows are the best we've ever slept on! They were just installing new beds into each room. The inside of the building is a little worn but our room was definitely sanitized and clean. Sheets were soft and clean. Room floor was laminate wood but clean. There is no breakfast offered but McDonalds is a couple blocks down the street. And Waart is across the street for last minute purchases.Very nice Gentleman in the front. Definitely recommend.

I m was in a suite it nice but the room smells. There is water damage in the ceiling which looks like it s gonna fall through a little. And they might as well let all the rooms be smoking rooms because everywhere I turn around it smells like cigarettes. Even in the hallways. The staff I don t really know cause I haven t spoke to any. I m being kinda generous with the 3 honestly.

Well, first and foremost, the location was ideal, it was not far from our destination site.Second, the complimentary food was satisfactory for a morning energy boost, plus brain food. Personally, in my estimation, I felt it could've been cleaner: when I initially entered and first looked at the vanity area which is totally open at the entrance--the bathtub and toilet are separated by the wall and door--I immediately noticed that the sink was not cleaned well and I had to inform (around the faucet area) my husband right away. Plus, the floor in the bathroom did not look like it was cleaned thoroughly! On the other hand, when we asked to use an ironing board, the owner's wife brought them over right away. In addition, when we needed additional towels for bathing, my husband would request for extras, and they were readily available!

There was no one ever at the desk. When we asked if the pool was open they said yes but we had to pay an extra $5 a person including the baby to swim! The room was clean but the sink was cracking the sealing in the bathroom was gross. They are not serving breakfast in the mornings. Cant check in til 3pm and have to be out by 11 am. Will not be staying there again!!

Unfortunately they are the only hotel in town. I would suggest driving a little further to find better hotels. Rooms are very out of date and run down. Rusty suspended ceiling in bathroom. Bad paint jobs, looks like some paint scraped off walls and then never finished. Just didn't have a clean feeling overall.

We would give this place less than 1 star if possible. The guy at the front desk was incredibly rude and yelled at my husband. The place smelled so bad of old stale cigarette smoke- so bad that we had to pay for the room and was unable to stay there. The place is old, outdated and the ceiling looked like it was about to fall in. This place is a dump. Don t waste your money.

Got a room this past weekend here and let me say unhappy is a understatement. The hotel was not busy when we checked in nor full. We got a smoking room which we asked for. The pillows were flat, my door did not latch unless we slamed it, the mattress was hard and thin, the hot tub which was broke a year ago when family came to town is still broken and green. Would not change rooms for us when we complained about the latch. No one is ever at the front desk. The shower head was being held on by electric tape, there were marks all over from where they moved stuff around on the walls and never filled or painted spots. There was only one set of towels in a double queen room. The pool did not have towels either. The breakfast was 2 types of cereal and oj or milk. At the end of the 2nd flood there is rusty water leaking out of the ceiling, we were not given a ice bucket or cups for our room. The pool was so Chloronated I could not even swim in the pool.

If you are looking for a very Dirty room to stay in you have found it. I slept on top of comforter and refused to take a shower. We would have left, but my family member booked these rooms for us. Huge stains on the carpet, dirt in the corners of the bathroom, and baseboards with dead bugs everywhere. Things do not have to be fancy but cleanliness is extremely important. Elbow grease, bleach, dawn detergent, carpet cleaner, and elbow grease is just what this place needs

Last minute reservation was perfect for our stay. It may be the only hotel in Stilwell but it beat out all of the normal hotels I've ever stayed at. The owner even kept breakfast open a little longer so I could feed the kids. The room was great, staff was great, and an overall fantastic week in a hotel.

Only used the pool for a party. It was very outdated and needed to be cleaned and the hot tub is broken. They also don't provide towels. I feel as if someone is paying to use the pool what would it hurt to allow the use of some towels
