Used this company first time ever, a guy named Tyler came out to help us tow our boat back to a shop and he was awesome, such a great help. He gave us tips on how to upgrade our trailer to tow the boat better and everything. The tow cost us less than what it would ve been through AAA. Really appreciate these guys, would highly recommend if you re in the area and need help.

Well , living in a small town like ours ...its nice to know that when you need it the most , someone has your back. The very first time we called for help pulling a truck out of a precarious place.. they were there(Brian was there lol) within 15 minutes , helped us within 10 mins or less, and was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient. Theres no question who we will use from this day forward for ANY of our towing needs. Seriously, the service was exceptional!!

I had the unfortunate occasion to have 2 flats on one side of my truck. AAA sent out Bruner's Towing. The gentleman that arrived was so kind and helpful. I have had AAA for 15 years and have never had such kind and honestly courteous help. Great job Bruner's!! I highly recommend them! They are pretty darn awesome!! 6/4/22 my wonderful husband locked my ONLY SET of keys in my truck!! Lol they came quickly to unlock my truck for an AMAZING price!! Wasn't hateful or rude!! Joked and cut up with us!! IF I NEED THE HELP I WILL CALL AGAIN!!!

My car stalled, and he was able to get me towed and home in less than half an hour. Wonderful customer service and super nice! I will keep him in mind if this ends up happening again.

My daughter broke down and insurance was going to take 4 hours to send their tow truck. I called Bruner and he was there in less than 15 mins. He handled the claim for insurance. He texted when he got her home safely. Will use him again

I am a 63 year old handicapped woman and since my stroke in May slightly forgetful, (alot). Very freindly, I locked myself out of my car at Arvest bank, after 2 or 3 hours of asking everyone that came by if they had a screwdriver or for help and trying myself someone called and asked how much he charged to unlock a car, he said 25$ in town. I had him come after hours he was very friendly and kind. He opened my car in about 10 min and didn't even charge me. Thank You so much God Bless You and make you prosper. If I give this a 0 I definitely I would. I use them to tow my car from my home to a shop which is, 19 miles, 3 times. They charged me 3 different prices the first time they charged me $50, the second time $80, which the second time is understandable because it was a different driver and a different type of tow truck. But the real problem is the 3rd trip it was the same tow truck driver and same tow truck going to the same place. And he told me he was going to charge me $100, but I later found out the he charged me $130. Not only did he lie to me he stole from me. I will never use them again and personally I hope this help others from being swindled by this horrible company.

Had a vehicle at their Westville lot and was given a phone number to contact when we were ready to pick it up. Called the number on Wednesday at 11am and was told that no one could get there until probably 4pm. Home was almost 2 hours away so instead of waiting 5 hours we said we'd pick it up another day. Called again Friday to pick it up and had to wait 3+ hours. We were also told we had to bring exact cash and told a total then when we got there to pick up the truck the total was different. They had our phone number and could've called but no effort was made.

Absolutely incredible service got to me an hour later after my rv broke down when everyone else was saying 3days to a week and at a better rate than everyone else was going to charge me. Would definitely use them again.
