I cannot say enough good things about this shop. They really do go the extra mile. They provided me videos that explained everything that was wrong with my car, why it s important, and provided pictures of the parts in my car with details on what was wrong. They patiently answered all my questions and really put me at ease, even when I was panicking. They always leave a personalized note thanking the customer for trusting them with their vehicle. I highly recommend them.

Their name is spot on - they really go the extra mile. Brought my truck in out of the blue when my check engine light came on as I pulled into town after driving 1,300+ miles. Walked in and they were immediately friendly and helpful, even calling 2 other shops (that they trusted) to see if anyone could work on my truck earlier than they could. But I'm glad I decided to leave it with them. Their inspection was thorough, their recommendations were honest, their communication and follow up were superb. They are now our go-to shop in town. Call out to Tyler who is just THE BEST for making me feel comfortable all the way through the process!

It's so easy to write a glowing review when everything goes right with a business but to experience conflict with a business and still have a glowing review is a challenge. Months ago during a very costly fix to my SUV, I was quoted the wrong price. After communicating with the owner and the techs we came to a mutually beneficial understanding that we were both comfortable with. Xtra Mile (especially Tyler) went above and beyond to honor their values even in the middle of a misunderstanding. That speaks to the true integrity that flows through this business and how highly they hold "doing the right thing". I applaud Xtra Mile for their business ethics, kindness, communication and all around operation. It's hard navigating car repairs as a woman, but Xtra Mile has proven they are a place that can be trusted.

I was very pleased with my experience with the Xtra Mile team. They were all very friendly with a help first mentality! I worked with Nate specifically to get the battery replaced in my truck with an Interstate brand battery. Love the transparency Xtra Mile gives their customers through the digital inspections as well!

Top notch shop that goes above and beyond to ensure your vehicle is safe to drive and in optimal operating condition. I took my Pontiac in to get serviced and within the day I received a complete detailed report with pictures of the problems and issues on my car that needed repaired. Once parts arrived it took them two days to fix 11 problems on my vehicle that ranged from serious like failing struts to minor like tag light so I wouldn't get pulled over. They offered free uber rides and provided a tow for me within five minutes when my car had broken down. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and will provide you an honest assessment and I fully trust them with my car for all future repairs.

After taking my Lexus elsewhere for quite some time, it appears that the other shop s tech was not diagnosing vital repairs that were needed to keep my car running. After bringing my car to Xtra mile for an oil change and tire rotation, they sent over the report of my car with photos and suggestions on what needed to be fixed immediately, what looks good on the car, and what needs to be fixed in the future. I booked to have my ball joints replaced, tie end rods replaced, and having a timing cover leak cleaned up to be able to watch in the future. Both guys in the office were very friendly, informative, and efficient, I mainly worked with Nate. They were great at keeping me up to date on my car s status. Even though I had some pretty large repairs on my car, I felt they were honest and fair with the pricing and efficient at getting me my car back. (Only took two days!) They pull your car up to the front for you and even leave a handwritten note in your car after servicing, nice touch. I will be using Xtra mile for my car s needs in the future and will be recommending them to friends and family. Thanks so much!

The xtra mile crew took excellent care of my fiancees vehicle! Digital Multi Point Inspection complete with photos/videos is an awesome feature they offer with an oil change! They're always a pleasure to do business with, and i know my vehicles are being well taken care of in the process!

Have been Xtra Mile's customer for few years now, love both their customer service and automobile service. They provide detailed inspections and photo proof to show anything urgent to be taken of ASAP, rather than just saying "you need to fix this" when it isn't necessary. Highly recommend

Don t let their good customer service fool you. They are wolves in sheep s clothing. Unbelievable!!! Tried to charge me over $1000 to fix brakes. Took somewhere else and it was $480. They tried to tell me all my rotors needed replaced when only my back ones were damaged. Plus they tried to tell me there was over $$2500 of other repairs that needed to be done. Hopefully this review can save someone time and money. They lie and take advantage of ppl.

Absolute best people in town! Always so friendly, kind and genuine. They don't try to up sell you and give you picture evidence for WHY they suggest certain repairs when they do find a problem. They are the most honest mechanics I've ever found. They also offer complementary uber/lift rides to/from their shop which is so nice! The customer service has consistently been second to none. I don't know if it's coincidence or what but I seem to usually work with Nathan, who's fantastic. He always leaves a note in the car when I pick it up thanking me for my business and it's also always personalized in some way to what we talked about that day, showing he actively listens when talking with you. I almost didn't want to single him out though because every single staff member I've met has been absolutely wonderful. I love this place!

I m a young grad student that knows nothing about cars and was in a time pinch. I think this place this place tried to take advantage of that to get a ridiculous amount of money out of me. They were gunna charge me $900 to replace spark plugs, while somewhere else in town did it for $250. They were super nice and friendly so I almost went for it, but I m glad I waited.

Was recommended X-tra Mile by a family member after over 10 years of frustration finding reliable automobile service in Stillwater and couldn t have been more pleased with my experience. Service people were very transparent and prompt in providing information about requested and advised maintenance on my car and accelerated repairs based on my family s desired timetable. They even followed up after to ensure we were satisfied with how the car was running. Not cheap work but I d rather spend more for excellent work than save and be left uncertain about my investment. 10/10 would recommend and will be returning in the future for my in-town service needs.

So thankful to the team for helping me out when I showed up out of the blue with a punctured tire and a baby in the backseat! I pulled in to the first shop I saw after my tire pressure gauge went off, and even though they were very busy, the Xtra Mile team found replacement tires for my Palisade and got me back on the road. Xtra Mile Auto Care is by far the best experience I've ever had for auto cars and repair. Tyler and all the technicians are very knowledgeable and personable. They make you feel like they truly care about taking care of you and your vehicle. When something messed up and was still under warranty, they fixed my vehicle for free. They stand behind their work. I can't recommend them highly enough, you won't be disappointed.

I'll lead with my only complaint, my first appointment was not timely. Dropping my vehicle off for an inspection and oil change took them over 7 hours before I got my car back. However every other aspect of service from the quality, support staff, accommodations, communication about what they found during the inspection, and welcoming environment blew me away my first visit and I will definitely continue to do business here.

Xtra Mile has always treated me well when I need something figured out with my infamously awful vehicle.
