Smooth experience buying work trucks for my company from Arkansas. Emma in sales was really great and we pretty much wrapped it all up through text. James in finance did everything through e-sign and talked me through the documents over the phone. I buy a ton of vehicles for my company and this was definitely the best buying experience I ve had in a long time. Thank you!

Emma Clayton is wonderful! My husband bought a vehicle through her back in February and he was very happy with the process. I decided to see what vehicles they had that i might be interested in and she was so helpful in helping my find the exact features I was wanting. We worked a deal and I am very happy with my new vehicle. We have bought our last 4 vehicles from Wilson and will continue to do business with them in the future. Great prices and amazing people!

Excellent service, purchase was done mostly by text and phone, due to distance from dealership. Emma who handled the sale was very responsive and got everything done quickly, even with a trade in. Stopped by dropped off trade in, finished the paperwork quickly. Had a dealer installed option, and will pick up the vehicle in the next couple of days. A great experience.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience purchasing a truck from your dealership. I feel that I have been mistreated and misled throughout this process.From the beginning, I paid for a product not delivered in good faith. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, your staff has lied to and deceived me. All I have asked for since day one of working with your dealership is for you to act with integrity. I expect you to do what you say you will do when you say you will do it.I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make changes to ensure that other customers do not have to go through a similar experience.Please do not reply with your canned " I am sorry about your experience, please call us at (***)***-****. If you genuinely cared about your customers, you would reach out to them, not have them call you back.I understand that I am only one customer with one voice, but I will do everything I can to let everyone know the lack of integrity Wilson operates with.

It started with the manager doing well on trade-in values, followed by the salesperson making the deal flow quickly and finance was quick and changed gears well when a bump came in the form of high rate. Finance found a better deal and the tech advisor drove it home with a thorough overview of the goodies.

I had been having an issue with my Buick. I took it to Wilson Buick GMC in Stillwater, OK. and the treatment I received from the service team was amazing. They all treated me with the most kindness and made me feel assured my car would be fixed. They called me and kept me up to date as to what was happening. This is why I drove an hour and a half for this kind of service 10 star treatment. Plus the person that sold my car to me was there for me. Just a great team

The entire process and everyone we had contact with was amazing! Sales staff was attentive and not pushy, financial staff was the same, time spent there was minimal for the transaction. 5 stars all the way!!!! We will be back for my wife's upgrade and recommend to our friends and family.

I have bought several cars from here and usually have outstanding service. I have been disappointed with my last purchase due to after sale issues. I wanted a heated seat installed and they kept putting me off saying they didn t have a car to loan out. Trying to refinance as agreed upon after 3 months did not go smoothly. Still trying to get that worked out. We are on day 5 of communication over this. I feel like they were not really invested in after the sale care.

I actually bought my terrain from another dealership bad choice on my part but have used Wilson Chevrolet service department for the maintenance of my vehicle and they are professional and friendly and truly do their best to look out for your best interest as far as your vehicle is concerned. I highly recommend if you want a trust worthy place to take your vehicle.

The best car buy experience!! Joshua Turpin was hands down the best salesman I ve ever worked a deal with. Never pushy, anyways kind and respectful. Finance department was the same, never felt pressured into anything I didn t want and felt heard and helped! Even down to atmosphere of being there, the entire staff was friendly and some even help entertain our 2.5 year old while we got the paperwork completed. We will most definitely be back for further vehicles! Thank you Wilson Chevrolet!!!

Jake and Daviaun were hands down the best sales professionals I have EVER dealt with and this is my 7th vehicle purchase. No extra unnecessary fees were added. What we saw on the sticker is what we saw on the PO. We came all the way from Duncan and have zero regrets!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. The service tech was courteous and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Coffee pots were all empty! I was in and out in less than an hour. Thank you!

I bought a truck from here. It was an extremely fast and smooth buying process. The two guys I worked with were very professional and polite. I really appreciated the straightforward, transparent approach they took, no gimmicks or tricks. And the best part was that I got a brand new truck for $43,000!!! It didn t have many bells and whistles but it runs great and it s a very smooth ride. Even though I live in Kansas I will be using these guys again in the future, we ll worth the drive.

We drove almost two hours from Kansas to visit the Wilson Buick franchise. Every single person from our sales person, sales manager, finance person to the owner were welcoming and knowledgeable making our purchase of a 2024 Buick Enclave a very enjoyable process. We purchased a CPO 2022 Denali Sierra from Wilson Chevrolet recently. Our purchases are for business-use, so transparency is key in our transactions. Overall, here is how we would rate our experience:Dealership:Clean, very friendly and informative staff.Sales:Very helpful without being overly pushy. Seemed to be extremely honest, which was the highlight of the purchase. Salesperson was very willing to help out in any way he could.Finance:Finance is the reason for three stars. I consider myself more informed than the average buyer, mainly due to my career in real estate and familiarity with the rising rates. I was expecting to pay what I researched is typical with good-great credit (and, ultimately I did). However, when wrapping up the deal the finance department decided to be deceptive and congratulated me on getting a 10% interest rate. Thankfully, I knew what to expect and told them nevermind, I will utilize my personal bank, as I was already approved through them. The finance manager responded with, oh no need, we will use another bank at 6.99% --------I understand wanting to utilize a product that benefits your business. What I do not understand is a lack of transparency or truth in such a key area of business. This otherwise happy experience, due to this reason, left me with a very fraud-like feeling. In our industry, they would call this putting your business in front of your customer, which is not a good way to gain future business.
