I had taken my drive shaft to get the u joints replaced. I usually do it my self but I thought why not. Took it there it stayed for about 5 hours. Threw the drive shaft back on the truck got on the high way and my truck was shaking like crazy couldn t go over 40 mph I stop at a gas station and get under the truck and try to wiggle drive shaft and it s got over 6 thousands of play in it. I call Napa and all I get it a huge argument i go in the store talk to the guy Josh that did the work on it and he s going into say that stuffs worn on my truck I don t know what I m talking about. Just taking trash the whole time having an attitude and speaking really loud. They won t do anything about it they say it s on me. Saying he did it right and this and that he just didn t wanna be told my a 20yr. He says he s certified but he doesn t know anything I m not even sure how he got the job. I wouldn t bring anything to Napa to get worked on especially a drive shaft. Worst service I ve ever had.

THIS PLACE SCAMS PEOPLE! I went in to have my alternator checked to see if it was working or not; the man at the front desk checked it out for at least 5 minutes and came back saying it was completely dead.I had a gut feeling it wasn t true, so I kept my alternator (Napa wanted $40 more than AutoZone for a replacement) and figured out what was actually wrong with my truck (just bad old gas in the tank, ironically) and the truck STARTED RIGHT UP WITH MY ALTERNATOR IN IT! Guess my gut was correct. I d give 0/5 if I could. I ve also heard since this incident that Napa in Stillwater does this to others as well.. ARE THERE ANY HONEST MECHANICS ETC ANYMORE?

Stillwater has had some pretty significant storms recently. I saw the Napa van helping a car on the the highway in the middle of the downpour. Great community asset. Goes above and beyond to help us match up the weird gaskets/o-rings/etc that other stores don't carry.

Called to check on availability on control arms for my truck. Guy that answered didn t give a name. When I asked for the part number so I can verify it was the right part he refused to give it to me and said company policy . I told him I can t drive down there to verify in person and he told me I can only be helped at the store.

They have lots of tools and all kinds of interesting things inside the store. I've never seen in that but with so many interesting tools and products presented for public View. Would probably take several hours to really get a good look at everything they have. The staff is a good and very friendly knowledgeable and there is a machine shop on-site. My only issue is that they didn't have the actual parts that I needed in stock and they didn't have them in stock nearby they were going to have to order them from the manufacturer which would take several days. Overall a good place with many options.

Like every other NAPA I ve been to across the country this store has that I can t do that attitude all 3 times I went for various reasons. I avoid NAPA when I can but my car broke down yesterday close to the store and all I needed was $12 in parts, but couldn t buy them because owners policy states they only accept cards WITH A CHIP, so I had to walk all the way with my 4yo tired and hungry son to Oreillys to buy my parts with American currency, last time I EVER go to a NAPA again, overpriced and very unhelpful.

A very well stocked store. The parts people know their stuff, usually. Don't let the machine shop work on stuff though. Never had it happen personally, but I have heard that they screw up parts and then fight with you to make it right. Many mechanics avoid them, and luckily, it has been years since I have had anything need to be machined, back then, there was a better machine shop in town.

I needed parts to redo my brakes. Unfortunately much of what I needed had to be ordered in. I went in Thursday afternoon and my parts were in by Saturday morning. That still beat out the other 2 parts stores in price and in time of getting my parts in. To top it off Bill verified I got a discount as well. He went above and beyond. Now that's customer service!

Stillwater NAPA always has part inventory that most vehicle part stores are too small to stock and they're Edmond distribution center assures mid afternoon deliveries into the Stillwater store! Kudos Larry and the guys there!!! Your Stillwater and other stores nationwide parts buyer! Frank

Wanted to thank don at napa for his extraordinary customer service and support Saturday found myself broke down and towed to Wilson Chevrolet for help between the two Wilson sold me a 500 dollar alternator and napa had the belt Wilson didn't Wilson wouldn't loan me any tools so don again took care of me bought a set of wrenches and thank God napa delivered work on my pickup all day and was told I had to leave the chevy lot I asked how was told geta tow truck again back on the phone to don at napa needing a break over bar but don had no delivery guys available but told me he got off at 8 and he would come help me then got my belt on finally and didn't have to bother don but can't thank him enough I would hope if he ever gets in nw ok he would let me buy him A steak preferably my homegrown steak thank you napa and don

My main car parts store in Stilly better than O'Reilly's and way better than Advanced. Staff there is real friendly and they have been able to find most all of my odd parts.

I have been purchasing parts from this store since 1977 and they are great. Usually the best stock in town and it is where I always go for a specialty part or tool.

Napa keeps a great inventory of parts, and their staff is extremely helpful. It's also nice to know that anything you buy has a nationwide warranty redeemable at any Napa location.

I went into NAPA to pick up a part for one of my trucks. And the worker inside stalled me while they called the police accusing me of stealing and banned me from the store. But they wouldn t state what was taken or show any evidence. Very weird because I have been a model customer and have been fixing my trucks ordering everything from the store and never thought about taking anything because I do not need to steal and wouldn t.
