They are not a good place to go get your car fixed. I asked them when I walked in the door. If they could give me an estimate on the things that was wrong with my car instead of them giving me an estimate they went ahead and fixed the stuff that they said was so-called wrong with my car That wasn t and then after they fix my car, they put on 3 faulty, alternators, and then turned around and said that they had nothing to do with the problem that was wrong with my car, and then I took the car to AutoZone and O Reillys, and both of them said that the voltage regulator inside of the alternator was gone bad considering there was nothing wrong with my car like that when I took it to them so I eventually stopped going there went somewhere else to get another alternator put on my car from another mechanic me thinking they are gonna make it right. I asked for a refund on the price that they charge me for the faulty alternators, and he told me no that he s not giving me a refund so I will be taking them to court , do not take your car to this place if you are not rich and or do not have the money to waste their customer service sucks The only person in the whole business that is nice is the lady at the front desk. If I could give them a negative stars, I would I do not recommend anyone going to there to get their car fixed.

I'd tried to save money doing my own thermostat change on an RX300, and was almost done when I snapped off a bolt (for the coolant pipe) flush with the cylinder head.I'd tried to do the extraction of the broken bolt myself and made it worse.A friend recommended Marty's to me as they had done a simple job for him quickly and cheaply. I called them, and they quoted a labor rate to which I agreed. They also have their own recovery vehicle and were able to tow it to their shop with all the wheels off the ground (important for an AWD vehicle).They called later in the day stating they'd extracted the bolt, tapped the cylinder head to accept a new bolt, and reattached the coolant pipe. They then asked, having seen the cargo bay full of the other parts I'd removed to get access to the thermostat, if they should put it all back together, to which I said "Yes", explaining that I was wary of potentially breaking it all again. They put the functional elements back together, did a leak test, and then finished putting it all back together so it was ready to go.All this was done for a price so low that I'm not going to say what it is here-- all I can say is was absolutely excellent value for my money and they've earned my business.

If I could give no stars I would. Brought both vehicles into them to fix what ever needed to be fixed. Not only have we been fixing everything we asked for on our truck ourselves, we have a whole other problem with our car. Joe said that it was fixed, no vibration or check engine light. Had the car for almost 2 weeks mind you. Told us our front brakes and rotors were fine....they were definitely not. Said he replaced the catalytic converter and never did. Charged us $700 and is now saying that this is a new cat. The bolts were so rusted on you can tell it hadn't been touched in a long time. We had to order a new one and replace it ourselves. Look at the pictures.... does this look like it was new? Now they are saying we don't know what we're talking about. This company is not about helping out people. We were charged for a new cat and never got one put on. Needless to say they stole the new one and left the old one and never fixed the issues that needed to be fixed.

Not only did get amazing, friendly, helpful service when I got my car serviced at MJ- but it also was way cheaper than everywhere else in town. My car has to have synthetic oil and it can get pricey, so MJ is awesome. Not only that, but it's quality and time efficient- it only took 30 minutes and I was in and out. I had a list of questions and they were more than happy to handle all of them without hesitation. If you're looking for a straight-forward car service and repair with genuine staff- visit MJ.

Honest mechanics who avoid surprises, not sure what more we could ask for.Noah and Cameron take great care of our cars for a reasonable price and communicate well before moving ahead with anything. Scheduling with the front desk staff is easy, and if they're booked up they just tell you up front when they can forecast getting to a job.We've seen really nice vintage vehicles in their care and they work on our everyday commuters as well.

I was very impressed with Marty's Garage. The mechanics were very knowledgeable & efficient. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful.Their prices are reasonable.I will trust them for any future repairs on my vehicles.

Marty s is a small shop that is worth the wait, if any. Cameron is a young man who knows his stuff especially air conditioning. He resolved the problem on my Subaru quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. It s very hard to find a shop that you can trust for your car. I found mine: Marty s.
