Such an amazing experience! Being a college student and having my car break down, and also not being very knowledgeable about cars at all these guys were very understanding. They had my car fixed and ready in a matter of hours and didn't even charge me for what they fixed. Super generous and thoughtful employees. The experience was all-around amazing and I would 100% recommend them if you're unsure or scared about trusting an auto-care establishment!

What a great experience!! They got my vehicle in to fix a heater problem in less than 24 hours when the local Dodge dealer would not even answer the phone and wanted to text even though I asked to speak to someone. Dave, Josh and the boys got it fixed right up and also found out that the power steering fluid was low even though it left Barry Sanders Dodge less than one week prior after an alleged service and multi-point inspection. Great Job Kwik Kar. You have a customer for life.

My tires were making an awful screeching noise and so I called Kwik Kar and they immediately got me in and checked my brakes, found out there was a rock in there! Super kind people who helped me out! Would go again! Also, my dog was in there and he got to go for a little ride!

A BIG Thank you to Josh for being so honest! My daughter was told by another shop her car needed an expensive part and the labor was over $600. Josh helped with a second opinion knowing what she had been told and said there was no problem and she was probably getting scammed. Thank you for your honesty!

Took my car in for AC repair, they were so nice and helpful and I got my car back in just a couple days! Great pricing as well, I don't feel like they overcharged me at all. I will definitely be coming back for contuous work on my car!

Would not recommend these guys to nobody took two cars to them through Car-Mart a 2015 Town and country for a transmission they didn't end up tightening up the transmission bolts to the pan and it leaked out transmission fluid all over the ground in my driveway brand new transmission got burnt up because of it then it was a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe just this week replacing the engine the charcoal filter and the gas cap latch on the engine of course they didn't tighten up the oil pan bolts when putting on the engine leaked out all the oil so I had to wait another day because they couldn't fix it till the next day two day job turned into 4 days and then they didn't even bother to replace the charcoal filter they just strapped it up to the bottom of my car with some metal tape as I said would not recommend these guys to nobody I have already told carmart I do not want them touching my car again

I couldn t be more satisfied with my experience with kwik kar. I called and explained my A/C issues. 24 hours later I m riding in cold comfort. And it was cheaper than they initially expected. Thanks again guys!!!!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Honestly, I came here in a pinch due to an unexpected trip that came up. I read the great reviews and trusted them... they were wrong in my case. It was not a long wait and everyone was friendly, however, when I made it to my car I noticed all my belongings from the glove box to be scattered in my seat and floorboard. (I assume when they were looking for the tire key) and did not feel the need to put it back. No big deal right... Then I notice my tire pressure on one of my tires is reading 29 and the others were 34-35. The funny part is that one of my tires was low (at 29) prior to my visit, so they charged me to rotate my tires and did not even check the pressure??? I reviewed the paper they gave me upon arriving home and noticed they put "OK" on everything. I found that interesting as my windshield wipers are cracked and definitely needed replaced (had the new ones already at home from amazon). I then felt I needed to check the other things they listed was "OK" or "FILLED". Windshield wiper fluid EMPTY, Power Steering Fluid AT MINIMUM, Air Filter was filled with dirt and actually had a large dead locust in between the flaps of the filter. So here it is 10 p.m. at night and I just got back from O'Reilly with stuff that was supposedly "FILLED or OK". I always go to the dealership (its cheaper at the dealership for better oil) and I know the quality is on point at the dealership. I wish I would have waited as now I am wondering how much other stuff was pencil-whipped... Do I even have new oil and a new filter??? My Advice, just do it yourself if you can't take it somewhere other than here.!! Or better yet, go pay for them to do it and then come home and do it yourself anyways... (Side note: I am aware that they do not automatically replace things such as the air filter, windshield wipers, etc. but if they are doing the check they should be able to inform me that I needed to address them if they are an issue... however the fluids that were "Filled" and were empty or low is just unacceptable as was the mess left in my seat... and the charge of tire balance if they do not even check them and fill them properly.)

I really appreciate how honest these guys are. I came in with a problem I just wanted looked at, but he told me just labor to look at it would be a third of the cost to just fix the part. No use in wasting money! I'm glad they care enough to ask before they do something.

Have used these folks since moving to Stillwater. Always fair and good priced. Went by recently to get a bulb put in found out we had the wrong one. Guy was nice enoUgh to help me get it out and get the right one. Quick easy and friendly service. Good pricing as well. Definitely recommend.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

They seem like fine people. I had my car's oil and filter changed recently and they were pretty efficient about it. The waiting area is kind of cramped, and doesn't have seating capacity for more than 4 persons, though they more than make up for it by their quick service. I switched from 6th Avenue Honda to them, and the first impression was that the rates were almost 30% lower. A couple of months with the car, and I will have a clearer idea of how good they are.

We were 500 miles from home needing an oil change. We were in and out about 15 min faster than estimated. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Facility was very clean and the shop looked very organized and well kept. Price was cheaper than my local place . If we're ever in town needing an oil change again, we'll definitely be back. Thanks!

Always use this place for alignments, friendly and efficient staff!! They've worked on all my trucks with leveling kits on them. Would recommend them over anybody in the Stillwater area.

I ve used Kwik Kar on N Perkins off and on for a number of years and today they demonstrated amazing customer service!! They ve always been very professional, helpful, and kind. Today, however, they went above and beyond! I went for a simple oil change. They were time efficient first off. I asked if they would air up my spare tire no problem! But they also vacuumed out my front floor boards. Simple I know, but when you open your door and see fresh clean floors unexpectedly, it makes an impact!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Great experience and great prices. As soon as I pulled up a worker came out to great me, and get my information. He was friendly and professional and that means alot especially 8:00 in the morning. The mechanic came back told me what he saw and did, also his recommendations I was pleased with his knowledge and care for my vehicle. Usually mechanics make u feel like their trying to get over. Thank you Kwik Kar I'm a life long customer now.

These guys replaced my daughters engine in one day and the radiator plus changed the oil! They were absolutely professional this might be the best shop I ve ever had to deal with. Great job guys I sure appreciate you getting my daughters car ready that fast!

We have used Kwik Kar for 3 different services in the last two weeks. Every single time, we've had amazing customer service. I was so impressed with the way we were treated the first time, i brought both my cars back for oil changes within 2 weeks. I'll continue to use their services, i haven't been this impressed in awhile. I appreciate everyone there!

Brought my 6.0 F250 to them a few times. Couldn't have asked for a better experience or better service. Only time anything went wrong is when I dropped the ball on my part. These are great guys, they have great knowledge, and the most fair prices I've seen around. Honestly youd be crazy to take your vehicle elsewhere.

Super impressive auto repair shop! Fast, quality work and fair prices. Being female, it is normal to be over charged, and treated as if ignorant. Ladies, not at this auto shop. I highly recommend this shop for any auto repairs. Lastly, they have no issues working on a Volvo again impressive. I had an oil change done. My car has a skid protector that runs along the whole length of the car underneath. Someone missed the middle section when putting it back on and it came undone on the highway. I thankfully got it up long enough to make it back and speak to someone. They were willing to fix the issue without any hesitation. I m appreciative that they quickly fixed the problem.Service: Oil change

Kwik Kar did exactly what they said they would do when it came to fixing my ride. They installed my valve cover about 2 weeks ago. The valve cover was faulty and even though I brought my own part they did all the labor, even took it and exchanged it for me and reinstalled a new one for a fraction of normal labor, even know they did not have to do that. I m a single father of two babies and Matt came and picked us up after the car was ready. Just exceptional customer service and great work. Place is always busy so make an appt. Thanks Matt, Randall, and the entire team. And thank you to the owners for making a grouch happy.Service: Engine repair

Exceptional customer service! One of very few places that they are helpful and informative, instead of harassing you to feel the need to purchase more work to be done. I loved hearing the employees be polite and quick! I'm glad we chose to go here. We will plan on continuing our basic auto services here, from now on!

They have a very bad treatment of international, my English is not 100% excellent, but I am international student and my language is good and I was trying to talk to him on the phone and explain to him what my question is, he hung up the phone in my face and did not give me the opportunity and the time to explain to him what my question was, I visited them at their workplace and I think they do not know what a smile is, you feel as if they are forced They work and don't like what they do

They did 2 hours of work, but only charged me 1. Shows they charge fairly and not based on exigent circumstances, like in my case with a trunk latch. A man ten years my elder treated me with respect throughout and I would heavily recommend this mechanic shop based on my experience today.

Great service! They were able to fit me in the same day I called. I was really happy with the speed an quality of the work. I will be back here for future maintenance needs, and I would recommend them to a friend. The manager Jackie was particularly helpful and knowledgable.

I would recommend this place to anyone. They are so kind and very caring here. My car wouldn t start and so i called to see what I could do and one of the employees came out to the parking lot to help me. I appreciate everything they did for me today. I especially commend the employee that helped me through the whole process and took the time to come out to the parking lot I was at to look at my car and then tell me what I needed todo. 10/10 would recommend. I will be coming here for the rest of my car services and I will recommend this place to anyone who has car troubles. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

Thankful for same day service for brakes. Was scheduled for 2 pm appt. Got there little before 2 pm and was very hectic but was greeted soon as I exited my car. Told service would take 1 hour and I waited until my car was taken into service bay area. Which wasn't taken back until 3 pm. Car was done & parked around 350 pm.I'm thankful for getting brakes fixed, just wished service was done around estimated time. Price was within reason for this type of service.
