I recently bought a Grand Highlander Hybrid from Janzen Toyota. I am located in California and I feel grateful this dealership was willing to work with me. I am not from Oklahoma, so my process was 90% via phone, text, and email until I arrived. I ABHOR the idea of buying a new car in Wichita, KS. My local prices were $4,000+ over list. I wasn't too keen on trying to buy out of state, but figured I would give it one shot. I will NEVER buy another new or used car locally. Janzen treated me exceptional from the first phone call. I worked with Suzi throughout the process. Ask for her. She is PHENOMENAL! I also worked with Grant and Mike who continued the exceptional service. I actually enjoyed buying a new car. I am flabbergasted this type of experience can actually be had at a new car dealer. Janzen, you folks nailed it!

I couldn't have had a better experience in buying a truck!! Tyler was more than accommodating as I live in Colorado and he picked me up at the airport in Oklahoma City and drove me to Stillwater. That was so nice! I called him the day before and within hours we had a fair price on the truck I loved!Tyler is an incredibly kind, genuine and honest person. Not what you typically find in a salesman. He did everything he said and made what is a usually painful experience a very fun one! You can trust him.

Let me start off by saying one thing, the guys in service are absolutely awesome! I needed a bunch of work for my truck (I didn t know about). They went over everything clearly and explained the process of what they were going to do in an easy to understand way. Best part, they even got it all done a little cheaper than what was first priced out! I ll definitely be coming back when I need more work done.

I had by far the best car buying experience with Janzen. Scott and the rest of the crew were awesome! I love my 4 Runner and they made the whole process easy and enjoyable. There was no pressure and everyone was so easy to talk to and ask questions. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!

My experience at Janzen (twice in three months) purchasing vehicles was great. Scott was extremely helpful and knowledgable, it was a very seamless process and everything was waiting for me upon arrival. He was very attentive and followed up with me without harrassing me like some dealerships. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a new toyota!

I recently bought my first new car from Janzen, courtesy of my amazing salesperson Suzi! I was able to order a new Camry with ease, with very helpful assistance from Suzi, and was able to complete the buying process smoothly in person at Janzen. Everyone that helped assist me in the buying process were kind, patient and extremely helpful. Highly recommend going to Janzen Toyota for your next car purchase!

Bought my car from here over a year ago now and continue to have good experiences with them. Made a last minute service appointment and they got me in and out in 30 minutes, solved my problem, didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need, and did it all for a reasonable price. Have had too many bad experiences at other Toyota dealerships but this one never disappoints.

David Harrison helped us from beginning to end as my husband and I went through the process of purchasing our 4Runner. He took the time to figure out our family's needs to help put us in the vehicle that worked best. He took the time to make sure were knew all the features of the 4Runner and was able to answer any questions we had.

My experience with Janzen Toyota began with their excellent service department with Jayme's first Toyota, a Prius. When needing another vehicle, we went straight to Janzen first. We had viewed a Toyota RAV4 on their website and went to take a look. Scott Briscoe met with us and we took it for a test drive. He was interested in us as people first and as car buyers second. He answered all my questions and helped us with the details. Can't say enough good things about Janzen Toyota and Scott Briscoe!

I drove from Kansas City to Janzen for my new Sienna. The associates at Janzen treated me like a local and familiar face. Suzi, Kyle, and Daniel were gracious, kind, knowledgeable, and honest. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I would absolutely drive to Janzen again for another Toyota purchase. Purchased a 2021 Toyota Camry from this dealership on 03/15/2021. From the moment I requested internet price online and started communicating with Suzi Kugel this dealership gave me the best buying experience I've ever had for a vehicle. Suzi went out of her way to locate the exact vehicle I wanted, was extremely pleasant to deal with and made sure I was satisfied. No big pressure sales tactics at this dealership. I told them what I wanted and they delivered. I highly recommend Suzi Kugel and Janzen Toyota for a superb buying experience in Stillwater, Oklahoma!

Kyle & his team at Janzen made the purchasing process smooth & seamless. From placing a deposit on the exact truck I wanted to receiving delivery of it on the other side of the country. There were a couple miscommunication issues, but they always went above and beyond to address & fix them. I d gladly do business with them again if they have what I want!

The only dealership I ve dealt with that doesn t give you the runaround. I gave Suzi the rundown on what our situation was, laid out what we wanted and what we needed to get out the door for, and she made it happen. No scammy practices or gouging like a popular Toyota dealer in OKC.

Love my new Toyota Highlander from Janzen Toyota. It was an easy process to go through! They were very helpful and made the process of buying a new vehicle easy! Do not buy anything from these crooks. They sold my daughter a damaged vehicle that had been welded on the a arms that had not been disclosed to her as a rebuilt title. It broke on her as she was driving, it could have caused her to wreck . When returning the vehicle to Janzen Toyota they didn't even want to look at it was very rude and dismissive. So now she's stuck with the trash they sold her. She had even paid extra for ta warranty. That is not worth anything

Pleasurable experience buying my 2023 Tacoma. Hands down the best new car buying experience I've had. Kyle moved quickly to locate the truck I wanted and I enjoyed working with Dave to finish out the paper work. Will definitely buy from again when I'm in the market.

Over the years I have found myself frequently needing a truck but always resisted the temptation to buy one, until recently. Two weeks ago I finally decided to trade in my 2020 Rav4 on a brand new Toyota Tundra Limited so I reached out to Suzi Kugel, who is without a doubt the best Automotive Salesperson I have ever worked with, to discuss my options. After looking over a number of Tundras with Suzi's help, I zeroed in on a beautiful 2024 Smoked Mesquite brown Tundra Limited and we took it for a drive. All I can say is WOW, this is more than just a truck. Suzi kicked it into high gear and later that afternoon, I was driving my new truck home. My wife and I have bought 5 vehicles from Suzi over the years. She is a consummate professional and ensures an impact free experience. If you are hunting for a new car but don't want to deal with typical sales people, then you have to call Suzi at Jansen Toyota, she's the best.
