Always friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring. I can't comment on prices really but to say, they were cheapest in town for what I needed done. Got me right in both times I've been. Derick is the best! I had a passenger side window regulator replaced. Roughly cost me just under $350. There is seating inside but it was real nice out so decided to wait outside.

They done a complete frame swap on my truck do to a wreck picked it up and done 1100 mile round trip with no issues i would recommend them to anybody

I had to have some front end work done on my car after a accident with a coyote. I will have to say that they were very prompt and professional with fixing my car and did a amazing job. I would highly recommend them to do your body work.

Wonderful experience! They did great body work on my car. Beat all other prices drastically! Not to mention got me in for estimate immediately no appointments or hassles! Fast and friendly. They worked directly with my insurance behind the scenes, which made the whole process super easy! My car was delayed a little to be repaired but it was not totally their fault, Toyota was late sending parts and in the midst of that we had a massive hail storm happen so totally understandable.! Hope to never need their service again, but will definitely use them if the need arises. Highly recommend!

Wow! Amazing service! The team bent over backwards to make sure I was happy! They did a small repair as part of an accident claim. Because I had a month to a month and a half wait elsewhere in town, I told them what the repair was and they ordered the part and got me in. It took about four hours and they had drop off and pick up service! Not only was my car perfect, they also washed it AND fixed a piece of loose trim that wasn t part of the accident! I will happily recommend them to anyone who needs body work done!Service: Body & Trim

My car got hit when i was at work and i decided to go through G & M to get it fixed. Trevor did an AMAZING job on my car and had it done in 3 days. Everyone in the front answered every question i had and were overall very friendly. When i saw my car in the parking lot it looked like a brand new car off the Lot. The staff here are incredibly friendly and possess the type of customer service that wants to help you solve your issues rather than making you feel as if you are inconveniencing them. I ve had the worst experience at Bill Knight Ford Service Department and will never go there again for anything! G&M fixed the basic issue I had that was a missing bolt on the driver seat track and repaired it in under 5 mins. for free. I highly recommend them for ALL of your service needs!Service: Body & Trim

I took my car in to see if they could fix the liner under my car. It had been dragging on the ground and my hubby used Duct tape to fix it. Needless to say it looked bad. These guys pulled my car in put it on the lift and reattached it. They were sooo helpful, didn t charge me anything. Would highly recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I ve gone here multiple times before, due to collision incidents on my Ford Mustang. The first thing I did not like is that they told me about 2-3 weeks for my car to be done, well two months later they are still telling me it s not ready and it would most likely be ready for pickup the next day. They told me that around three different times. The second incident was when I dropped my car off to have it repaired again. I told them that my trunk was full of water and I asked them to take a look at that also. I got my car back a few weeks later, of course a lot later than they said it would take. I looked over the car, it looked good and I opened my trunk and there was sitting water, I asked the owner of G&M if they figured out what was causing the leak in my trunk, he proceeded to tell me they couldn t find anything and there wasn t anything wrong with my trunk. At this point I was getting frustrated and asked him to come outside and take a look, sure enough I showed him where it was leaking and he said oh it wasn t like that before . So needless to say that took another week to fix.Service: Body & Trim

I took my Jeep Wrangler in to have some damage fixed after a deer ran into the passenger side of it causing thousands of dollars worth of damage and had an extremely pleasant experience. Suzanne was absolutely wonderful and told me everything up front and I knew I wasn t going to get taken advantage of. They said it would take two weeks because of how bad the damage was, but I actually got it back several days early and everything was perfect. I really cannot express how polite and wonderful the people at this shop are! If anything else happens I will definitely go here again in the future.

I m amazed at how fast they fixed my car! They were so nice and helpful! My car got hit and I was never involved in dealing with car repairs or insurance company. They helped me a lot to went through all the steps I needed and fixed my in just a few days!!!

Suzanna Marshall was wonderful and took great care of me while I was there! Her customer service is the best. And the G&M Bodyshop was very helpful as well and made my Honda Accord 2016 look Brand New again! I Would definitely recommend them! Thank u so much Suzanna and G&M...

I went in with my Mazda 3 to get my headlights replaced and aligned--and I got charged extra for both. I was surprised they gave my car back so fast. But my headlights are so messed up. One light only shines no more than 10 feet in front of me, the other one is somewhat okay. But one of the headlights bulbs went out and I ended up driving with only being able to see 10 feet in front of me. They didn't give me my old headlights back.So now I'm trying to figure out a new place to get headlights redone and realigned.

I was searching for a fun activity for my family and I and still be 6 ft apart. This pulled up so we took a road trip to see it in person. It was so AWESOME!!! Whoever did this did amazing work. If I lived closer I would totally bring my vehicle to you.

These guys are great! They fixed 10k in major hail damage on my brand new truck in 1/2 the time quoted at other shops. The truck looks better than new now.

5-stars is simply for the cool factor of having a 20+ foot tall Transformer! Made my 8-year old son's day! That is always a 5 star in my book.I do not know anything about their auto body service.

This place is the best in town. They do the work right and youll never know you car was ever in an accident amazing. Worth the money they never let a car leave that isnt absolutely perfect!
