Felt like the crew was very honest and had our best interest in mind. Helped us figure out why the AC was warm and did everything possible to find a leak. It was a two week process and they communicated often.

They only get 3 stars because the oil change was under 30 minutes. I scheduled a oil change and FREE brake check over the phone. Got to the store and they stated they would not give me a free brake check because I stated I thought the brakes were getting hot. The FREE brake check covers a lot if you read on their website. I would have just changed the oil myself if I knew they were going to refuse to do the FREE brake check. The brake check is the only reason I had to go there. The Bartlesville location performed the check last year no questions asked and were much more helpful.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would!!! Went to Stillwater Firestone because the car was making a knocking noise when the steering wheel was turned left or right. After looking at the car Austin advised that there were 3 issues. CV axle, rack & pinion, and struts. However they could not fix the CV axle as they could not find both sides. After disclosing the cost I asked if this could wait u til we figured out how to pay IF the car is safe to drive. Austin assured us several times the car is safe to drive so we picked it up. That same night while driving the car stopped accelerating and the brakes went out. (Mind you, the brakes were just replaced @ a Firestone, different location, all around the car just a month or 2 prior). After getting to the side of the road and pushing to safety we tried putting the car in gear. It would not move while in D or R. It just made loud noises when out into a gear. We had to put blocks behind the tires to keep it from rolling. Next day a mechanic was called. Immediately he saw that the CV axle needed replacing and said this car is ABSOLUTELY NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. Told him that just yesterday picked up car before closing and again was assured it was ok to drive. He pointed out the issue and said we were lucky the wheel did not pop off. I am EXTREMELY UPSET with Firestone!!! This is could have easily been a very bad and even deadly situation! This put our lives and others in jeopardy. I called and tw Austin and he was so nonchalant and not caring. Horrible, horrible CS and not trustworthy. I will never return to any Firestone and definitely will not recommend them to anyone.

I had a vehicle towed in because I had a flat and could not get the lug nuts off. I was told they would get on it, that was at 3 in the afternoon. I called at 15 till 7 because they close at 7. I was told there would not be a technician in until 9 the next morning. Fine so I go in at 9:30 the next morning. I am told they don't have a technician until 11. He tells me I'm wrong that my lug nuts are not rounded but swollen and he himself would fix the tire. He said of course the 2 bad lug nuts should be changed. Well he fixed the flat. Did not bother to put on new lugs so I am in the same boat as before. Will not be able to change tire because lug wrench doesn't work on it. All in all I am thoroughly disgusted with their total lack of communication and the fact that he indeed did not change the lug nuts that were a problem.

Took my daughter's car in because we thought her alternator was bad. They called with an $1100 estimate to replace it, which is ridiculously high. Took it somewhere else and they said it was just some corrosion and cleaned it up free of charge. We have used the Firestone in Edmond with great results but this one in Stillwater seems super shady. Needless to say we won't be back.

The technicians found the issue, worked out a solution and had me back on the road same day. It was wonderful, with good communication during each step of the process.

On Saturday I took my Subaru Outback into have a tire checked due to a yellow warning light. The technician said that there was a hole in the sidewall of a rear tire, and that it couldn't be fixed. I would have to replace all four tires instead of just one. The tires - high quality Cooper tires - were almost new. I asked them to put air in it and I would take it somewhere else on Monday. He put air in, the light went out, and it has stayed off. I took the car to the service station where I bought the new tires and had them check the tires. I did not tell them about my experience at Firestone. They checked the rear tire with the supposed leak and found nothing. No leak. The attendant said I probably got the yellow light because it was so much cooler on Saturday. No leak. No need for new tires. Firestone deceived me to try and get me to buy four new tires. A rip off. Will not go back. Be warned if they try to get you to buy four new tires if you have all-wheel drive. I wish there was something more that I could do to stop this business practice.

Horrible service...I got new tires which cost 600 ..that's fine asked for a quote on a alignment and they call me back telling me it would be 800 extra so I asked why so much and he said it needed tie rods ..so I ask if I change the tie rods how much would the alignment cost he said 125 which is fine that's normal I go to o'Reillys and spend 74 dollars on the parts takes me 20 minutes to put them on drive back to Firestone and he refused to do the alignment I guess cause I didnt allow him to gouge me out of 800 dollars ...I can only image how many ppl dont know any better and take the gouging from this company... dont waste your money with these jokes

Went in to get a headlight adjusted. Paid for the service... headlight is worse now than before. It's angled up so high that it looks like our brights are on constantly. Terrible job.

The service my wife received today was deplorable. 95 min for a $50 oil change WHILE SHE WAS WAITING and then was told it would be another hour for tire rotation, pathetic

Great Job! Had an alignment done then had to get new tires and front end work. They did the alignment after each thing I had done all covered under the original payment. Total of 3 times in one month. Would recommend!Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Took my Prius in for an oil change, car died on the highway leaving the shop. Towed me back, tried again, couldn t fix what they broke, so gave me a refund and towed me to Janzen to fix it.Manager on duty was rude, and repeatedly told me my car was running funny when they moved it for the oil change.Janzen fixed the issue like it was nothing, only charged me the diagnostic $65.Maybe they don t know how to work on Priuses, it s a weird car, sure. But the rudeness and rushed quality to their work makes me rate one star *I* was condescended to about *my* car for *their* mistakes. So silly

Cody is always helpful and efficient. I prefer a more work friendly waiting area, but when I need something locally I come here.

I couldn t make an appointment online because they would never confirm any of the appointments I made. Eventually I went in and was told it would take 2 hours which isn t a problem and they said they would call me when it was finished. 40 minutes past when they said it would be done and I still didn t get a call so I called the store and turns out it had been done for a while they just forgot to call me or something. I get there and admittedly the price was cheap but when I get to my car the auxiliary power is still on, however, I don t completely fault them for this because my key is weird. Cheap price for cheap service.Service: Oil change

If I could give it ZERO stars I would...I've had a lot of work done on various vehicles over the last few years and most of the time I was treated with respect and everyone at Firestone went above and beyond to help me out but the employees who are currently working there are complete jerks who keep changing their story to cover their backsides. I had an 8 am appointment that was made a week ago and after sitting in the waiting area for 3 1/2 hours I finally confronted Brody as to why they hadn't even started on my vehicle he kept changing his story stating he had told me that it was an all day job when in fact I had been told 3 separate times that it would only take about 4 1/2 hours. It took me complaining for the tech to finally start working on my car. I will never use the location in Stillwater, OK as long as Brody is currently managing this location. I will drive to Tulsa, OK or Oklahoma City, OK first.

My car was not initially starting but it started after sometimes. Still i took it to Firestone to check everything. They said my cars s battery and starter needs to get replaced and it ll take $1200. I didn t do it. I went somewhere else and they checked and told my battery is perfectly fine, starter is also fine, maybe some connection was loose while I was starting the car earlier .Also, Firestone said the starter was $590 dollars. Starter in other places are 490 (brand new) and 390 ( refurbished). I wanted the inspection sheet as i paid for complete diagnostic. But the inspection sheet was not filled and only thing was written is new starter and battery needed . I will not go to this place again.Service: Battery

I went in for an alignment but asked that they look everything over first. They gave me an estimate for what was basically a whole new front end. Upper and lower ball joints on both wheels, tie rod ends, sway bars maybe more I've put it in the file already. This was strange to me because I just had another mechanic check all that stuff about 3000 miles ago back in December, just 3 months ago. I paid for the inspection and took the car to a third mechanic. This mechanic agreed with the first, nothing needed replaced. They tried to sell me on over $4,000 of work. Done of which was needed. They wanted to replace the cabin air filter, which the car has never had, it's a 1997!What was strange too was that they didn't even mention the work that does need to be done like the front main seal and the front differential oil leak. I guess they would have had to actually replace those parts and not just bill for them. Maybe they were going to use some carb cleaner on the suspension parts to make them look new, but I doubt they would have even done that.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I used to LOVE Firestone. Everywhere we moved in the Navy, I would service my vehicle at Firestone, and never had an issue. I have been retired just over a year and tried to use this Firestone on multiple occasions. Appointments get scheduled for the wrong service, never friendly, and some how worse pricing than other Firestones. Today is my last time trying to take my vehicle to Firestone.

My son made an 8:00 am appt and they told him it would be done by 2:00 pm. At 5:00 pm he still hadn t heard from them and called. They hadn t touched his vehicle and wanted to keep it into the next day. He said no. They finally had it ready around 7:00 pm but had only done 2 of three services and made an excuse about the third one. Finally, it cost more than they told him when he made the appt and told them what type of vehicle he had. Extremely disappointing service in many ways. What really is the point of an appointment if they aren t going to work on your vehicle in a timely manner??

I had my car towed here against my better judgment, because it was the nearest suggestion from my insurance company. I knew it would need an alternator and possibly other work. I questioned if they would be able to do the needed work because alternators were not listed on their services. I was told they could do everything that would possibly be needed. They would run a diagnostic check (at an additional charge) and let me know what was needed. My car arrived on Monday at 2 pm. Diagnostics showed we needed a battery and an alternator, and we also asked to have a tire rotation and alignment. Late Tuesday afternoon we were told that the alternator would be harder to replace and they might not be able to do it, but would let us know. We hadn't heard anything by 630 pm on Wednesday, so we stopped by the store. They couldn't tell me what was going on from looking at the computer, and the person who had been working on it was gone for the day. It was parked in the parking lot. We came to find out that all they were able to do was the diagnostic service and putting in a new battery (which we could have done ourselves for less if we knew that was all they could do). So, my car had been there for over 48 hours, they were about to close for the day, they were unable to complete the job, and no one communicated any of this to us. My car would have been there for another full day of we didn't stop in to check on things. We paid for the work they did and said we would have to take it somewhere else to have the work completed. The person working recommended a place in OKC, and then told us "it should be fine" to drive the car without the alternator repair. Needless to say, we did not take the recommendation and took the car to Stillwater Automotive, which was our personal first choice anyway. Stillwater Automotive was able to do everything we asked, plus they replaced the fuel guage sensor for a lessor price and in less time than what Firestone had my car for.

I live in Tulsa and had a flat while in town on a Sunday 30 min before they closed, Walmart had 1 1/2 hr wait but I called Firestone they said come on over and fixed my tire right up. I was very impressed with the customer service. And will always remember to go there first anytime I need anything for my tires while in Stillwater.

After 75 years experience with Firestone, yes, 75 years.. father was a Firestone dealer in the 50s, husband an employee in the 60s and 70s, always a purchaser of Firestone tires that came to an end in Stillwater on 12/8/22.Shabby place..although 60k warranty tires had only 32k on them, prorated couldn t be done because tires hadn t been rotated called car dealer to verify rotation had been done every 5-7k miles. Suggested 4 new tires but needed only 2 .. low tire light still on after adding unnecessary air. Oh, it takes about a thousand miles for the light to go off what a dumb lie.Waited almost 2 hours for scheduled tire inspection .. some staff were argumentative other customers expressed disgust at lack of attention and service. With great sadness and extreme disappointment, I left a store that is ruining Firestone s reputation.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

took my fiancs car here because there was air loss in one of his tires. he had made an appointment to get this checked. so i went up there and he said he never made an appointment (but we had the confirmation?) the dude working said we would have to wait till monday. i went back in and showed him the confirmation and he said its just a request not an actual appointment? not to mention he talked and looked at me as if i were stupid. this is not the first issue we have has with this location. not nice work staff, never have what we need, always an excuse. never have these issues with walmart or take 5. will not be going back. wish i could do 0 stars.

Walked in and was not greeted immediately, then was told they could not mount my tire because it wasn t new with the sticker on it. They told me to take it somewhere else. Will not return. Employees were not friendly. Went to pioneer tire and had a much better experience.

I went in to get a new rear tire for my truck. The other rear tire had been replaced three months prior. The two on the front were also bad and needed replaced. The guy came in and told me all 4 tires needed replaced. I knew my tire on the driver rear was nearly new and he told me the technician said all tires were bad. So I told him it is fine and did not need replaced. So he went back out to take a look. Came back and all of a sudden the tire was fine. If I didn t know any better they would have made me replace a tire that was new to begin with.
