Lost my nice chrome valve stem covers ($25)and then just gave it back to me without any on it. Then acted like I was being unreasonable for telling them I needed covers. Also they broke all of my tire sensers $80 a piece. Then they called me for the first time 20 minutes before they closed telling me if I don t come get my car he s leaving the keys in it.

I had a nail in my tire and needed a quick fix. Downtown 66 got me in immediately and had me fixed up and back on the road within 45 minutes. Super nice and knowledgeable staff, affordable prices, and quick turnaround!

I've been using downtown 66 since 1988. It's been through one ownership change. The service for car repair is delightful. They explain what is wrong and give you options for fixing it. They are extremely honest. They would never rip you off like some places. If you don't have much money they will explain a cheap option for a temporary fix. They make sure you're satisfied with their work and service. This place is run entirely by men. In 30 years I have never heard of any cat-calling, never poor treatment of women or minorities, never talk down to anybody. It's the most professional and helpful place I have ever been. I mean, you haven't been given service until you come here. It's perfection.

Truck broke down in Stillwater. I was unable to fix it. Called them after hours and the were there in less than 20 minutes. Zane was very professional and friendly. He towed the truck to our home and dropped it exactly were I asked him to. Great service. Would highly recommend.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I've always received great service here at very reasonable prices. They replaced my boyfriend's radiator in our Mercury Mountaineer when it went out, they did a tune-up on my Chevy Aveo and a fuel flush when one of the spark plugs went out, they've done almost all of our oil changes and tire rotations. They are always really friendly and very helpful and if you're a regular, they remember you. I also feel like they are very reasonable in their prices because when my spark plug went out, the dealership was going to charge me a lot. I ended up paying half of what the dealership wanted at Downtown 66. So, they are definitely honest about things. They even broke everything down for me cost-wise, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. I used to have a lot of anxiety when it came to car troubles, but these days I don't stress because I absolutely know that the guys at Dowtown 66 are going to take good care of me.

Man oh man. This place is a joke. I arrived at downtown 66 with a bent axel that should have simply been diagnosed. They ended up replacing my rear brakes and charged me $200 for a job that was completely unnecessary. I had to bring my vehicle back 3 times (while spending over $100 on Uber to get to class) and when the awful noise continued I simply gave up. I ended up going to a Kwik car care place back home and they were able to diagnose the bent axel. They could not believe this place did not diagnose the right issue. My car now sounds amazing thanks to kwik car care and I will NOT be coming back. Unprofessional and strongly feel as if I ve been taken advantage of because I m a college student. Do not trust this place and go somewhere else. RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENT: Your claim of the kwik car care place saying the brake work done by you guys was great is a complete LIE. I talked to my mechanic here multiple times and he repeatedly said he never told you guys you did a good job. Being smart with customers and issuing false narratives seems to be a passion of yours but I won t let that happen here. Like I said, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. THIRD COMMENT READ THIS: Wow I would say I m shocked to find my review has been deleted but sadly I am not. Continuously lying to me over the phone & then deleting reviews that show the truth about your business is how you operate huh? I had my BMW towed by Downtown 66 and the owner came out todo the job. He seemed to have things under control so I headed to the drop off destination. When he shows up the cars front end on the passengers side is bent and way out of normal position. He keeps denying that anything is wrong and tries to make me look like I don't know what I am talking about. He finally admits that he may have to pay for the alignment but demanded that I pay for the tow. My recourse is to file a claim through my insurance what a bully .This is far from a simple alignment.Service: Car towing

We used our roadside assistance through Geico and this was the company that they used. I called them to find out what we could do about getting a tire changed for our daughter who was working and could not go with her car. They went to her work, took the tire off and took it to get replaced and then brought it back to her and put it on her vehicle. All while she worked. They were very helpful and I would use again if we ever need any help! Thank you!!

I had a tire that went flat on my vehicle, I needed air in my tire to get me to a service station and have my tire patched. So I called Downtown 66 Station to see if I could get someone there to bring a air tank to air up my tire. The man said, that they could send a guy to my location,( 4 blocks from Dt 66) and air up my tire. The man arrived in about 20 minutes and aired up my tire and charged me 40 dollars!!! I immediately fell over from a heart attack!! That was the most expensive air I ever bought in my life.

We had taken our vehicles here in the past, however as other folks have said, the shop must have changed hands. Our most recent experience was terrible. We expressed concern that the 4WD felt stuck on (despite being apparently "off") in our truck. They assured us that it was not and replaced our brakes instead...incorrectly. On top of our incorrectly installed brakes, it turns out that the 4WD was actually locked in! Driving (even just a little) with both problems caused further damage and cost us dearly! I would not recommend taking your vehicle here to be serviced.

So nice to have a service station that can be trusted! They just fixed the heater in my car for a whopping $8! All it needed was coolant, but they could have told me anything they wanted and I wouldn't have known the difference. Thanks, Boyers 66!

The shop was recently sold, and is under a new name, but I can't seem to find an internet posting. Don't waste your time, it's completely different than it was. Broke two tire sensors, stripped the sidewall of two of my $250 tires. Gave no explanation, no apologies. Actually didn't mention it in the slightest. I didn't figure out anything was amiss until I tried having my tires reinstalled and I was told they were too damaged to install

Called around for a towing Everyone else was a 2 hr wait "if they had the time" . These guys were upset they couldn't get to it for 45 min's and apologized. They were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend calling them first and not even messing with the other guys. The price was the same everywhere I called by the way, if that helps...

Guy was soooo diligent in his work and so kind. Almost left keys on my hood and he caught them before I drove off, from accrossed the parking lot!!!Thanks guys for being amazing!

My fiance and I are both college students from Missouri. The day he moved to Stillwater, the fuel pump went out on his truck. We went to O'Reilly's and bought the replacement pump and took it and the truck to Boyers 66 to have them put it in the truck for us since we did not have a place to do it ourselves. They installed the pump but then they decided it was the wrong one and put a different pump in the truck. The next day when my fiance was supposed to head to Missouri for the weekend, the truck quit running again like it was not getting any fuel. We ended up having to tow the truck home to Missouri.We went to Boyers 66 to get his money back but they insisted they had done nothing wrong after we brought them the correct pump and they put in a different one. They ended up giving him a meager $15 (which was the difference in the cost of the two pumps) but still charged him for the labor (to put in the wrong pump) which was over $100. This is extremely aggravating when Boyers 66 had been recommended to us by a family friend.I absolutely will not take any business back to them after this experience. They have no idea what they are doing and took advantage of a college student in a bad situation.

Our church van broke down outside of Stillwater. Boyer's was able to get it in right away and provide fast, professional, economical service. Would recommend.
