Service was great! This is the second time I have used them. Weekly text updates on my car's completion date. Nice and clean when I picked it up. I couldn't have been happier to see that!

Took my mom to drop her car off for repairs after a collision with a deer. The insurance company didn't schedule anything with the shop but they were very kind and able to get my mom's car in. The lady was very nice and explained the process to us and said they would provide text updates on the car as progress is made. She said they are taking the car for an alignment after repairs before handing it back instead of my mom having to do that on her own. They also said they will provide a confirmation phone call when her car is done to avoid any possible confusion. So far, I would highly recommend them if you need any collision repairs.

When picking up my car found multiple problems when I got home. First things first there is something loose or bolts/screws in my back door on driver side and rattles. There are scraches where the door shuts on something that freshly painted (same door). Pretty sure the door doesn't shut completely either I can hear faint wind when traveling down the highway. My license plate lights didn't turn on when lights turned on. When using my rear wiper blade and washer fluid it poured through my trunk door on the inside of the vehicle. Just threw my spare tire in the back and didnt screw it down properly. Didn't align bumper properly so it sticks out. Trunk lid isn't aligned properly. Just poorly put back together with no pride in the work they do.Third window was replaced with side panel and now has a gap on seal on the outside of the vehicle and a huge gap on the inside of the vehicle.I had to remove and fix what I was able to after it was returned to me from what I though was reputable collision company.Will most likely not be using this place again due to the lack of pride in work they just slaped it together and sent it out the door and didnt even check that everything was put back togeather correctly. And updates were non existent, had to reach out to them everything for updates.Currently still have rattling in my rear driver side door, all pieces are still unaligned and gaping in third window.

4 stars only because they forgot my appointment time that was three weeks in the making, but still were able to fit me in the same day. Also had to raise my estimate cause the receptionist did it and she did it wrong . Great customer service other than that and FAR and away the cheapest in town. Bumper was completely destroyed and and they repaired it for half the cost I was getting quoted for at Diamond or G&M. Very happy with the finished product as well.

Had my car worked on her for several weeks from a collision. After I got it back my auto start was working. I called Megan and she always gets to the phone right away and gets me to the right person to talk to. Mr. Charlie took the initiative to Google and see why my car was having those problems before I brought my car back in. He came out and fixed it right on up. It's still having the same problem but I know if anyone can fix it Mr. Charles will be the one. Thanks Bill Knight!

Do NOT recommend this company! We had an insurance claim on a company vehicle that was wrecked.Bill Knight Ford Of Stillwater did not fix this vehicle completely and had it delivered back to our shop location with a broken starter wire, non working gauges and broken glove box. We called Bill knight Collision explaining all the issues that have been going on. They are not wanting to take any responsibility and will not take or return calls. The insurance company reached out to Bill Knight collision and Bill Knight collision told my insurance company that it s something that they don t know how to fix and I have to take it somewhere else.Charlie has quit responding with us about this issue. He has told us multiple times that he would give us a call back and haven t heard anything.Tanke you vehicle elsewhere! Avoid the circus.

I received a call from farmers insurance to take my car out there and let them order the part, then set up a date for car to be repaired. The lady was very rude and tried to play the victim game. Like I was rude with her.

Outstanding service and quality work. You aren t just a name a number there you re treated well by the office team and the tech team. While no one ever wants to need a collision repair company, if you need one, this is where you ll want to go! As far as fixing the damage to my vehicle, they did a good job. Everything else, no. I had been told 3 times when my car would be ready. On the second time they said my car needed a wheel alignment and that took an extra 2 days. I didn t feel like wasting my time or gas anymore so my parent decided to pick up my car on the third time when they said it would be ready, once again, it was not. After some communication about my car, an employee started mumbling and being rude towards my dad. When my dad was driving my car home he noticed it would shake when it hit 45 and then when it hit 60, that was never a problem before. I had waited to see if it would go away but it never did. I now have to spend more money and time just to fix the issue that was caused on their end. I had sent an inquiry about the issue and it s now been 2 weeks with no response.Service: Body & Trim

Great place to go if you need work done on your vehicle.They are polite, professional and do a fantastic job of keeping you informed.Everything is explained and your given an estimate in the beginning and if changes are needed they keep you up to dateI've had a few experiences here and they have always been great. I was really taken care of at Bill Knight collision. When I got my car back it was as clean as a brand new car. Hazel was extremely helpful. She was patient, thorough, and informative. The worst repair experience possible. Had me come pick up the car 4 TIMES when told it s ready only to find incomplete or new issues from the time before. Obvious mistakes, clearly no one inspects the work when done. Dragged out for 2.5 months finally have to transfer to a different repair shop. Would not touch you guys with a ten foot pole.

Bill Knight repaired my Honda after I had an animal collision. Chris was my estimator and he and the staff took such good care of me. I hope to never have to use a collision service again, but I would come back in a heartbeat. They waited late for me to drop off my car, they handled all of the insurance stuff for me, and they hit their timeline that they gave me. Chris is the example of customer service that other businesses should strive to hit.

They did great work (hail damage repair) as my car looks really good. However their communication needs work. My vehicle was there for almost 9 weeks and for large chunks of weeks I did not hear from them.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I used them for hail damage repair just recently and they did a fantastic job! I was initially impressed by the cleanliness of their shop and now am with the job they did and the guys are very nice and easy to work with. I found a couple spots that were missed and took my car back a day later and Chris was wonderful about it and had my car in and fixed quickly the next day. Will definitely use them again if needed!

Dropped car off on Monday. Called on Friday for update told me it was in paint and would be ready by Tuesday! Made plans to pick up car on Tuesday, called them and was told hey sorry car will be painted today and ill call you back before we close for update.... called 4pm and said hey car was painted just have to buff it and put it together. By 5pm Wednesday I call them and was like hey where's my car.... guy said sorry sir the rep was suppose to call you and never did! After 30 minutes of waiting he finally said sorry sir but when we was putting it back to gather we notice a bracket was broke. Now I'm being told Friday. Then I get a call from insurance saying hey bill knight called and said your parts are on back order and don't know when they will be in...... in 4 conversation I had with Bill knight not one time did they say anything was on back order. We will soon begin a 3rd week with now car! I can not yet rate there work but there communication skills are 0. I can understand parts or stuff is late but not one time have they communicated this. Its always it will be ready tomorrow!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took longer than expected. A lot longer but the work was excellent!! I am happy and would take my car back any day as long as I had time. I just didn't have an extra car so I had to go without for over three weeks.

Not only did it take them 2 months to complete the work but then they put my fifth wheel hitch back in incorrectly. The bolts were barely hand tight. This could have cost me and my family our life. I head out tomorrow with a 37 fifth wheel in tow. It s a good thing we were doing some other work and found it. If I could give zero stars I would.

Took my car in on a Monday. Was suppose to get it back on Thursday. Called on Wed to see how it was coming along. Said it would be Friday. Friday came and Chris said it would be Monday! Beautiful work. Great job! But I had almost 500 miles ran up on my odometer. Chris assured me they atent allowed to take the vehicles out over the weekend. Called next to offer free detail, oil changes, etc. Said he also called the insurance and paid one day on my rental. They knocked 100$ off my deductible. I was mad, very upset and assured Chris I was not bringing my Grand Caravan for anything. 72 and lost my husband in March. Not starting off well being a widow.

GEICO adjuster was good, but the quality of work was terrible. My car was there for a month. Each of the three times we went to pick it up there was something obviously wrong. I had to take pictures of similar vehicles to show them how it was supposed to look. Take your check elsewhere.Update: The paint is now peeling off of our hood where they tried to buff out the bad paint job.

I really liked their communication in keeping me updated through the process. It was very easy to drop off my car. Show them the damage and they fixed it like new. The process of getting my car back also was very quick and easy.

They want 100$ a day storage until they can get to your vehicle, they decide when they can get to it so you figure that one out

The crew at Bill Knight Collision is very professional. They will give you a quick estimate and get you scheduled for your auto body repairs. The craftsmanship is excellent and the prices are good enough that our insurance company has selected them as a "Preferred" auto body repair shop.

I took my car there for collison repair but they are 3 weeks behind. I was told it would take 3 weeks before an adjuster could look at my car but the person I talked to ( I don't remember their name) told me that I should try Diamond Auto Body.I took my car to Diamond Auto Body and they took me right in. An insurance adjuster looked at my car the very next day.I went back and edited this review out of good conscience. I understand the circumstances. Thank you for your help.
