I went to the dealership to get a cash offer valuation of my vehicle. I didn't have a problem with their only being able to give me trade-in credit rather than cash. I took issue with the more experienced salesman not listening to the answers of questions that he asked me. I would tell him rangers of numbers I was comfortable with and he seemed to disregard them. Also, the new salesman that was accompanying us seemed like he was lying about his education aspirations in an attempt to be more relatable to me. He claimed to be a sophomore in college and wanted to attend law school, but didn't actually know how long law school was or anything you had to do to apply to any schools.

Our salesman Victor was amazing along with all their staff! We got right in and out. The easiest car buying I have ever done. I would recommend anyone to go see them if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

So here s my experience in a nut shellThey advertised the truck I wanted online for $54,220 even after I asked if that was the price they say Yeap sure is. I drive 3 hrs then they jack the price up to $57,000 and say that s just the market value.Then they low ball me on my trade and tell me they will have to take it to auction and give me $24,000 then 2 days later they have it on their website for $36,977. I mean I understand a little profit but come on !!!!So all around they lied about the price so I drive 3 hrs then I get there they raise the price $3,000Then give me $24,000 for my trade in because they have to sell it at auction then place it for sell at $12,977 profit.Then at the end of it all they tell you how honest they are and they are the best dealership around !!

I will be threatening to sue as soon as I can. They sold me a car for way more than it was worth. Some stuff didn't even work on the car. All paperwork does not line up. Told me that I can get another car if I bring it back and the sales associate said "that is just my call person, they don't know what they are talking about." He instead tried to apply me for another car with another down payment even though I put 500 down on the first on. On later inspection my wife and I found out that they are being sued for the same exact treatment we have received. So I want to threaten barrysanders to either take the car away and terminate my finances and reimburse me, or I will take legal action.

Everyone here was super kind and patient! Love my new car and if you re considering buying Cameron was absolutely amazing! Super knowledgeable and genuine. Highly recommend!

Worst customer service. Made a long awaited appt to have brakes and wheels looked at. Confirmed my appt time and reminded them I will be just a little late since it was the same time as a meeting I had. Their exact word were that s just fine . Left my meeting early and arrived at dealership 19 mins after my appt time. Turned me away. No regards to what I went thru to get there. $65k truck. Ready to trade it for a Ford or Chevy now. Less than a year old.

Waited 3 months to get my Palisade Calligraphy. Charles was extremely patient I called him or Collin almost every week to check on the status of my car.. As soon as it made it to the lot they both called me..Extremely helpful. Second time that I've purchased a car from Barry Sanders Supercenter in Stillwater. Definitely would buy from them again. Todd in Service is a LIFESAVER! I am overjoyed with the service he provided my father while out of town on a road trip. From the first phone call, to the parts department getting the part, to the caring and concern shown by the service department. Thank you, Thank you. I had a awesome buying experience here buying my car but the customer service after has been horrible. The dealership will not even return my phone calls or I get hung up on. Not very professional. Update: the parts and service department has really stepped up and taking care of my car since I bought it. When I come in for an oil change everyone is very pleasant happy and provide great fast service. Thank you guys and gals.

Roger was awesome. We went in knowing exactly what we wanted, told Roger what we wanted to spend and an hour later walked out owning a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. No pressure no hassle. Great job Roger. Thank you.

2 1/2 years ago I took a 500 mile trip to this dealership. I was assured that the truck I was going to buy was a very nice truck with a Clean Carfax.To my surprise when I arrived the $ 35,000.00Truck I had just rented a car and drove 498 miles (6 hours 30 minutes) to buy was a piece of junk.The truck looked like some one had drove it through a red clay field, had some baseball size dents on it and some used front end parts like a head light with junkyard markings on it.Also the sales man ran my credit even though I told him I was bringing a 35,000 cashiers check from my bank.Huge lesson learned in this case.Sadly corporate had nothing to say but sorry.I would never trust any representation on any vehicle over the internet from these people...

I bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue on Oct 30 of last year.They had put the wrong tires on the vehicle and they're are going bald as we speak. They did not never tell me what was the warranty, and told me to take to a Nissan Dealership and never offered a rented car while they keep the Rogue in a shop Nissan. They did not keep up on their word how are you going to sell a vehicle that you can't even fix this was uncalled for this is one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I would never refer anybody to Barry Sanders in Stillwater Oklahoma...
