Was helped by Bailee and Chase, and they were above and beyond nice. As I was driving, my check engine light came on my new car. Bailee came out and hooked up the machine and ran it. She then had me go back in and printed out my results. Then before I left I walked back in and met Chase and asked if he could clear the check engine light for me and he was nice and did it even though my car gave his machine an odd response on the first try but he got it solved ao I would give a ton more stars to them if I could thank you so so much.

Not sure what caused such an attitude but I came for transmission fluid and a hose coupler about an hour before close, and I'm no mechanic so I had questions. Went back in a couple times to ask about what I'd bought and the people you have closing your store LOCKED THE DOOR well before 9 so that they didn't have to acknowledge me, it's a customer service job I'll be taking all my business to Oreillys and pointing everyone else there too until they do something about the bitter useless antisocial folks behind the counter.

I went to this AutoZone for the first time today after being in stillwater for the last two years. The staff be was great. Best customer service I've ever had in any auto parts store. I had a blinker light out and bought a replacement there. I asked if to hey had a loaner tool I could use. They not only said yes but went out there and changed the bulb for me. They have a true customer from now on.

Best ladies and gents ever. Got my car out the shop yesterday (they re closed on weekends). Headed to my guys at auto zones be because I didn t have air after picking it up. Fixed it. Even though it was just a plug, he saved me from the elements!!! Thank you again!!

We went in right before closing and needed a new car battery for my daughter's car. Brendan was amazing, helpful, and went way above the call of duty! The best customer service I have ever encountered, and I can rest easy knowing that her drive back to Texas will go smoother!

There prices online are not the same as the guys want to charge you when you show up..... they will argue with you about what you need for your car and cause more damage to your vehicles than you started with

Deserves 5+ star. The guy (I forgot to ask his name) came out of the store to help me change the battery terminal. He even helped me with unscrewing the license plate, which was definitely not his job. Because of that extra mile, he snapped the pile on his finger twice. Hope he's ok. Can't say how happy I am. Great service, great people, good product for a good price.

The manager there is sarcastic and mouthy. Not helpful at all. My dad is helping me look for an emergency wheel lock remover, he called and asked if they had it. The woman said yes, my dad drove 25 minutes to pick it up and it was not what my dad looked for on their website. It was a socket... being frustrated after driving all the way for nothing.. the manager.. this guy was belligerent and rude. He said the socket and the emergency wheel lock remover are the same thing. I m not an Einstein with cars but even I know that they aren t the same. The staff and managers there used to be very helpful. Unfortunately this experience has ruined it for us. We will go to the one in Guthrie instead.

Accidentally got the wrong bulbs for my taillights, came in and was reimbursed in full, and was told the exact bulbs needed (the bulb s ink was faded). Exact fit. Even lent me the screwdrivers to install them. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable.

Great auto parts store. They carry just about anything you would ever need to put your vehicle back on road. They offer expert advice and have very knowledgeable staff. Anything that don't have they can order it and have it the next day for you. Very competitive prices. Give these folks a visit for your vehicle needs. You'll be very satisfied

I needed to borrow a u-joint removal tool and i didn't have 175 bucks deposit so i offered to leave my drivers license and the manager wouldn't take it. I've done a lot of business with these guys so i gave them back there rewards card and told them i will no longer do business with them or my friends. Looks like oriellies will get our business now. All American breed of helpful folks in town. No they are not mechanics besides Jeff the store manager and Matt the Commercial Manager but don t talk to him he s weird. But they are always helpful to give advice.

This Auto Zone is very good. I wish I would have gotten the young mans name that helped me, he was very knowledgeable about cars and car parts. Both guys that helped me were also very polite. I'll definitely be back if I need anything else for my car.

Taco is by far best asset that the store has. It would be nice if they didn't loose warranty information in their computer system and their register receipt ink disappears. O now take a picture of every receipt that has a warranty.

Whoever i just talked to on the phone was pretty rude and not helpful. I just needed information on windshield wipers because i was told there was a pack of two for around $24-$26. Just trying to confirm that before i went up there and he kept saying they all range from $8-28. Never answered my question if there was a pack of two. He also had an attitude which caused me to have one. I will be taking my services on over to Walmart. This isn t my first time experiencing someone rude over the phone either which caused me to go else where.

This Autozone location is one the best stores I've ever walked into. Their customer service level is through the roof. The whole staff goes out of their way to make sure every customer is properly taken care of. I especially have to acknowledge how clean the store is when I walk in. David G is also a big part of my tremendous visits. My BMW crapped out on me coming through the city and David went out of his way and helped me get back on the road that evening. True team player. I appreciate boss man...

I give it a 2 stars only bc of the manager and she knew what we needed but when we got here the kid working there was looking up the wrong part and was saying we had to order a 70$ part when all we needs was a 4$ T fitting!

The manager here, Taco, is the man to see more any automotive questions. If he can t directly solve your problems he is very knowledgeable and can get you pointed in the right direction. I can t say enough about this man he is very friendly and helpful.

The manager of the store comes across as up tight at 1st but once he gets to helping you hes really quite great. I love this auto zone and use it all the time it is my 1st choice for auto parts and they're always willing to help and lend me their expertise.

I have been sold the wrong parts to many times to count. When you live 25 miles from town. I plan on driving 2 more miles north to O'Reilly's where I never have that problem and sometimes the parts are cheaper.
