Tomas Ramirez was absolutely wonderful. He was straight forward, BEFORE we even talked money. He told us what we are looking at for rates, right now, what we can expect to be offered during the process, what we can and can't option to keep or dismiss. The process was smooth, we were not pressured and he kept it in our courts. Thanks for a great experience!

My experience was great! I received excellent service from start to finish. My salesman was Kendall. He was very professional, and knowledgeable about the car I purchased. I am pleased with my vehicle. My husband is already talking about trading his truck in the future. 6th Avenue Honda will be his first stop.

Four stars because our salesperson, Tomas Ramirez, was well informed, treated us with courtesy and respect. I took one star away because the music choice throughout the building was not in my taste. I did not care listening to elevator music, and too loud. But other than that, my experience was wonderful.

Went in to get an oil change and the tech found that other fluids needed to be changed, particularly the power steering and transmission oil. Money well spent! Vehicle is driving incredibly well. Shifts really well and no sound from power steering! A previous shop I was at to get an oil change tried to get me to replace the power steering pump and some whole other stuff for just over 3k. 6th Avenue Honda s whole team was really nice and they exceeded my expectations! :)

I did not give them 5 stars because that would be perfect. We had a few issues between management and us. I will not be explicit but one in particular walked away in anger and if you are dealing with the public, tempers can rise and you as a representative need to have a handle on situations like this that come up and not react in kind. I do want to commend Tomas, our salesman. Ask for him! He remained calm and was all around wonderful. He was instrumental in reassuring us that the issues could be worked out. He also took all the time I needed with questions about the car we purchased. Very kind and very helpful. I do want to express that another young man, I do apologize that I can't remember his name, from the financial area was very attentive to our grievances and helped us find a solution to meet our needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I absolutely can t stand Honda with every living part of my body. My boyfriend called in the beginning of the day to inform Honda that I would be heading their way in the afternoon to pick up a part for my 2020 Honda Accord Sport that we ordered online and had shipped to the dealership. He was told that I can pick it up until 6, I arrived at 5:30 after leaving work over an hour early and driving 1 1/2 hours to this location just to be told I cannot pick up my part. I was told they do have my part in store, just no one to ring it up for me. What absolute sense does this make seeing how we were told by Brenda or Becky that I would be able to pick it up today?? I was told the lady left at 5 but they remember talking with my boyfriend and how he told them I would be up there today!! After having no help from the manager, I gave up out of frustration and told them to just return the part as I will not be coming back to this location. Do better Honda.

I received a routine oil change and tire rotation about three weeks ago, as I always take my civic in every 7,000 miles for its services. I received my paperwork stating that everything during the multipoint inspection was green and good to go. Today I happened to get a flat tire and took my car in to get the tire replaced. The Firestone technician brought my engine and cabin air filters out to show me how dirty they were. I am disappointed that the Honda technicians did not alert me at how dirty the filters were during my oil change so I could replace them. The reason I take my car to a Honda dealership for services is because you all should be experts on the vehicles, but overlooking something as simple as the air filters worries me that you may be overlooking bigger issues.

Took awhile to get a decent deal, but we are in love with our car. If someone does mention the bear Essentials, make sure you get a copy of it and do not opt out of any of it.... they did trick me and acted like it was normal but wasn't what me and the Gm agreed upon..

I paid almost $100 for an oil change for my civic. I knew I was about to have a horrible experience because as soon as I arrived I was unable to distinguish the employees from homeless people. Amy seemed really cracked out. I removed anything of value from my car before leaving it to go grocery shopping across the street. I was called and told that my car was ready soon, and when I showed up I had to wait another 30 minutes for my car as it would be done anytime now . They tried selling me $600 worth of nonsense, luckily I declined, thank God. When I got into my vehicle I noticed that every maintenance light was still on and my oil life was at 20%. At first I thought this was poor attention to detail but when I brought my car into Firestone the next day they explained to me that it was unclear if the oil had actually been changed or not. Thankfully the people at Firestone know their right from left hand and were able to change the oil in 20 minutes for cheaper.I got ripped off really bad here. I genuinely don t believe I got the services I paid for. It s probably the worst Honda dealership I ve ever been to (I ve only used 3 or 4). I used to exclusively get my car serviced at dealerships but honestly the people are always incompetent and it s overpriced. Go with an oil shop or something instead.

Do not go here. They ll try to force you to finance through them even though you re already pre approved for financing through your bank. I spoke with a car salesman over the course of 3 days about a car listed for $15K and told him I was extremely interested and was going to come the next week to buy it. I got here this morning and they said with the $650 processing fee and an EXTRA $500 fee solely for not financing through them (which the car salesman I had spoke to multiple times never mentioned even though he knew I had my own financing). I told them my bank would not approve that car for $16,150 and that my bank approved it for $15,200 if they would lower the cost to make that work, I would buy the car immediately and drive it off the lot this morning. They refused to negotiate on price or work with me unless I financed through them. So now I just wasted my time and money driving an hour to Stillwater from Oklahoma City and was very excited about purchasing this car today, only to be turned away over less that $1K in negotiation and because I don t want to finance with them. If you decide to buy a car here, make sure you know all the fees they re trying to charge and just know if you plan on trying to negotiate price you re going to get shut down. Guess they would rather just not sell their cars to an extremely invested buyer.

We were looking for a used Honda Accord for our 16 year old and called about one they had. We didn t end up getting that one, but each time a new, used car similar to what we were looking for, the sales staff contacted us with pictures, texts, and emails. All of the staff were super nice, helpful, and never pushy. I wish all car dealerships were this awesome!

I first did business with this dealership in 2017, they snuck in a gap insurance which my bank flagged and brought to my attention. I contacted them to have it canceled and refunded, they had me sign a blank piece of paper- I followed up in 6 weeks- it was never filed away. I returned to sign a new form followed up 6 weeks later and they had misplaced it. This went on for a full year at that point I had to threaten to have an attorney involved. It was settled and back dated.Fast forward to 2024, I ended up on their lot after swearing I would never return- their sister lot next door was showing me a vehicle on Honda s lot. (Go to Barry Sanders).The manager at Hondas name is Carlos, he was very rude, hostile, and came off like a bully. Continued to threaten to charge me $500 if I didn t let him pull my credit. He consistently asked why he couldn t pull our credit after I had disclosed from the beginning that we are preapproved through our bank with excellent credit- and unnecessary pulls could drop our scores.At one point he stated if you re credit is go good why don t you buy this brand new Hr-V This is not how you do business.I will also add that they listed the car online and the sticker on the window incorrectly when it came to the perks such as remote start etc. this company (higher than this location) does not budge on prices regardless if they are false advertising.Do NOT do business at this location- they need a complete overhaul!

The dealership was clean and well organized. The dealer that I worked with was knowledgeable and was willing to help me get the best deal possible. If that was the end of the story it would have been great, 5 stars, but it isn't. After working with the dealer and speaking with the finance manager, another salesperson stepped in and tried to sell me the additional warranty. That when things went weird. The guy didn t want to take no for an answer and honestly acted like I was not intelligent for purchasing the additional warranty. I really wanted to walk out at that point but stuck to my guns and kept my mouth shut. So be forewarned about this ploy, they sell you the car for the expectation of a payment amount and then send in someone else s to work you over for an extra $30 a month. If he would have just said ok, I understand and moved on, it wouldn t have been a bad experience.

We drove from Tulsa to purchase a used vehicle from this company. We had been speaking with a salesman and he sent us the price and also told us they needed to put a new radio in it. When we showed up to check the Jeep out and purchase it they raised the price and told us they are selling the Jeep as is, so not fixing the radio. The Salesman called the GM and asked him if he could honor the price he was originally selling the vehicle for and the GM said no because "It wasn't fair market price". Be cautious with this group.

I have always HATED going to dealerships in the past. With them keeping you hostage on negotiating price and payments. I was in and out in less than an hour today with a vehicle. Would highly recommend 6th avenue Honda to anyone.

Had new brake shoes installed on my 2018 Ridgeline pickup. They also performed a flush on the braking system. The job was performed quickly and at the price quoted. I have had this shop do all my repairs. I think they do quality work.

The AC was broken on my vehicle. It took 3 separate appointments for them to finally fix it. After complaining about this, they took $200 off my last visit. If they made me pay full price, it would ve been a 1 star.
