Very thorough, quick, and efficient. I always look forward to a friendly staff especially in a town I've never been to and these fellas did not disappoint. I was only there twenty to thirty minutes and there were four cars ahead of me when I arrived. Always a breath of fresh air when getting an oil change on the road. Ten out of ten I highly recommend

If you want excellence this is top notch service. Oil changes, Transmission services, Radiator services, Batteries and many others services. The staff here are beyond competent and the most informative crew I've ever came across in a full service oil change business. I can trust their word on recommendations to the fullest. I know a thing or two about cars and these guys have never steered me wrong. So if you want the best quality service at a fair price this is definitely the place to go.

Josh and the crew were outstanding. Josh explained everything to me and was honest about everything as well. They could have gotten me in n wipers and filters, but they said they were all good. I know they are. I already replaced them. Great job. I highly recommend Josh.

All the guys at Valvoline are so genuinely nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place. My husband and I have been coming here for years and they have always taken good care of our vehicles. They even remember my truck's name .

Love the guys over here. Fast, knowledgeable, and no pressure to push any extras on me. In turn I always purchase things I know can replace myself because they do go good business

Excellent service pricing and overall experience. Quick in and out. They let you know what your car may need but are not pushy about it just suggest and don t make you feel like an idiot if you don t do the upgrades.

Professional service personnel, I came in with questions and Chris came back with answers. Not only answering my question but showing me. He explained service recommendations and showed services that were in place to help keep me on top of the maintenance for my vehicle. I appreciated everything I was showed, I even learned a few things. This company will be my car/truck place.

I have a fleet vehicle and do not pay for each service but my company is responsible for paying the maintenance program. The store changed the battery and there were no issues with it. They rotated the tires and it was just performed somewhere else. They changed wipers after just replacing them weeks before. They changed filters unnecessarily. They are just not honest and took advantage of the fleet program. I will never go back after going there for years with my personal and fleet vehicles.

They're really nice and friendly but they told me it would be $49 for a oil change then when I got here it was $80 then kept telling me a hole bunch of filters was bad when they're still good and kept trying to sell me new ones for a crazy price

They always do a great job, but when I leave, I always feel overcharged. This time, they charged me for 5.4 qt of oil and then a second charge for extra oil.

The 3 young men were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. Offered additional service and products and explained why they were beneficial, but didn't pressure us into buying them. Service is extremely quick, 10-15 minutes from entering the parking lot and leaving. Best service we have ever received for any car service. Highly recommend!!

Second time coming here and they are so nice, didn't have to leave my car. Fast service and he suggested things I needed to get done. Definitely will be my go to spot for oil changes and other services.

This place used to be super convenient when I didn t have time to do my own oil change, but I will probably never come here again. I understand the business need to try and up sell, but I will not deal with the aggressive sales tactics used here. You are forced to sit in your car while the technician try s to sell you every service they offer. I know it is his job but when I specifically ask you to stop and you say, actually I enjoy going over our services with my customers I m done. I would suggest Shawnee Pit Stop as an alternative. It is less convenient, but it is at least a local business.Service: Oil change

Staff is friendly every time I use their services. The prices are good. I had an oil change done within 20-30 minutes. This always includes checking of all fluids, lights, and filters. My partner and I actually used Valvoline thru Groupon and we had a fantastic experience. We initially waited the full 24 hrs like the Groupon said, drove right over and within seconds, Josh, walked right over and pulled us into a bay. He was exceptionally nice, answered all of our questions and concerns, and provided us with a friendly interaction during the service. We were surprisingly pleased we didn t even have to leave our car! Within 15-20 minutes, Josh and Carroll got us all taken care of, used our Groupon and we were done. It s been a few days and we re still talking about how pleased we are. Thank you!

The service technicians are always so nice. However it's always an awkward conversation when I ask them not to keep upselling their other services. Now they add how much more others in the area charge for the same services to try to get you to go ahead with them. Once we have the understanding that I'm there for an oil change and nothing else, everything is fine. The cost of my last visit jumped approximately the same amount as the best coupon I could find, so the cost vs. convenience element is now less appealing.Service: Oil change

OMGOSH!!! I had the VIP treatment, no lie! These guys are fantastic!!! Service was absolutely outstanding. I recommend this place without hesitation. Landon explained everything in detail what was going to be done and what needed to be done and they did not pressure me into buying anything I didn't want. It was up to me what I wanted and they gave me recommendations. Matthew & Derek handled my car like it was a Rolls Royce...very polite and knowledgeable young men. This would be a great place for elders who didn't want to get out of their vehicle. I will definitely be back for all my oil changes

Great service, and they don't try to mansplain everything to you! Little bit more than I like to spend but the customer service makes up for it.
