Shop tried to kill me with negligence they put a stripped out castle nut on a ball joint even though i brought them all new parts then when i proceeded to try and get compensation for missing Christmas because i was changing a ball joint in a parking lot on Christmas eve at 3 pm due to there misconduct i was treated like an idiot and told many lies about the functions of a simple ball joint the owner said and i quote you dont need a bolt and that i bought the wrong part and had no proof it was their fault and that since i didn't have them fix it while they were closed on Christmas that i cant have my usless labor charge refunded

Had a stupid transmission problem. Called several places. Called here, Jim answered phone, told him of problem and he said, "Not a problem, we can get you taken care of tomorrow and back on the road." He quoted me a price that was very reasonable. The only sticker shock was for my CVT fluid! ( I think it was made from gold or diamonds. Not the shops fault, they didn't make it. ) Everyone I talked to here were very friendly and professional. Anyways, back on the road and the car is running better than ever! I will definitely use them in the future! Thank you Jim and everyone!

**PLEASE READ**The folks that review this place must be friends and family. I wish they had taken me to dinner before screwing me over. I had a vehicle there, they couldn t find parts for it. I gave them the car thinking it wasn t worth it. One month later I see it on the road! You took advantage of a female and a veteran to boot. You know what you did you got a free car out of me. These people are amazing! I took my truck in and they rebuilt my transmission and more. The customer service was wonderul. The prices are very reasonable. I am so glad I found out about this place! Great group of people!

This place is awesome! They had my car fixed the same day it was brought in. It was affordable and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! Definitely will be back for all my mechanical needs!

They guys at Transmissions Plus were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They provide me with a quick concise diagnosis and repair plan. They took the time to explain things I didn't understand. I felt like I was being dealt with honesty and integrity unlike a lot of places where you often feel like they're trying to take advantage of you.

Friendly, they ll make you think they got you taken care of. Then boom. Several thousand dollars later. No communication during the whole repair process.

One thing to have transmission problem but another thing when it s your kid and it happens out of town.From the young lady answering the phone, to talking to the mechanics...everything was top notched!I highly recommend this shop!

Same people own the shop on main St don't use either of them they practice bad business if you want to get ripped off like me don't pay any attention to this matter
