Went in to get an appointment to get my truck tinted. I think he was the only one there because he was in the bays working. I was there for about five minutes before he came to the front and talk about tint. He was professional and I could tell he was stressed and over whelmed. The price he quoted was less than what I thought it would be. So we set up the appointment. Called the day before to find out how long it would take so I could plan my day accordingly. I was then informed that the tint guy didn't show up and he hasn't been able to get in touch with the person. He said he would call me by the end of the day or by 9am the next morning. Never got a call, so I called about 9:30am in the morning (30minutes before my scheduled appointment) and he told me he has to find a new tint guy. He didn't know when it would be, but he would call me when he can get my truck tinted. Two weeks passed and no calls. I was convinced at that point that if I hadn't called the first time, I would've showed up for the appointment and found out then that he didn't have anyone to do the tint. Obviously he is having employee issues and I think he was the only one there. So I started looking around for other shops and talked to some people who have dealt with Sun Masters for years and decades. It seems that the last three years the quality of service and customer service has gone downhill and the new owner doesn't seem to care about the business and the customers. The turn over of employees is another red flag. I guess it makes sense. I've lived here since 2016 and the parking lot was always packed, but the last few years it always seems empty. I chose to go elsewhere to get my tint done. I hope the new owner changes things and gets Sun Masters back to the quality that it used to be known for.

I ve done business here since the 90 s decide I wanted to put some subs on my truck. Went in there and the little long haired guy and the fat guy were just chilling at the counter, acting like they were put out that I was there. They were rude had nothing on stock, blamed it on the Covid shortage. But 5 days later I have had everything installed and easy to get. Won t be going back to sun masters again. I now know why the parking lot stays empty.

5 stars, and Beyond! Always!I have dealt with Sun Masters for over 13 years.. and they have put radio's, speakers, L.E.D lights, boom boom high/low audio systems...with going beyond the phone working throughout lunch so the Customer leaves with assuring confidence, that job is done correctly! The Quality, of work is done VERY professionally, that has no rivals in any class that cannt compete with them. You can not put a price on what they can do!And what you say, ( cannot do )! They can do it!Price varies, what you want. And Common sense says, you customizations, you pay a price. You want,, what they have,, you just pay for that! So they have what you want you pay few low $......Customize $$. Simple..

We took our Kia Sorento in to have a subwoffer we purchased installed. The service was amazing theses guys really take care of business. We were told installation would take somewhere around 3 hours but they had us done in about 1 hour. Their quality of work their customer service and their friendliness is absolutely deserving of the 5 stars I'm giving these guys. If you need anything done to your vehicle that has to do with a sound system and your in or near Shawnee, Oklahoma go see them. Thanks guys it was worth every penny we payed and some. If were ever out this way again and need anything done your definitely our guys.

Customer Service is 2nd to none. Chris was a pleasure to work with. We had a lot of issues getting a radio to fit that I supplied. He was very patient and did everything he could. At the end of the day the after market radio was just made wrong. Chris has every right to charge for multiple hours of labor, but he didn t. He said since he couldn t get it to work he wasn t going to charge me for it even though it wasn t his fault. This isn t the first time I have used Sun Masters and it surely won t be my last. I highly recommend!

I have been using Sun Masters for years. Today I went in to get two windows tinted. I was treated awful. So I leave and decided to call back and speak to the owner. He says he lost his bay to do truck windows in. Same building same everything. Did the bay just get up and leave. And oh yes. This particular truck was tinted at Sun Masters and I have in my hand a lifetime warranty form Sun Masters. Like I said been doing business here for a very very long time. I was told it had changed owners. Maybe this is the problem. All I am saying is this is what happened to me

Waited 5 months for what I thought was gonna be grill lights for my truck. Was wanting grill lights to show off my truck.. it was a waist of time and money. Very disappointed they just added 1 bulb that u can barely even see. I wish now I would have went somewhere else to have color changeing lights added.

Great service and best price on window tint out there. Also, these guys know what they are doing. I've had their tint on another car over 10 years! Not one wrinkle and no fading.

LOVE to ripoff teenagers. Lack of moral compass astounding. 0/10 for ethics. As an adult it still angers me that they took my money, did not deliver what I ordered, and then forced me to leave because it was not 'their' problem (because they already had the kid's money).

Sunmasters did a phenomenal job on my sound system! I told them what I was looking for and they told me exactly the system to go for and it sounds incredible! They also did a double din custom install that looks like factory quality work. Will go to them for all my car audio needs

Got a qoute from chris to install a amp & rockford fosgate speakers. Wanted the amp in a non visible location & he said yea sure we can do that. So left my truck there & when i got it he just put the amp in the wrong place & put speakers in i didnt want. Its been 4 months now & when i call & ask i get some BS that the speakers are coming from china & they dont know when theyll be here. Place is trash would give ZERO stars if i could would not recommend this place

Horrible experience he installed my breathalyzer and was rude didn't explain anything to me at all I had to make an appt everytime and he didn't tell me until I got there it was credit card only because of him I got two violations and I'll never go to him again.

This guy deals with pretty much everything off road truck Jeep window tints stereos lighting all kinds of accessories window tint stereos lighting all kinds of accessories etcetera. He's a serious off-road enthusiasts himself . He's helped me with quite a few projects and I had one of the most delightful experiences there. I went in to check on my Jeep one day when he was doing some work on it and there were some guys in the back in the shop that apparently looking at my Jeep. They asked to be introduced to me come to find out. The guy is an up-and-coming musician named Vince Vanlandingham and he had just done a new CD which had a song on it about Jeeps called "The Jeep Song" he gave me an autographed copy.

Waited outside for 2 hours after posted hours of service. If your hours are going to fluctuate, you should at least post 'em on your door
