I just made my second purchase from Sehorn Yamaha in Shawnee. You will not find better service or after the sale support from anyone. This is the place to go for any Yamaha or Sea-Doo products.

Sehorn Yamaha provided an exceptional buying experience. With delays in manufacturing at its peak, they went above and beyond to locate and acquire a Can-Am Ryker 900 from another dealer. The patience and customer service first mentality made each step painless. Financing paperwork was upfront and handled effectively. I strongly recommend doing business with Sehorn. Prices are reasonable given the excessive fees other dealers tack on.

The best power sports dealer in Oklahoma by far. Low key sales approach. Excellent sales people, low pressure and make you feel comfortable with your purchase. I have purchased two Can Am 4 wheelers from them and will definitely be back. Their hometown attitude and feeling of the dealership is just not found anymore. I have been all over the metro shopping for powersports products and this dealership beats everything else.The service department when you need them is very professional and will get you out the door ASAP.Even though the name is Sehorn Yamaha, they have a large selection of Can Am products, and watercraft too.

Worst service experience I ve ever had after having my sxs for over a month was told could not fine anything wrong with it came and picked it up 5 mins after unloading it at my house was able to make the issue happen loaded it back up and brought back asked the service advisor if checked the boost control sensor was told it don t have one that my issue is a tuning issue and there s nothing can do for me after picking it up I ordered the 70 dollar part from can-am and installed it and it amazing the problem no longer is happening. The most inexperienced people I ve ever delt with will never give them my business again

Family environment with Mark and Matt running the show. Cody keeps the service running smooth and Adrian and Mike are both knowledgeable parts guys. Check out Matt s Super and Turbo charged YXZ if you stop in. Yes those are 35 tires on a stock R MAX.

If i could give a zero star I would. Never really had a good experience with one of their salesman (think he may be a sales manager but could be wrong).But the main reason for this review is the fact that they have had my four-wheeler since June of 2020. It was in an accident and I took it to get repaired by them just because they were the closest to me. I understand that's when the whole pandemic thing was really in full effect and parts were hard to get ahold of. But seriously, almost 3 years. I've been hearing "yeah we should have it back together next month" for the past year and a half. Just flat out ridiculous.On a side note, my work four wheeler has been in there I believe 3 times for the same issue in the past year and they still haven't got it fixed right.I'd suggest a different shop for servicing your rides

I took my bike in for service. They got me in right away. While they were doing the service, I found a strataliner that I fell in love with. I wanted to buy it, but the sales guy acted like he didn t want to help me. He just sat in a chair and started talking to other people. I just paid for my service and left. I have been getting my bike serviced there for years. Even though their service is great, sales left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be going back.

Do not take anything to there shop, I waited two hours just to get 2 new tires put on wheels that I brought to them. They didn t even have to mess with the 4-wheeler, just the wheels. This isn t the only time this kind of thing has happened. I had a quad in there shop for over a year before I got it back, they over charged me and didn t fix half of what I asked them too.

Bought my 4th watercraft / boat from Sehorn today and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Mark (owner) is as honest as they come and puts extra effort into creating an outstanding customer experience. No games here... they will quote you a fair price and stick to it....HIGHLY recommend Sehorn Yamaha.

My husband bought a new sideX side a few years ago from this business. Everything was great. He took it in for repairs knowing it would be there a couple of weeks. It s been 7 weeks in this time he s been told different things like it ll be a couple days it ll be finished. We ll that s been a week ago. Today he s told by someone else looking at the info it hasn t even been started on. Don t appreciate being lied to.

It is always a blast to go to Sehorns Yamaha in Shawnee Oklahoma! So many motorcycles, boats, jet skis, and side-by-sides to choose from! The owner is a life-long Shawnee resident and is a proud of supporter of our community! Come check them out!

Great service, gave me great deal on a new boat. When the boat arrived everything was explained to me in great detail. Will buy from here again and if you are looking for a Yamaha they were very up front and fair with the pricing! Mack did a great job at answering my calls and was helpful at all times during the pre and post transactions.

When my gas cap fell apart, they went out of their way to help me put it back together and charged me nothing. They spent 30 minutes helping me out rather than charge me well over $100 for a new one. Can t say anything bad about these guys at all.

Purchased 3 bikes from Severn, great sales, pricing and service. The owner Mark will do what us right and fair if there is a issue. Hard to go wrong with these guys, wish I still lived in the area never worried about being taken care of.

Bought our 2015 Viking VI from them in early 2016. Great customer service & sales. Wife wanted blue, not an offered color in the 6 seat so they put the plastic from a 3 seat on it for us at NO extra charge. Happy wife .. Happy life.

I thought this place sold and serviced can am, so I took my 2008 can am spyder to these guys to have the brakes bled after I worked on them. They had my spyder for 9 weeks trying to bleed the brakes. Turned out that they didn't even have a trained can am mechanic and they were winging it.After they finally got my brakes bled, I took some brand new wheels and had them mount and balance them for me while I was there. Well, they scratched one of my new wheels all up when they were mounting them. Cody in the service department said that they would replace the wheel, when I called he said that he had ordered it, but just had not gotten it in yet, I called for a couple of months but they never replaced the wheel.Needless to say, I would not recommend Seahorn Yamaha I would recommend you steer way clear of this place.As of 10/5/22I still have not heard anything from Seahorn Yamaha about replacing the wheel that they damaged, I hope everyone reads this before going there, I can't say I've ever dealt with a more unprofessional, incompetent, untrustworthy place of business in my life, if they would pay for the wheel id be happy and remove the bad review.

Our family has done business with Mark & his company since 1992. We've never had a bad experience in all these years. During this time we have purchased 15+ new Yamaha products. The service department has been outstanding along with the rest of the crew. If you are looking for a reputable business, this is it.

This is not a friendly or helpful Yamaha dealer. Two things are problematic here - one, you go in with genuine interest in a motorcycle and talk to a sales person who immediately turns on the charm. You conduct small talk and then ask the price of the bike - and you are given a ballpark quote. Minutes later you mention you ll be paying cash for the bike and it s price magically goes up $1500.00. Secondly the salesperson wants to know if you can take delivery today - you reply no I d like to wait a couple of weeks and think about the purchase. Salesperson drops you like a hot potato and walks off showing no more interest.Bottom line - Sehorn is only interested in your business if you re going to finance through their lenders and you re gonna take delivery today.Do yourself a favor - shop around at other dealerships and it s highly likely you ll get a better deal and almost certain you ll be treated with genuine customer care.

I spoke with Brad today looking for a motorcycle he was very knowledgeable and had some great tips and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He even gave my wife some great advice! I've worked with Brad and Sehorn Yamaha before when I purchased my Jetski and they were great! I'm positive they will be great again!

Never bought a bike here have been kicking around the idea of trading mine in, but mine does have a bald tire and I went in there on a Saturday and they was doing some demo event and I thought terrible time to get a tire. I did go in see what they carried and how much, asked if I needed to schedule a time to get it put on, he said no just bring it in anytime. So I hauled ass after work a few hours later to buy the tire and get it put on. They had a reason that pretty much boils down to they didn t want to. I did get there late it was around 4:50 but that still falls between anytime if think. Not a 100% deal breaker for me but a bit of a piss off. I d think for the amount of time to put on a tire is easy money and as long as you get the tire there before they close they would be able to get to that like the places that change the tires on my truck.

5 star dealer. The showroom is filled with 2018 and 2019 inventory. Very organized and well laid out. Sales persons are very helpful and easy going. Excited that is was very simple to test drive the UTV I had my eye on. Wouldn't consider buying anywhere else. I live in Edmond.

Best pricing around! We made our first purchase this summer and have already returned a month later for more! Mack is always available to assist and provides prompt, friendly service! There is nowhere else to buy a Yamaha!
