Would be zero stars if I could. Do NOT recommend this place. They will rip you off, spent $3,000 to fix my vehicle and not only will they not back up their own work but they will cancel the warranty on the parts they put in.

I spent over 6k to get transmission fixed the first time.Went back for rear main seal leak, spent over 3k, Transmission was put back incorrectly. It blew two days after. And it has been sitting in my driveway every since. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

The office manager denied service to my sister bc she doesn't like her for whatever reason, she said they have a right to refuse service to anyone & they lied & said a line was cut on her vehicle. I do not recommend them, they are shady to me

Reliable transmission isn t so reliable . My poor grandpa would give the world for his grand daughter to drive a safe truck. My truck wouldn t stop over heating and the throttle indicator light kept coming on. I took it to reliable and they ended up fixing $1400 worth of front end work and I was told my truck was fine it wasn t over heating. They ran a block test and it was fine. Got it back a few days later and not even 10 mins of having it the emergency brake stuck and the truck started over heating and the indicator light was on again and so I had to take it back. They told me that was the over heating I was freaking out over and they would look into it. I had to call them every time to figure out an update on my truck. My call back up there to find out now I have to pay and additional $600 to fix master cylinder. They made it sound good. They even told me they gave me some parts that they didn t charge for like spark plugs etc. cool they change it. Get it back and not only is the front end not any different. My codes start popping up again. So I call back and they act cluessless, only thing we can do is get it in there. Okay so we take it back Thursday of last week . All day Thursday and Friday never heard anything so I called last 5 mins of opening just to get an understanding what to do next. The lady answered the phone told me she had already went home for the day but they ran a block test and it failed. We blew a head and we re gonna need a new engine possibility of rebuilding. If not too many miles it s gonna cost us a little under 10 grand. Well, I already had a funny feeling after the front end work that they weren t so reliable so I called around and found somebody with experience just to get a second opinion. I picked up my truck from reliable, took it to his shop. And it s just a blowin water pump. The engine is perfectly fine. The transmission is perfectly fine. I truly do believe that they personally recognized us and knew that without questioning my grandpa handed over $2100 just like that just off of what his granddaughter told him and I truly believe they thought they were going to get the same thing out of an engine. I get it it s a hit or miss when it comes to mechanics but there s a difference between trial and error to fix a truck and straight up lying to make your money for the week and go home. I posted on Shawnee crime page because I do believe scamming somebody out of thousands of dollars is a crime. And my personal experience may matter to someone one day.

Only people that would take my vehicle in did a amazing job! Would of been right on time and spot on the budget had my full tank and a few other problems from sitting for so long occur. Even with that it was completed in a reasonable time and price that I can't complain about. Thank you for the help again and this shop will definitely be in top of the list if I need any other work done!

What an absolute positive experience. My truck was needing engine rebuild and I'm so thankful I found this place. Kerry the mechanic definitely knows his trade big time. Faye at the front desk is a sweetheart, she kept in contact with me letting me know how it was going throughout. They kept in budget with my quote and finished in time they told me. For a picky guy they've exceeded my expectations. I will recommend them to all my friends. Ps. Truck runs awesome thanks guys so much.

IT was great, I came in for a driveability problem. Paid for a scan they found the problem in no time, called me with the fix . I give them the ok they repaired my car an picked it up the next day. It was a little pricey but well worth the money to have my car running with no problems an a sense of comfort knowing that it was repaired completely .

Charged me double the original estimate, never answered the phone, voicemail box always full, messed up the wiring in my car so now the battery drains if i don't disconnect it. Parts they put in are already worn out after only 1600 miles. And kept telling me incorrect fixes to my battery issue costing me even more money to not fix the problem.

They were absolutely amazing and helped me out when I really needed. They made sure my car was safe to drive before sending me home in it. They took special care and never made me feel like a bother, even though I called who knows how many times!

Terrible establishment! Quoted 900$ on the phone with the receptionist to remove transmission for an estimate. Found a better mechanic to replace trans, went to pay the 900$ for the removal and then all of a sudden the cost doubled to 1,800$ when they knew I was taking the vehicle elsewhere. Would not recommend this shop to anyone! Worst mechanic experience to this day.Service: Transmission

Good people Very knowledgeable and helpful on motor and Transmission on a 2012 Toyota Tundra. The post Oak Toyota place charged 100 to check it and wanted to charge us another 187.00 for clearing a code because are motor light was coming on and At Reliable Trans they only charged us 100.00 and told us why it came on showed us the right part and to come back to them if we have any more trouble with the code after we replace the part and they will clear code again at no charge to us

This place took month and 1/2 to get my truck back to me. They are not transparent I had to keep calling and calling just to find anything out. Finally I had to give them my research for the pair to get the truck. Approximately a month later the same issue happen again. Well it cost me $5,000 bucks and the warranty is about 6 months I'm sure they did everything on that transmission to make my truck last for a lifetime. I would like to add they supposedly rebuilt my transmission and the rear end on my F350 and none of them lasted a year I had to have both of them rebuilt with a better outfit I have never dealt with the worst outfit in my life they cost me a tremendous amount of money and I'm 62 years oldService: Transmission

They were very kind and quick. I will 100% use them again if needed. UPDATE: we needed them to fix our transmission and they are awesome. They work hard and as quickly as possible while still doing things right. Updated note: This place jammed my truck stereo while ' working on it'.. Draining my battery and ruining my Bose speakers. Came up with 'things that needed to be fixed/ replaced' that I had checked later that didn't needed servicing... I would NOT recommend!

Have not gotten my car fixed yet but this rating is for their customer service. The lady at the front desk volunteered to take me to Enterprise so I did not have to wait the 3 hours it would take Enterprise to pick me up allowing me to make my doctor's appointment. She is awesome.

Great experience here! The people who run this shop we're friendly and very helpful. They did a wonderful job fixing my truck in a fast and timely manner. They have the best prices in town. Affordable and willing to work with me. Very knowledgeable and they won't cheat you.

I took my vehicle in for a transmission rebuild. They were the best prices in the area for the work I needed done. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome as soon as a stepped into the door. The work that was done was absolutely AMAZING my car runs better then ever. I will recommend all my family and friends to come here for any work. Thanks for the great service and honest work. You guys rock..

These guys are super amazing. Is traveling out of town in my blue Jeep Patriot and they took a look for my transmission was leaking on the road. They inspected my vehicle and told me whats wrong with it and gave me good advice. I took it in after we called them only a few mins later they had my car being looked at. I have a 2007 Chevy my transmission was leaking and on its last leg. I livr approximately 45mins away and they was going to take me home. I came back I know my truck was in bad shape with other issues they care so much for you being safe on the road. They are going to look into all my other issues to keep me safe on the road!! My son and daughter in law took there vehicle to them to fix. Charged them 1300. Got it back was still doing the same thing. And also put a dent in the finder and didn't even tell me. So we took it back for them to fix the dent and fix there mistakes. Sent my mom up there yesterday because they wouldn't answer my calls. She asked if it had been driven yet to hopefully figure out the problem. They told her no they didn't drive it. No other work had been done on it. Went by today and was trying to charge me another 1100. If u want to be ripped off. Take it to that place

This place is a joke! We took our truck in about 5 months ago and they still have it! They say it will be ready one day then its another story. They do not communicate with you, you have to be the one to call them.

Me being in the automotive world as well I am very picky to were I would take my vehicle for an emergency repair...took my vehicle up for transmission problems..Larry took a look at it and got me fixed up I am pleased with the work they have done transmission shifts nice and smooth : total rebuild , removing the transmission , and reinstall took all of 4 days ; job was completed as they said .... no monkey business just getting to me and getting me complete I strongly recommend reliable transmission......to you at reliable transmission i will recommend my customers to you for transmission repair thank you ..Service: Transmission

Would not recommend. Truck had electric issues and I already rebuilt the transmission. But they went ahead and rebuild it anyways again before running tests. Lady at desk argued with me (about the wrong truck to begin with) then wouldn t show pictures of transmission internals. Later that day, sent me pictures of rusted burnt REVERSE clutches that didn t come out of my transmission (I had pictures of the transmission apart from the previous week and my truck wouldn t downshift on it s own, nothing to do with reverse) then admitted they don t keep old parts and had no idea where the clutches came from. And to top it off, after I gave up and overpaid for what they done (after admitting it done the same thing after the rebuild and it was a broken wire in the speed buffer box) I couldn t start my truck in park. I had to wiggle it between reverse and neutral to start it. And they wanted me to buy the part they broke to fix it. Not very reliable to me.

The transmission specialist I spoke with told me he was too qualified to perform the work I was requesting. He informed me that he was some Sven gahli of transmission repair and that the repair I requestedwas below his talent. In these times I would think we help each other. Not blow our own horn. Thank you
