We took our 2007 Honda element to have a all-wheel drive alignment done on my vehicle. Which seemed at the time when the alignment was completed to be correct. Less than 6 months after the alignment was done. We started having issues with our alignment tired wearing funny and getting a vibration in the vehicle. When I called them back, they have the vehicle realigned under the warrant They didn't even have a record of my vehicle in their system, so they would not honor their warranty. If you use them, hope they do it right the first time. Because they will not honor they're warranty.

Had a water pump replaced on a 2013 edge back in April. Took the car in for a tune up at a different shop and got shown photos of the wiring harness broken, the spark plug boots torn but put back in anyway, the cam sensors leaking oil,bolts missing on the intake and services completely overlooked or was told not to worry about not entirelysure which. To fix the wiring harness by placing zipties to hold it in place when that's not what should have happened. The front end of the was taken apart and put together incorrectly the push pin clips do not face the inside of the car where they cannot be removed with ease. I'm not happy about it.

Will never take another vehicle there again. Took my car there for an alignment. car still pulled to the right took it back. They blamed it on the tires ,replaced My tires took it back, then they said I had brakes dragging causing it to pull. had the brakes done steel pulls.The good news is they said I have a six month warranty so I can bring it back every day until it s fixed.so good luck on your repairs ..

We brought our daughters car in to be aligned. They did a Perfect job and her car is driving the best it ever has. They were very nice and helpful when I asked questions. I can t give the a higher rating or I would!! Excellent service!

Had brakes and rotors done. The price seemed fair at a little over $300. Staff was nice, and even let you check your vehicle while they fixed it.

My husband had an appointment for 3:30 pm, he drove from Lawton to Shawnee to get an alignment, he gets there and the lady lets him know they wrote it down for 2 so there wasn t anything they could do for him. Didn t try to make anything right just sorry , I will never go here again and will make sure everyone we knows doesn t and working at a body shop, I will make sure I never refer this place.

Highly recommend!!! They can fix just about anything they got my truck looking great and riding awesome when others told me that my truck wasn't fixable or worth fixing!! Guys at Randy's took me in and did the very best!! Highly recommend for lift kits as well Sean (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) Is the best!!

I will never take anything back to this joke of a place.I set an appointment to get my diesel truck aligned and they messed that up by over booking other vehicles and couldn't get to mine...I thought thats why appointments were made.Then my son took his truck in to get alignment done and after they had it for almost 2 days they said they couldn't do it because it needed parts....and still charged him 80 bucks.They are a rip off save your money and sanity and go to CH&W they are way better and easier to deal with.

Hands down best place to go for anything. I just had my modified 93 miata aligned and they took their time and made sure it was perfect. Even let me test drive it before paying to make sure I was happy! If I could give more then 5 stars I would!!!

Friendly, locally owned and very professional service! They got my old Explorer done by the time they promised. The cost was right in the estimated range. They old suv drives better than it has in many years. You can trust Randy's!

Nice guys are awesome! They patched both of my tires for really reasonable price and I did not have to wait! They got right to my car and it was a done deal.. I definitely recommend Randy's tires!

Very nice crew. I have been to many places throughout Oklahoma, Texas, and Arkansas. Randy's Tire is one of the best places to go. Honest and trustworthy. They will even price match my favorite place which is SE Oklahoma. Highly recommend them!

Nice guys excellent service reasonable prices. We came in off the highway with a tire going bad on our travel trailer. They spoke to our insurance company, got us fixed quickly and even faxed the invoice and receipt to the company for us.

When I walked into Randy's tire it was very clean and the young lady at the counter was very cordial told me good morning I told her I wanted for tires mechanic spring into work perfect gentleman very clean they're putting the tires on now I would recommend this company to anyone we support them and keep them open because she has a new baby very cute to

I had a 2013 Dodge Dart that I brought here to have my tires rotated and balanced. Apparently they didn't lower the lift completely before they drove my car out of the bay and they ripped the protective casing off the bottom of the engine. When I brought this mistake to the manager's attention he said he didn't know anything about it and refused to even attempt to have it fixed. The service technician admitted it was his fault to me but wouldn't answer me when I told him he needed to tell the manager about his mistake. Overall, I would not recommend this shop to anyone who wants to keep their vehicle in good condition.
