Mitch and his Dad Marshall did excellent work. Helped out on our deductible and even gave our vehicle a nice detail. While working on the truck they did break a piece of brittle 20 year plastic window wind/rain deflectors and called and told me about it and offered to replace it - there are some shops that will just "hope you don't notice" 5+ star customer service and professionalism. I will recommend them to anyone and I have 3 vehicles now without a garage/shop and still live in Oklahoma so I am sure I will see them again soon.

I took my vehicle to them after a major hailstorm. The Kulow's were extremely professional and told me what the process would be upfront. They dealt with my insurance company and the extra shops needed (glass, paint....) and kept me updated along the way. As others have said, my vehicle was returned looking brand new and detailed! Super nice guys and a great experience. We have an appointment for my husband's truck next!

Mitch did a great job with my car, I had 2 other shops tell me I would need new a new fender but he said no and did a great job! I drove from edmond and will be taking any other damaged cars to him

When I dropped my car off, it had quite a lot of small and big hail dents . Just got it back yesterday, and it looks like a brand new car ! Mitch and Marshall did a great job ! They dealt with the insurance company and reallly took care of me . A couple of great businessmen ! I have taken a few vehicles to them over the years and same great service over and over !

Absolutely impeccable work and service! I had hail damage to my Camry and this was my first time having to make a claim with a vehicle and Mitch was there to put me at ease with walking me through the process and making sure I was updated and informed with the repairs along the way. They got my car back to me quickly and looking brand new again even with a complementary full detail!! This father and son business is exceptional! I highly recommend Paintless Dent Repair, you will not be disappointed!!

The guys at Paintless Dent Repair are awesome! Marshall walked me through entire process and made sure I knew what to expect with the insurance claim and everything. Both him and his son were very professional, honest, and just good down to earth people. They take pride in their work and it shows! I highly recommend Paintless Dent Repair and will not hesitate to use them again!

My car was hit multiple times with hail within the last few months of me being in Stillwater. My grandpa is a car guy and wanted my car fixed within an appropriate amount of time, and wanted my car to look brand new again. He was skeptical at first that dent repair could be done without painting, but when we saw my car after it was done he and myself were amazed at the work they did! It took less than a week, and they did such an amazing job making my car look brand new again! They even washed it for me! 10/10 experience.

I highly recommend Paintless Dent Repair. They worked with a difficult insurance company and was still able to get the job done in very quick time. Truck looks great and looks like new. If you have hail damage go see them!

My brother Robert Banta just picked up his car which had over 300 hail dents in the top alone he is totally amazed and so pleased at the work Marshall did for him!!! He said it looks like he just came off the showroom floor!!! He wholeheartedly recommends Paintless Dent Repair in Shawnee!!!!

I found Marshall" s PDR on google. I called him for an estimate to repair my wife"s 2021 Toyota Rave 4 last Friday. I met Marshall for an appointment. upon arrival he looked at her damage and immediately had me pull into his his shop and began repairing the damage. he informed me that he usually repaired vehicles with dents in the metal portion of cars, and he wasn"t sure if he could get it perfect because the damage was on the plastic bumper of the car. miraculously he had the large dent looking 90% better in no time and a very reasonable price. I plan on taking the rest of my vehicles to him in the future. Marshall and his son are very friendly, nice and professional with a nice and clean shop.
