Would have given them a five but prices are simply too high compared to online. But I couldn t wait for the part to be shipped, so .. staff were professional and the store was quite clean.

This is a great store with a knowledgeable staff. If they don't have your brand then you probably don't need it. If they don't have your part on hand they are happy to check other stores for you and get it to you ASAP.

I drive an older Toyota 4x4,which is.. a labour of love... Most of the time. It also means parts are getting harder to come by. For all the standard maintenance stuff, it's O'Riley's, every time. Good prices, always well stocked and (in my experience anyway) there's always real car people behind the counter who can usually lay some tidbits of info to make whatever you're doing to your ride just a bit easier. And THAT kind of service is invaluable.

Went to the store on Kickapoo St in Shawnee OK. Service was excellent, the associate located everything I wanted, installed my new wiper blades and wouldn t take a gratuity. Thank you, I ll be back!

Great store!!! Employees are knowledgeable about auto parts, and very helpful. I highly recommend this store. Prices are comparable to the area. You can call ahead, or search their website for your car parts need. They are open Mon-Sat 7:30 am to 10 pm and Sun 9 am-9 pm.

Always go to the O'Riellys on Kickapoo because they have good service. Tell them what kind of car and what I need. They get it for me. Also the guy there was nice last month when I asked if he would install my wipers and he did. The one on Harrison, not so nice. Thanks O'Riellys on Kickapoo street. I will always get my car parts from you.

Went there with a waranteed part. But because no manager on site could not honor at their store, however, they called store on Harrison so we could replace the part. True customer care.

I started at the Harrison O'Reilly, but they had not that which I sought, but they sent messengers through the wires and when I arrived at the Kickapoo O'Reilly my quest ended in triumph. Thank you.

Great.. was greeted when I walked in the door. The gentleman who helped was kind, respectful, and very willing to help me with my problem. He even printed off a diagram of where the part was that need to be replace. Thank you so much for your help.

I have issues just about every time I have used this store not sure why. Had them order three parts Saturday the 25th of may get told all will be here the 28th. Call at 7:45am the 28th nothing yet. Was told be in that afternoon. Call back at 6:47pm one came in. Call back at 7:30 the 29th get told the other two parts where just ordered at 6:52pm on the 28th. Not sure how they can mess up when a skinny kid I don't know and the asst. manager where both standing at the computer.

My daughter needed a headlight before she headed away to the city...she bought the bulb and immediately a nice young gentleman changed The bulb in her headlight for her & she was able to make it home safely with 2 working headlights

Very awesome! Brake light was out, stopped in, Kevin got me the right bulb and even put it in for me!!! Wow. Great guy.Highly recommended for any autoparts you need.

Pretty awful experience overall. I went in just to get to my check engine light checked and wound up waiting over 20 minutes as they told me to just wait and handled about 10 different customers and never even got to me so I ended up leaving. One of the workers even asked his other coworker if he could help me and the other guy told him to serve the other customers first. I told them I d be patient and wait and they never ended up helping me so I just left.

Another store to add to my travels . Stopped here for a low beam headlight for my 1999 f350 . The guy that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped put the now bulb in .thanks again O'Reillys

We had just moved to McLoud from San Diego. I had a problem with my Kia Soul...... stopped into O'Reilly and Joe, the Asst Manager run a diagnostic and concluded it was the alternator. I was out the door with my alternator and 10% military discount . We dealt with Lori in the afternoon for the core return. The staff was great and I now have my parts house for my 3 cars and RV.
