Very great service, extremely helpful staff, efficient well sorted and organized. Friendly and informative. Very appreciative of this place. For the most part good prices. Besides online, but that depends on the parts.

Everyone's friendly. they check your engine light for you for free. So take your battery for you for free and help you put on any windshield wipers that you buy or headlights. I love that about them because I'm a woman and I don't know how to put on anything that has to do with the car. Lol they are very helpful and friendly and they know a lot about cars and don't mind sharing their knowledge.

My wife went into O'Reilly's on Sept 2, unfortunately it was pouring down rain and they had a ton of customers she thought she was in for it as her wipers were shot. She had no clue how to put them on. She said after the 2 guys that were working sold them to her , one even put them on for her in the pouring rain. Great customer service!! Thanks O'Reilly's for saving the day!!

Went to exchange a transmission and the guy, Joshua, was the best. He took over right outta the gate. He was prompt, very helpful, and professional. I'm sure he is a valuable asset to your company. Be very proud he's on your team. Pay him,. He's a keeper! And NO, I've never met him prior. Great job Josh! I won't hesitate to return with that type of service. VERY rare find these days.

Won t back up their products, specially a battery without proof of owner. Bought a used car and battery went bad. They said yes it s under warranty but we won t replace it unless you can tell us who purchased it. I was like I got it from a dealer. I don t know who bought the battery. Wouldn t replace and were pretty rude about it

Please stop hiring women who are clueless. Yes there are capable women in the automotive industry, but not the one you hired. I went in with a picture of what I needed and the info on my vehicle. All I needed was a bypass cap for my radiator. She tried to tell me that those are NOT sold separately and I will have to buy a new radiator to get the bypass cap (neither of us knew the name of the part yet and she still doesn't know). I told her there's no way I'm buying a new radiator just for that little piece of rubber when my radiator is only a year and a half old. She even pulled up a radiator imagine on the computer and tried to point out a different part. I pointed out the correct part, but still she tried to convince me to buy a radiator. A MAN at AutoZone had no problem finding what I needed in less than 1 minute for $5.99, no few hundred dollar radiator needed. Hire people with actual automotive knowledge, not just anyone looking for a job!

I was in dire need of a replacement battery for my car. We re on the road traveling so had little time to spare. Brandon and Tig made the experience amazingly good. They had the battery I needed, Brandon replaced the battery while Tig ran the credit card. Out the door and on the road in 20 minutes. Thank you!

Great store. Always have been given the parts I need for my car and truck. Some stores in town have e given me the wrong parts. Then I have to go back to town to get the right part. That's frustrating. Never have had that happen on any O'Reilly's store I've been tooThey are a dependable outfit.

I've always had good service here until yesterday (August 31, 2021) when I encountered an employee named Roger. Roger lacks basic customer service skills and is incredibly smug and rude. Also, he has no clue what he is doing. As long as he is employed here, which likely won't be long, I will be driving the extra distance to use the other location in town.

So I'm a serious diy-er to say the least, so when I need parts or supplies for one of those projects, I do my research, decide on what exactly I need and then track it down BEFORE I ever get in the car. So when I walk into a building supply or auto parts store, I know exactly what I'm looking for and I'm usually armed with part numbers and researched price. And the folks behind the counter at O'Reilly's absolutely LOVE that. So instead of answering questions like "with or without A. C ..." to get a set of windshield wipers, I rattle off part numbers and they pile them on the counter and do all the extra little things that separate a good business from a great one. Like opening each and every part to make sure that what's in the box is correct, check for damage and offer any personal information they might have. Hell they even checked the gap on all my new sparkplugs and made sure I knew what the recommended size was. And while they can't compete with the Amazon's or the Rock auto's of the world, I didn't mind the few extra bucks to have my parts THAT day and the free, real-time advice AND getting to chit-chat with a fellow motorhead!

Oriely's is by far the place to buy. I needed a low beam headlight bulb for my sonata. And like an idiot I went elsewhere, based solely based on location. I bought the bulb reluctantly at $18 49 plus tax. Paid for it, and as I was leaving, i thought "that's damn high." So I called the Orielys, and bought the same, stock headlight bulb for $7.69. Wow!!!! Seriously? Gotts say, I'll never make that mistake twice! Lol thank you so much guys and girls. The way you saved me money, and had the part sitting at the counter waiting for me, tonight, Made it so evident the difference of the quality service, and value for my money. Keep up the great work!

I had great customer service. The employee that waited on me was extremely helpful as was the other employee that was behind the counter. They gave me great advice on which products were better. I wish that every customer service I have had was as great as the one I had at O'Reilly today.

Went there to get an alternator tested. And they couldn't figure out what plugs to use. I really don't think anyone there knew how to do it. They lost the sale. Went over to AutoZone and they knew how to do it and were very willing to do it so I bought my alternator there.

Store on kickapoo is stocked with idiots. Female manager is very judgemental .. Makes fun of some customers... And i always get wrong parts. So i go little further to the other store on Harrison. Much more professional there & ran by guys who actually work on cars

Fast friendly service by knowledgeable employees. They are always willing to help find stuff in store, assist you outside to see what you're talking about, will see if the other store in town has what I need if they don't have it in stock or will order it. Always a pleasant experience.

This place USED to be the best parts store to go to. Based solely on my recent experiences I no longer believe that to be accurate. In the last two days I have called to get a common crush washer for my truck. I wss told it was out of stock but they could have them by 430 that afternoon. 430 rolled around and a buddy picked them up. Wrong size. Ithappens. Not a big deal. I call up there the following morning and speak to Chris. This dude absolutely deserves praise. He went out of his way by far to my truck mobile. However, by the time my buddy got to the store his shift was over and the employees in the store probably should have left with him. Not only did they decline to do what Chris had proposed, they also told the gentleman whom was inside the store well before closing, that testing his car battery was "going to be a tomorrow thing" since it was closing time. I get it. We all wanna go home at closing time but the dude was there inside with plenty of time to get it tested had they not taken so long to acknowledge his presence. Anyway, I end up without my part. The following evening I got a ride up there. When I told them what I wss needing I wss given an aisle number. After searching and my part not being there the guy behind the counter began looking it up and informed me they did not have it nor could they order it. The inky alternative was to send nearly $200 to get the part that was less than $4. Frustrated and ready to have my truck on the road I agreed to pay the higher amount. Just as I wss admitting defeat another CUSTOMER throws a package containing the exact part that has eluded me for days on the counter. Most of us know ebay is far less expensive. Starting to look like it may be more convenient and expedient now days.

Good parts but the employees could use a common class about vehicles. I go in and try to order a part for my camero and when the part comes in they ordered the wrong part. So the part is sent back, new part comes in again and it's still the wrong part. This happened about four or five times. Finally I ordered the part on my own.
