Always helpful. Went in a couple of weeks ago and had to get a replacement cap for my overflow tank. My boyfriend called ahead so they had it at the register. The employee always helped pop it on the overflow tank for me.

Just a heads up, they actually close at 3:00 on Saturdays. It showed that the business had confirmed their hours 5 weeks ago that showed them closing at 3:30 on Saturdays. We drove an hour round trip and the hours posted here were incorrect. We arrived at 3:03 and asked an employee what their hours were actually and the confirmed that they close at 3:00 on Saturdays.

Worst customer service experience ever at a parts store. Ordered parts, they were wrong yet I had to eat the shipping charges. Then they lose my old parts making it 10 times more difficult to find the right ones. No apologies, no real excuse.

I was shocked at how competitive they are on pricing. I've been ordering parts for my 1989 Silverado K1500 from Rock Auto online. Out of sheer happenstance, I checked here for a radiator and found they were competitive and after shipping maybe a bit less expensive that Rock Auto. I'm sold!

My review has changed due to the knowledge from Monica who knows her stuff when it comes to anything NAPA sells or handles. Thank you for being expeditious and efficient. Great customer service . Sometimes knowledge costs a little more.

In this day and age it's really great to see that NAPA is still here.After searching for wiper blades and nearly fainting over the prices, NAPA came through for me again.Give 'em a shot, they just might make your day as well.

Couldn't even make a purchase due to their inability to work the card reader. Poor location and stocking problems. Got a better deal on a screwdriver set at ACE for $2 more. Much better experience elsewhere.

Got battery cheaper than most very nice lady and my son was happy to go his favorite nascar drives a Napa car.

Old style auto parts place. Good selection, not the best prices, but reasonable values, better prices with special sales, friendly service. I found trailer lights, and then got oil/filter for my car while there.

Very helpful and informative. Prices are actually less than the other part stores I visited. I was glad to see a woman at the counter.

I always get good service here. I can check inventory online, call the store and place an order, then pick up the order when it arrives at the store. Saves time and keeps me from making two trips.
