John has to be the most honest technician I have ever met. His crew knows their way around not only and engine and transmission, but the entire vehicle.As a conceal carrier, I have left my weapon in the vehicle, and have never had an issue with theft. You do not need to worry about your personal belongings, they will be there when you come back. (I have experienced theft from other mechanics shops)I have used his services multiple times, and I have never been let down. John has been in that spot on Harrison for over 30 years. He knows is business.The best dang price you'll find also.John will work with anyone, and he will be sure the job is done right, the first time.Thank you John for all your hard work. I'll be moving away, but if I am around again and need any work done, you will be my first call.

Very nice people, goid customer service but that said, after having a front end alignment, I was told my cars issue was the tires and needed to go were I have purchased the tires for them to fix the pulling problem. Once at Hibdon, they rechecked the alignment and found it was still slightly out of alignment. They made the correction and everything was fine. It was not a tire issue.

My experience with John was phenomenal. I came in needing body and paint work on an old Triumph, and they got the job done quickly and in the amount quoted upfront. The car looks great, and I will definitely be going back for any future repairs needed on the car.

I've owned autos and vans since 1969 and I've paid for lots of repairs to them over the years. I've never had to take a vehicle back to John's out of the near a dozen I've owned since I started doing business with John. He's a great guy who'll charge you fairly and will insure you vehicle is fixed.

Took our vehicle here to replace steering knuckle and wheel bearing. Had to return 3 more time because the care was not fixed and still having issues. The last time we were told they could not find the issue. Took it to the dealership and they found it within an hour, and it was the work that was done at this shop that was the issue. Shelled out over $1500 to this shop and another $1200 to dealership to replace the same wheel bearing plus the rotors on the front tires. The wheel bearing the dealership took off didn t even look like it had recently been replaced. John did refund the money on the wheel bearing & labor but we will never go back to this shop again.

First off, I would definately reffer a family member or friend to John's Automotive.We took our 10 year old Ford Freestar van, with several, serious problems there. Glen, the mechanic, checked it out, told us the problems, gave us an estimate, and repaired it. He fixed the numerous problems, charged us very resonable rates and we are pleased.I reffered my son and my grandson to him, which both of them had thier vehicles repaired there, and are both pleased with the workmanship and the price.We highly reccomend John's Automotive.

I was moving across country (HWY 40) over the summer (2012) with my boat in tow. I started having issues with my trailer somewhere around Tenn/Ark state line and it just kept getting worse. We stopped for the night in Shawnee and the next morning I checked over the trailer. My tires (all new a few days prior) were wearing out fast. The trailer was dog tracking really bad. The Tongue was starting to sway as well....I stopped at a couple of places to check on tires and see who could fix the alignment issue, every stop I made they told me the same thing--Go See John!I did, Great guy, he moved me to the front of the line, fixed my axles and tongue all in a couple of hours. Thanks John! By the way I made it the rest of the way.1st ClassSteve

We just moved here from San Diego and found John's. Our Kia Soul wouldn't start one morning, jumped it, nursed it to O'Reilly and the check diagnosed the problem as the alternator. I bought one, got it home, U Tubed the installation and felt it was too much for me to DIY. I got the Kia to John's where he not only installed the alternator but researched the age of the battery (which wouldn't hold a charge) got a FREE replacement.... all for $105.00!I am ecstatic with his service and won't take my other 2 cars and RV anyplace else. You are the man!

I had a few friends take their cars here after minor car wrecks and it took 3 weeks or more to get there cars fixed and then 2 of them had to return to get stuff finished or repaired again. That is a waste of anyones time, if you ask me. I would suggest you take your vehicles some where else.

Took forever on my grandma's car, fixed another part that she didn't tell them to fix, when we took it in she specifically said change the plugs, before they did anything else they should've asked if it was okay instead of surprising her with a bill $200 more than she expected and taking multiple days to do a 1 hour job.
