Let me start by saying the service advisor Don Roe was absolutely wonderful and had great customer service. If I could rate him I i would give 5 stars, however, I can not so I'm only giving 2.I had an appointment scheduled for 3:15pm on a Thursday. I was about 10 minutes late for my appointment but they were polite enough to still service my truck so I decided to wait in their waiting area. The waiting area is wonderful btw! After 2 hours and 15 minutes I find myself STILL waiting for my truck to be done. When I went to check on the progress I was told "he just finished putting oil in your truck it should be out soon". Now I am no auto mechanic but I can do standard work and even being a novice it's NEVER taken me or anyone over 2 hours for an oil change. With having a newer pickup I prefer to take to a dealership and being new to the area I thought i would give this a try as i bought my truck from the JC location in Yukon. Needless to say i am NOT impressed and if it's going to take OVER 2 hours every time I won't be back.

Took my truck here last week. Needed new spark plugs and a fuel cleaning. Heath communicated really well what and why I needed it. They got me fixed up and now my f150 runs excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Quoted oil change price of 53.95. Charged 77.98 and put the wrong oil in. Really???? Be prepared to grab your ankles at this place.

Poor sales people, service don t stand up to their warranties and they build transmission poorly and let there customers pay to have them fixed elsewhere I wouldn t advise anyone to buy from Joe cooper ford of Shawnee

Well I have bought and serviced my vehicle at this dealership solely over the years. Tried yet again to get service scheduled for Thursday morning for check engine light, and wait on car. Oh no 48 hrs and drop it off the service advisor said. This also happened in 22 on a recall. Same excuse drop it off and they will eventually get to it. WELL AS OF TODAY 1/17/23 IM DONE WITH JOE COOPER COMPLETELY. If they can't service what they sell then I'll buy elsewhere from here on out.Service: Auto maintenance

Great sales experience with Blain Nave! Had a few issues with the vehicle (manufacturer issues) and he helped me get them taken care of right away. However I ended up back at the dealership within 12 hours because of an airbag light and a software update and my car randomly going into neutral. It would make sense that if my car had gone through an inspection these items would have been caught right? I live two hours away! Well I left my car that I just bought at the dealership for repair. Fast forward to Monday. The service advisor a different guy named Blaine.. calls at 3:30 to tell me my car is ready and that I really need to have the loaner car back by 5:30. So I stop what I am doing, drive to pick up my car. When I get there he says that the software update solved all of the issues. I load my kids in the car after a two hour drive and what is the first thing I see?? The AIRBAG LIGHT! So I go back to Blain and he says You were bringing it in because it stalled right? We couldn t get it to duplicate the problem ARE YOU KIDDING?! Then how did the software update fix anything BLAINE? The manager was at the next desk over (guy in a black polo) saying absolutely nothing. They put some reader on the car and told me to take it to my local dealer because it s a Chrysler issue . SERIOUSLY?! So I left I did go to my local dealer, had a great experience at Chris Nikel in Broken Arrow. They changed a steering column module and all was resolved. I tried to follow up with the Joe Cooper CJD service manager but never got a call back. Also, my tag was supposed to be included, they sent me a check for $1640 (even online the estimate was $1900) go to buy my tag and it was $2240 I called Joe Cooper again to find out if the check was supposed to cover the full amount or if it was intended to be a partial reimbursement. MATT in finance said well they estimate the amount WELL MATT IT WAS A TERRIBLE ESTIMATE AND PROBABLY intentional to make a few bucks. Terrible dealership overall. DO NOT RECOMMEND.Update: after I posted this and called someone else about the GMs lack of response someone did reply to my review, however, that was Oct 18 (I bought my car Aug 25) and I have still not been able to get in contact with this GM or get an answer of any kind. He never returns a call.

Horrible, Had an appointment for 1. For only an alignment and tire rotation!I was early. After an hour wait they come and tell me my truck is leaking oil from the turbo ,and no coolant in the reservoir. My truck was not in the shop for any engine repairs. ONLY AN ALIGNMENT, AND TIRE ROTATION.My truck had just been at my mechanic 1 day prior to taking it to Joe Coopers, if it was leaking anything my mechanic would have told me then.At Joe Coopers After the young man told me about engine problems , he was quick with asking me if I wanted and estimate, and they would fix it.. Again. ALIGNMENT AND TIRE ROTATION. had not even been started, they were to busy messing around in my engine,where they had no business being in the first place. After 3 and 1/2 hours of sitting , my Alignment and tire rotation was done.Now mind you my truck is parked at home in the same spot every day and night. No oil on the ground, ever . Also was charged 247$ for the alignment and tire rotation, not sure if that is a going rate or not. . But I feel as a woman they tried to take advantage of me. So ladies becareful when you go to Joe Coopers service center in Shawnee,OK.My truck will be going to my mechanic tomorrow, if any part in my motor has been tampered with, Joe Cooper of Shawnee ,OK. You will be hearing from my Lawyer.

EDIT: Our initial experience with scheduling online created some confusion when it came to how long our vehicle would be in the shop. Thankfully, Juan took the time to reach out and make sure we understood the entire situation.That kind of ownership of the situation, even if it wasn't completely their fault, deserves recognition.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Engine repair

I visited the the parts department for my F-250 diesel. Although the were very friendly, they sold me the wrong part and I had to return it for the right one witch took a day to order and receive.The parts personal should familiarize themselves with the parts to vehicles rather just part-numbers.

Just ur same old dealership. Tryin to get ya to run that credit n get the most expensive car they can. After they tell you other wise on the phone. So won't ever be back to any Joe Cooper dealer.

Had truck engine guard replaced. Employees were nice and helpful. Replacement for the part was adequate for the job. No problems. Satisfied with the work.
