Service Department has improved since last time I used them years ago. Bought new car recently with 3 free oil changes, so I used them, of course. I would recommend Joe Cooper Ford for service on your Ford vehicle. I've dealt with both Dennis & Issac.... great guys in the service department.

The Vehcile was a good price. The salesman was Daniel, and we were an out of state buyer they have hoops to jump through no out of state certified bank checks. So we financed through them but still a hassle because we wanted to have everything on our end tied up before we got there but the sales man didn't seem to know much about the process. We get there and notice paint flaws that didn't show up on their walk around video. We were also an out of town buyer it took them 30 minutes to put on the tag because they couldn't figure out the bolts to bolt on the tag. Then I get the Jeep home and it has an oil leak that shows up 600 miles later. The sales man says it wasn't leaking when it left here. While at the dealership Joe Cooper Ford the talked about how good their 3 month 3,000 mile warranty was but it does not cover anything come to find out. We tired to get the information on the details of what was covered on their warranty before we went back down but nothing from the Ford Sales team. So i brought the vehicle back down so they can look at it to see what was leaking, and guess what it was not covered. GEES IMAGINE THAT!!! I spoke with Jeremy Wood the GM of the dealership he is very hard to get a hold of but we came to an agreement on the situation.

Throughout my process at Joe Cooper Ford in Shawnee I had the pleasure of working with Joe in sales. Joe made the process super simple and spoke to you like a person and not like your stereotypical salesman. Joe (not having to do this whatsoever) took the time to drive me back to my residence since I didn t have another person with me so I could get my Bronco home THAT DAY. I ve gone to Joe cooper in Shawnee twice now to purchase my new broncos and I wouldn t want to go anywhere else.Thank you for your wonderful staff.

I searched online for a couple of months and found a great deal on a new truck. The discount and no add-ons is what attracted me to Joe Cooper Ford compared to other dealerships I called. Julian, the salesman, was straight forward and very helpful. We agreed on an out-the-door price on the phone and he even picked me up from the airport since I flew in to buy the truck. It's a very nice dealership with a lot of inventory compared to my local one. During my trip home I did notice a small dent on the hood, which I missed during the walk-around inspection, and called right away. Being out of state I couldn't bring it back to them to fix, so they agreed to pay for a paintless dent repair. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm happy I found Joe Cooper Ford of Shawnee.

Julian reached out and helped set me up with Shala and Kevin, who helped me pick out a car. They were very helpful and kind. I wasn't planning on walking out with a car that day, but they found something that fit my budget perfectly that I couldn't turn down. They weren't pushy and gave me all the time I needed to think about it before I decided. Shala was especially helpful and knowledgeable about the cars in the lot. This was my first time financing a car, and Kevin and the sales rep Carl explained everything to me in great detail, so I understood everything about my purchase. They got me set up with what I needed and nothing more or less. Haven't had any problems with the car almost a week in. I am very happy with my car and experience!

Nothing but good things to say about this dealer and my sales person! This was my first car buying experience, and Daniel really helped make my experience seamless. He was very calm, personable, answered all of my questions, and didn't rush me into making any decisions. And, if he didn't know an answer to my question, he found someone who did!I am super happy with my new 2023 Explorer XLT... thanks Joe Cooper Ford - Shawnee!

If I could leave 0 stars I would, unfortunately you can t.I purchased a vehicle in July 2023 only to get a call 1 week later asking for an additional $500 after my finance paperwork was signed and completed. They told me if I didn t send $500, that would make my payments go higher each month- mind you, my paperwork was already done and payments were sorted out and agreed to.After this incident, I waited months for my title to be mailed. I would call multiple times only to get the run around on it and never the truth or to just be transferred and no one answer the phone or call me back. Since the title was not sent to me on time, I accrued over a hundred dollars in late fee charges.Since purchasing the vehicle, it has had to be in the shop multiple times. I feel like they were not upfront and honest about prior issues the vehicle had that I am now finding out about and I am left to deal with it.I will never purchase another vehicle from here. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.

I found the car online and filled out the contact form, the salesman did respond and sent me information about the car along with a video. I wanted to talk to the salesman before I drove the two-hour-long trip. The salesman wasn't available so the person who answered the phone said he would leave a message for him. After two hours of not hearing back, I decided to drive to the dealership so I didn't miss out on the opportunity to purchase the car and take advantage of the Presidents Day sale. When I arrived they found the salesman and I told him that I called but he said he didn't get any messages. We went back to his desk to discuss the car and the purchase. On his desk was a sticky note with my name and phone number on it. It would have been nice to receive a call to work out some details before driving for two hours. Also the salesman didn't spend a lot of time with me because he was handling two other car deals at the same time he was helping me.After a little bit of negotiation, we did come to a deal on the car and my trade-in and we made the deal. Then comes the too long of a meeting with the finance department. I spent more time with the finance person than I did with the salesman. After numerous attempts to offer extended warranty packages, I told him 8 times that I wasn't interested ( I know it was 8 times because I kept track) we concluded the financial portion of the sale. I wanted to point out the finance person shared some information about the problems he was having with his Ford cars and that's why I should get the extended warranty package. Not sure that would be good information that I would tell a potential new Ford car person before they purchase a new Ford car.Now we come to the best part, this was my first electric car purchase and I was a little familiar with the car, thanks to YouTube, I wasn't given or offered any instructions on the operation of the car. But thanks to Youtube I was able to drive the car home. Of course, that wasn't the best part, why you ask when I got in the car I noticed that it only had 35% charge with a range of 78 miles, from your dealership to my house it is 61 miles, so I was so nervous driving home that I would run out of battery and would have to call the dealership for a tow or charge So I didn't enjoy my first ride in my new car very pleasurable. For the amount of time, I spent with the finance person they could have charged 30+ miles on the car if someone had checked out the car first or noticed the battery level or when they detailed the car.

I had a good salesman in Joseph. He didn t pressure me to do anything. I did buy a car through him. I wasn t fond of the money guy, Triston. I didn t even know who the loan was financed with until I went to add insurance to that vehicle. We didn t discuss terms of the loan either

Drive an hour to look at a few cars that my wife and I were contemplating about. Blain stayed after closing hours to help us get what we wanted within our budget! And Carl helped us tremendously with understanding the different services that would come with our purchase! Definitely worth the drive!

If it was possible to give more than 5 stars I would! 100% would recommend for anyone looking to buy new or used vehicles! I just bought a used vehicle here and they made the whole process so easy! I hadn t made up my mind when I got there and they didn t put any pressure on me and let me take all the time I needed to make up my mind. They let me test drive it twice and were extremely fair when it came to negotiations. Customer service might be the best I ve ever experienced anywhere and I felt comfortable throughout the process and was confident by the time I made my purchase. I had a couple different sales me help me but Christian Kubicek helped me the most and was absolutely fantastic! He even had to stay late and work after closing because I took so long to make up my mind and he never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. And everyone else that helped me was just as great! They treat you well, don t put pressure on you, make very fair negotiations, and let you make the decision that s best for you! I live in OKC and drove to Shawnee to purchase and would 100% recommend you purchase from here even if you have to drive from other cities!

Nathan Bray made buying my new Bronco Sport a very positive experience. He listened to me about what I was looking for and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end. He was very easy to work with and seems to really enjoy his job and working with the customers. Definitely recommend!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. From beginning to hopefully an end with this place soon has been absolutely terrible. We purchased our leased vehicle last June. Title was never sent to us nor a certified copy to our bank that they provided. I have been trying to get the title. Still no luck. The sales manager Brian laughed on the phone and told me do you want me to rip your head off if not I'm going to just laugh. He told me I lost my title. Never have I spoken with this disrespectful person before. I asked to be transferred to his manager Jeremy, I left a message with no return call. That was 2 weeks ago. Today I called yet again to speak with a store manager who I'm told is Jeremy. I get transferred to a woman who is not a manager of any kind. Then she transfers me to this "GM" and left on hold with no answer for 15 minutes. On top of all of this the oil change techs completely went through my truck while getting a oil change. Messed with my ashes of loved ones. When I spoke with Issac about this he assured me this would not be acceptable. I was told I would get a call from a manager never did. Then from the date of purchase we purchased all the thing with warranties. I had treatment to my seats that made them water proof, they weren't done. Did a detail and wasn't done and also did a coating to protect paint you'll se in pictures the lovely detail I received. They coated bug guts and mud to my truck. Haven't been able to clean it up nice sense. Nothing at this dealer has been acceptable. I used to be a lube and tire tech at a dealer. Customers meant something to us. Pride in our work shined through. To not be able to have a single thing done right and to be treated with such disrespect after spending 61 thousand dollars is ridiculous. This place doesn't value customers, they don't have integrity, nor do they care about their customers as they claim. I will be switching all of my warranty work to a different dealer as soon as we get our Title as we should bave gotten 6 months ago. My husband and my experience has been that bad. He has also had nothing but issues with a fleet vehicle. We were so excited about this dealer being local but they don't deserve to be called anything than what they are. Sense they can't deny pictures see for yourself.

My husband and I drove to Joe Cooper Ford in Shawnee to look at vehicle we had found online. We met sales professional Nathan Bray who was all in on finding us the perfect vehicle. We had him going from one lot to the next and pointed out several different vehicles that we became interested in and he never hesitated for a minute in showing us each one. Once we pin pointed the perfect vehicle for us he got to work on it. We then met business manager Carl Allison. He took the pain out of purchasing a new vehicle! We could not have asked for a better guy on the business side of it. These guys are great!!! If your looking for a vehicle give them a try, they will not do you wrong! Thank you guys for making it an easy transaction, and we love the new vehicle!!!

Yes the customer service was nice but the car service wasn t. My car was sold to me with many problems. Not only was the window permanently damaged from the dealership having to pop it open themselves but also I was given an unshaven key for my car. As well as the interior back of my tailgate fell off of my car as soon as I drove it home, while I was showing my family my new car. The service engine light has not stopped coming on after getting it checked and I also payed more than the price online for this car. This was my first car to purchase and am really sad they didn t care to help me with the damages they only cared about getting out of the hole they were in for getting the car.

I purchased a vehicle in October from Joe Cooper Ford. I purchased an extended warranty and after having it for about a week I realize that something was wrong with the front end. I also noticed that it keeps slipping while driving. I had my wife call Joe Cooper and make an appointment and she brought the car in. We were informed that the front needed struts and it needed a clutch. I believe in the transmission. We were told by the service department that we have a warranty for just purchasing the vehicle and that they have to get it approved then they will fix it. Two weeks later, we get told that there s no warranty on the vehicle and the extended warranty doesn t cover the transmission or the front end. I do not like being lied to, and I don t like how I purchased a car that has problems. I am disappointed in Joe Cooper Ford.

Daniel my salesman had so much patience with me . He made the whole process a breeze . I never thought I could get a nice car with affordable payments . Carl did my finance process he made things happen to where I can have an adorable payment plus coverage ! These 2 men were very genuine and I ll be forever grateful . I love my XQ60 Infiniti

Daniel was a very good salesman. He listened to what we wanted and was willing to meet us halfway. The dealership will make money off our trade in and made money off the purchase. We were unable to get a second key fob due to inability to order , but are very happy with the vehicle. Unlikely to purchase from Joe Cooper again.

Well this is my second time writing a review because unfortunately the purchase of my car wasn t the only thing I had to deal with them on. First, I knew exactly which car it was that I wanted and it was almost like they didn t want to sell it to me and kept trying to offer me any other car, to the point that I had to switch from the original salesman helping me to a different one. Then, I was lied to multiple times when it came to financing. I decided to go straight to the bank for financing and at one point they straight up refused to give me the necessary paperwork to take to the bank because I wasn t using their in house financing, definitely DO NOT TRUST CARL (who is in the financing department.)LESS THAN THREE DAYS after the purchase, my Cooper Certified car was having A/C problems. Took it into their shop to have it looked at and it was leaking freon and had a hole in the condenser. Take it from my experience, COOPER CERTIFIED DOES NOT MEAN A THING. All in all, I went about two weeks without a car because they refused to give me service loaner. I was told that they don t give those out unless you pay a daily fee. WHY THE HECK WOULD I PAY WHEN IT S YOUR FAULT FOR NOT CHECKING YOUR CERTIFIED USED VEHICLES?!The only decent thing from them was the service department. Heath was who helped me out and kept me informed on what was going on because at a certain point sales wouldn t even really take my calls. Each time there was some excuse as to why my salesman wasn t there or why they didn t have any updates. All this to say, I would NEVER recommend buying from Joe Cooper, take my advice because I wish I took everyone else s who told me not to go with these guys.

Would not honor the price listed for a used mustang instead I kept being told the price listed was more of a place holder until it completed its inspections and maintainance. Which if thats the case don't list the vehicle until that's all completed. I took my business elsewhere and received a better deal than theirs in the end.

Excellent customer service and we were out fast. My daughter got a great vehicle for the price she could afford. Shyla, who was the salesperson, went out of her way to make her happy. We are very satisfied with the experience!

Another great experience, associate found the car I wanted to test drive at another location, got it delivered, did a test drive and made my purchase. All the employees greeted me a the door each time I've come by. Service department put a new battery in my fob. Great service even after the sale so far.

At one time, a fantastic dealership except the last 12 months. All the sales seem immature, and unaware of what's going on. They have no idea about vehicle details. Then the next worse step is the actual financing people. They leave you sitting for an hour until you chase them down. Then throw out ridiculous payment options. Then the car I was trying to buy was at another lot of Joe Cooper. They brought it to their lot, raised the price by 10k dollars. Called several times to see about offering more for my car I bought from them. Offered almsot 7k less with only 6k miles on my car. I reached out to Morgan, who is in finance now. No responses for days. The sales manager, no response for days. They need an overhaul of employees. I guess they are okay working for base oay and no commission since they hate to sell. But they do love eating all day. Thanks for the biggest waste of my time.By the way, 5 cars purchased over the last few years. 3 brand new and 2 used.
