Sales man told me to bring vehicle in without appointment and they will take care of me in service department but once I did the service check guy asked me if I was going to wait or drop off. I told him I was going to wait until it was finish. Right before the service department closed I find out they didn t even start and forgot to mention to me they wouldn t be able to get to it today so I waited for almost 3 hours for nothing.

We will see..dropped off car for some touch up service since I just purchased.So far...the staff Carla and Blaine were very attentive to my needs..

I took a vehicle in to service for a recall that the parts guy mentioned to me. Had a no problem experience getting the recall done and didn't cost me anything. Of course they offered other services, but weren't pushy and acted glad and appreciative that they did the recall for me. Other dealers tell me they hate recalls/warranty work and they don't get paid full labor to do them. I don't really know. I just know I didn't have any issues with the recall on the Jeep. Thanks

We have purchased many cars before and always reluctant to go into car dealers. We went to Joe Cooper and TJ Blockowiak and Macen in Finance showed us how customers should really be treated. Thanks to Joe Cooper crew on Harrison st in Shawnee OK.
